Ein tolles, kleines Appartment, 100m von der Hauptpromenade von Viareggio entfernt. Der Zugang zur gemeinschaftlichen Terrasse erfolgt über das Treppenhaus. Von hier oben hat man eine einmalige Sicht auf die Promenade und vor allem auf das Meer. Einfach grossartig für Sunset-Aperitivos! Die zweckmässig eingerichtete Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen gemütlichen, ungezwungenen Urlaub benötigt. Das Auto kann vor dem Haus geparkt werden (kostenpflichtig, Zone B).

This was one of the best AirBnBs we’ve ever stayed in. It was cute and comfortable and close to everything. Alex met us at the train station and helped with the luggage up the stairs and stopped by as we were checking out to offer his assistance on the way down too. He was super friendly and gave lots of tips and advice. We loved our time here!

This is a wonderful choice for one person or for a couple. Fantastic location, views, and a very caring host. Daniele proactively shares restaurant recommendations and makes bookings. Breakfast gets delivered to the room from the nearby cafe, which is a very nice touch. And this is a central location in Cinque Terre, which makes it easy to explore the region by hiking or by train. Very intuitive and easy use of technology for check-in and entry and exit. The host is very responsive if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again. As Daniele honestly advertises, the room is not large but it is cozy for a couple. Our recommendation is to travel light and limit the amount of luggage you bring to Cinque Terre.

Antonella was the perfect host. We really enjoyed our stay especially sitting up on her beautiful rooftop patio. I would highly recommend staying in this airbnb with the most gorgeous view!

We loved our stay at La Marina! The house was immaculate and exactly like the photos, extremely well equipped. The location couldn’t be better, so close to the beach and the pineta park, as well as tons of amenities. We also really enjoyed the garden, which was a lovely spot to have breakfast and dinner. Monica was a wonderful host - responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. She catered to the fact there were 2 young children. We had a fantastic stay and I would absolutely recommend both Monica and her place!

Wow! Amazing! Adriana’s place is perfectly described in the listing and in the best location. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. You could not ask for a better location in all of Cinque Terre. Adriana and her dad are amazing hosts. They met us at the train station and explained everything to us as well as gave information on the area. They were very responsive and super kind. I’m so glad we found their listing!

Pietro’s place was great! He was always super responsive and helpful. Antonella met us in town and helped us know where to park and then took us to the house to get us settled. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We would stay again and highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Es hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht war einfach atemberaubend und die Lage ein absoluter Traum. Es war der perfekte Ort, um zu entspannen und die Schönheit der Umgebung zu genießen. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Der Weg zum Parkplatz ist ein echtes Abenteuer! Aber das hat unserem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ho passato con la mia famiglia 2 settimane nella splendida villa di Stefania e sicuramente ci ritorneremo . La villa è pulitissima , con un giardino curato , piscina con idromassaggio , la casa e’ fornita di tutto il necessario , l’ho trovata addirittura più bella che nelle foto. La locazione ottima , a due passi dal mare e vicino a supermercati , negozi, farmacia , ecc . Nelle vicinanze e’ presente un parco molto grande e ben curato utile per passeggiate con cani e bambini . Stefania e suo figlio sono stati sempre a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta e necessità , un ringraziamento va anche ad Irene e suo marito Simone (collaboratori domestici) per la loro grande cortesia e professionalità . Uno difetto è la connessione Internet che in alcune zone della casa è assente e il wi-fi è molto debole , per il resto soggiorno super consigliato !!!!!

Wir waren 6 Nächte zu Gast bei Matteo. Es war eine tolle Wohnung für uns zwei, mit sehr schömer Terasse. Am Tag waren wir am Strand oder unterwegs in der Umgebung und am späten Nachmittag war relaxen,am schönen Pool,angesagt. In dem man auch seine Bahnen schwimmen konnte. Wir möchten uns noch einmal dafür bedanken, das wir Gäste bei Matteo sein durften.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird und sauber. Ideale Lage für Tagesausflüge. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great stay in late September. The house is actually bigger than looks on the photos and the location is perfect for exploring both Tuscany and Cinquterre. The olive oil and honey can be bought on site and are very good! We also enjoyed fresh eggs. The family is very friendly and responsive. Totally recommend!

We loved our stay in Monicas house. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids enjoying one week of holiday. The house is big and did not feel crowded at all. The first days we were just amazed over how fantastic the old building was with its beautiful stone floors, high ceilings and windows. The garden is very large and private with a nice pool. The beach is a couple of minutes walk from the house with serveral restaurants close by. Can recommend this house to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Luca war einfach fantastisch! Schon vor unserer Ankunft beeindruckte uns die proaktive und freundliche Kommunikation – Luca war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit allen nötigen Infos versorgt. Er hat uns geholfen Taxis zu buchen, was aufgrund der limitierten Englischkenntnisse der lokalen Taxifahrer gar nicht so einfach war :-) Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Pool im Garten, der aus edlen Travertin-Steinen gebaut wurde – eine echte Oase der Erholung. Unsere kleine Maus hat dort Schwimmen gelernt. Ein weiteres Highlight war der kostenlose Zugang zu Sonnenschirm und Liegen direkt am Strand, den Luca für uns organisiert hat. Das machte die Tage am Meer besonders entspannt. Die Lage des Hauses war ebenfalls perfekt: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral – mit dem Fahrrad waren es nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Wir können Lucas Haus wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter Pech. Die ersten Tage regnete es, an einem Tag konnten wir das Haus wegen des Sturms und der Böen gar nicht verlassen. Umso wichtiger war das Innere des Hauses für uns, da wir den schönen Garten mit Oliven- und Zitronenbäumen und die Grillstelle kaum nutzen konnten wegen des Regens. Das Haus ist nett, gut ausgestattet und war das, was wir gesucht hatten. Einziges kleines Detail sind ein paar Stromkabel welche die schönen Aussicht auf die Bucht etwas mindern. Ansonsten war es sehr nett, Agnes ist eine herzliche und äusserst hilfsbereite und immer erreichbare Gastgeberin, das Olivenöl welches die Familie produziert ist auch sehr fein. Auch unser Hund hat sich wohlgefühlt. Mit dem Auto oder Bus ist man in wenigen minuten in Portovenere oder in La Grazie, wo wir gut gegessen haben. Wir waren sehr mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Die Gastgeberin Claudia spricht deutsch und hat sogar angeboten uns vom Bahnhof Viareggio abzuholen, da wir erst spät abends ankamen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, sehr ruhig, ein Einkaufsgeschäft um die Ecke, zum Strand sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber, hat viel Sonnenlicht und ist schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alle nötige Gegenstände. Alles funktionierte perfekt und daher gab es keine Probleme. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung geliebt und würden gerne wieder hier übernachten. Wir können dieses Anwesen wärmstens empfehlen.

Siamo stati in 4 nell'alloggio di Roberta dal 1 al 5 di agosto. Alloggio luminoso, spazioso e pulito, con lo spazio esterno utilissimo per mangiare e rilassarsi sull'amaca. Posizione ottima, a due passi dal mare e dal centro. Con la macchina è raggiungibile a circa 15-20 minuti forte dei marmi e in 10 minuti marina di carrara. Posto auto in zona bianca di fronte casa, mai avute grosse difficoltà a trovare posto. Roberta, gentilissima e disponibile, è sempre reperibile per qualsiasi necessità o richiesta. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Sarah.☀️ Das Haus ist viel größer als auf den Bildern. Der Garten ist sehr schön und auch sehr groß! Man kann sein Auto direkt daneben parken und es stehen sogar Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Das Meer ist recht schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. 🏖️

Host gentilissimo, Ci ha raggiunti all'arrivo nonostante non ci fosse la necessità, calorosa accoglienza e disponibilissima nelle nostre richieste. Cosa dire! posto ottimo, clima ottimo, cibo ottimo! Vacanza da rifare! Grazie!

The views from the house are absolutely stunning. The house is located on the top of the hill on the trail from Vernazza to Corniglia with two great restaurants just steps away. The house was comfortable and clean, and there are multiple patios if you are traveling with a large group. The house and patio are private despite its location on the trail. The communication with the host and check-in team was seamless and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on staying in Vernazza.

Casa bellissima al centro di Viareggio con meravigliosi spazi esterni . La posizione strategica ci h permesso di visitare la città , il territorio e il carnevale. Francesca è un host esemplare: ci ha dato delle ottime indicazioni e ha reso particolarmente fruibile l’appartamento a il nostro bimbo di un anno e mezzo. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento.

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Wohnung im August verbracht. Schon wenn man in das riesengroße Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche kommt, ist man von diesem Ausblick gebannt. Rechts der Blick auf den Strand und das Meer, links die große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Grand Hotel Royal und die 2 km lange Promenade. Stühle, Tische, Sofas auf der Terrasse in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Morgens hat man Schatten auf der Meerseite, abends auf der Terrasse zum Boulevard hin. Zwei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenen Bädern und hervorragend funktionierende Klimaanlagen auf dem gleichen Stockwerk. Beide Schlafzimmer haben direkten Zugang auf die große Terrasse. Luxuriöser Gasherd zum Kochen. Oben noch eine Mansarde mit Waschmöglichkeit und Bad. Da man direkt über dem Boulevard wohnt, ist es natürlich nicht ruhig, aber es ist herrlich, die Menschen zu beobachten, die über den Boulevard flanieren. Wir würden das Apartment vorbehaltlos empfehlen und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.
