Fiume Versilia : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

This is a wonderful property. It’s what we would call a townhome or townhome. Some people reference it as an apartment and it’s NOT an apartment it’s definitely a home. There’s a living room, nice sized kitchen and 3/4 bath on the main floor with access to the outdoor patio with pergola and grill which we used. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and a full bath to share in the hallway. There’s plenty of storage for personal belongings. There are several small grocery stores nearby and a full service about a mile. A great coffee shop just across the street and down a bit. Easy walk to Lucca. Plenty of room for our rental car. We were there late September so the pool was chilly (expected) The hosts were responsive and check in directions were very good. We felt like we got what we paid for. We were able to google how to use the appliances and coffee etc. WiFi worked great. We also booked a wine tour from roadtrippinitaly and they picked us up at the house. Thank you!

Magnifique gîte, spacieux, propre avec la climatisation, jacuzzi et une place de voiture avec un petit jardin. Idéalement situé pour la visite des cinque terre. je le recommande 😉 Vincent, Cindy & Nathan.

Bardzo Polecam to miejsce ! Ilaria była cudownym gospodarzem ❤️ To był nasz pierwszy pobyt we Włoszech 🇮🇹 i czuliśmy się dobrze zaopiekowani. Ilaria była cudownie cierpliwa gdy pytałam o wszystko, bardzo dobra komunikacja między nami 🙌🏼❤️ Bardzo Cię cieszę że trafiliśmy do takiego domu ! Coś o domu : Był cudowny, klimatyczny i czuliśmy sie w nim wspaniale ☺️ Bardzo czysto i schludnie , wszystkie udogodnienia jakie tylko chcesz mieć, kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona, ręczniki do dyspozycji w dużej ilości, pościel i poduszki czyste i schludne, telewizja (Netflix oraz Disney idealnie dla dzieci na wieczorne oglądanie), zabawki i dużo dużo książek dla Dzieci 🧒🏼 Moje dzieci były zachwycone tym miejscem 🙌🏼 Pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji gości. Miłe i spokojne, klimatyczne miejsce. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko. Cudownie było spacerować po okolicy. Najpyszniejsze lody 10 minut spacerkiem 👌🏼🤩 parking z dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych, piękne budynki, plac zabaw i park tuż obok.

"La piccola casa con il giardino completamente recintato era perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno è arredato con cura e praticità. Cinzia è una padrona di casa incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile e risponde immediatamente alle richieste. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dal frigorifero ben fornito con numerose bevande e cibi. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni meravigliosi lì con i nostri due cani, che sono stati accolti molto calorosamente. Il Jacuzzi era sempre molto pulito e veniva regolarmente controllato e pulito dalla padrona di casa. Cinzia è sempre disponibile quando serve, ma rispetta anche la privacy dei suoi ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio e possiamo consigliare vivamente la casa.". Era molto bello

Super hôte très accueillant et très agréable avec beaucoup de générosité autant dans les petits cadeaux de bienvenue comme dans le cadeaux de départ. Logement très agréable pour une famille de 5 avec un chien. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et nous sommes aussi tombés amoureux de cette belle région la Toscane. Le logement est situé à égal distance de Pise et de Florence ce qui nous a permis de visiter ces deux magnifiques villes!

Casa straordinaria, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di ogni comfort. Nota di merito per gli elettrodomestici e accessori presenti in cucina. Igor è stato per noi prezioso, sia per i consigli dati che per la disponibilità sempre mostrata. Sin dall’accoglienza ci siamo sentiti a casa. Se dovesse ricapitare l’occasione, Dimora Cecchi sarà sicuramente la nostra scelta.

Firstly, Andrea is such an excellent host and person! We are so thrilled with our stay and experience in Palaia. The small village experience was exactly what we were looking for. A true genuine Italian experience. The food in this town is unbelievable and even has a restaurant with Michelin stars. The Airbnb itself is so perfect. Beautiful garden, hot tub, and pool. The views are so special as well. Highly recommend visiting this place in Palaia.

Ho prenotato questa casa con 2 amici in occasione di Halloween e del comics. Anche se magari lo chalet è più indicato per coppie romantiche ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa bella ed in ordine , posto spettacolare gentile e simpatica. Consigliatissimo, poi c'è il barbecue, cosa non da poco :)

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questa splendida villa privata! Vista mozzafiato, piscina privata esclusiva dove ci siamo rilassati e trascorso stupende giornate! Villa magnifica! Super consigliata! Ci torneremo in futuro

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

Where do I even begin? Fabio was a dream to work with since the moment I booked the villa. My husband and I planned our entire stay and wedding with Fabio through email and he even video conferenced us to talk details about our wedding day. The villa is incredible. Peaceful, spacious, clean. Perfect for a family of 14. The pool is always clean and Rosaria was there every morning to make sure we had everything we needed and the pool was tip top shape. She even came to the villa to help us with our hot water when we used it all up! Our wedding was a dream from the moment we woke up with a delicious breakfast handmade by Alessandra. She made the bread from scratch, the whole villa smelled like a dream! The breakfast presentation was stunning and it was just the morning. Fabio was very attentive through the entire stay from the rehearsal dinner (we did a pizza night) to the wedding day. All of my dreams came true. I highly recommend this villa!!!

Review for house- do you think ok? What an amazing and special home! Thank you to Leonardo and his mum for looking after us all so well during our stay (including Etta our dog) and for bringing us some wonderful local homemade dishes. Leonardo could not have been more helpful and gave us lots of local recommendations. Staying in such an historical building was an experience in itself and the views from the house were spectacular in all weathers- and we had a big mix of weather- sun, rain and storms. The outside spaces were perfect for having drinks and watching the sunset. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and dined in the spectacular dining area outside. Leonardo helped arrange a pasta making class with Alessandra which was a great experience for all of our group. The area is very beautiful, with forest walks, and fantastic views of the mountains and vineyards and huge chestnut trees. We visited some beautiful towns nearby. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

Béatrice est une excellente hote! Elle nous a très bien accueilli et a fait le tour de la maison avec nous. Elle nous a également donné plusieurs recommandations de choses à faire dans les alentours, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La maison était impeccable et l’aménagement extérieur est époustouflant. Le levé du soleil le matin était incroyable si vous avez la chance de le voir. La maison est un peu loin des grandes villes donc je recommande une auto pour faciliter vos déplacements.

Spacious 2-room apartment with great view. Has outdoor area and patio. Similar to what was shown in photos. It’s a half hour drive back to La Spazia but it worked for us as we parked our car at train station and got train into cinque terre. From apartment, It’s also a nice 20 min coastal walk to where restaurants are. Overall we are happy with the place.

Without any doubt the most special Airbnb I have ever stayed at. My multigenerational family came here after a rough year and it was a tonic. It is not often in one’s life you have the opportunity to sit and look out at views like that hour after hour - the towns across the bay, the boats coming and going (including a submarine), the lights coming on in the evening… It is so much better than any words or photos could express. The swims were also outstanding. Brian was delightful and so helpful with recommendations. We will be back

Casa molto confortevole adatta ad un gruppo numeroso come il nostro con bambini, ben accessoriata e pulita. Ampio spazio nella zona giorno e bello spazio esterno. Il paese, con tutti i servizi, è molto vicino, noi ci siamo mossi pochissimo e ci siamo gustati la casa che pur essendo grande si scalda molto bene. Il primo giorno, con l'entusiasmo per la neve, siamo rimasti chiusi fuori di casa con le chiavi dentro.....panico! L'host, pur non essendo vicino si è attivato rapidamente ed in poco tempo sono venuti ad aprirci . Soggiorno ottimo

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

We had an amazing time. The space was perfect and the surrounding area is incredible. We did not want to leave.

Lisa is a great Airbnb hostess! She had all the kitchen necessities, and even left us some special treats! The place was clean and cozy, and they brought extra pellets for the fire when it ran out. She always replied when I had a question, and even filled us in on happenings around the area.
