Walkable distance to Cathedral Rock and in the heart of Sedona. We had an amazing time and I highly recommend this house!

Stay at this house! You won’t regret it. The views of Humphreys Peak from the master bedroom cannot be beat. It also has a park within walking distance and is located right next to the Flagstaff Urban Trail System. Well stocked kitchen, clean, cosy, quality decor, grill, fire pit in the backyard…the list of great things goes on and on. I went to school at NAU. I know the area well and this is my favorite Airbnb in Flagstaff. We will definitely stay here again. I would actually buy this house if they ever wanted to sell it! Ha! That’s how much we loved our stay.

Jasson was one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with over the last 9 years of being on this app. The house was beautiful and the location was even better. We would definitely come back and stay at this house again.

We chose to stay in Cottonwood, just a stone's throw from Sedona. While Sedona dazzles, our wallets found Cottonwood's prices much more agreeable. The house was spotless and well-kept, making it the perfect backdrop for our memorable family getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better experience—5 stars all around!​

Brandon was very responsive when we needed a last minute reservation. We lucked out getting such a great house on such short notice. The house was clean and comfortable. And the views were spectacular.

We requested to stay later in the evening, around 8pm- we had the check-in instructions within moments of booking and had no issues accessing the property. Everything was as described and it was a lovely home and property. Even nicer during the daytime once we were able to see the outdoor space. There were extra blankets and pillows which was perfect when I needed a less firm option. There was a binder with local suggestions for food and entertainment which was great! We would definitely stay again.

absolutely loved Brandon’s place! the location was perfect (walkable, close to everything) and the place itself was gorgeous + had so many enjoyable amenities. definitely worth it - an overall great place to stay in the Sedona area

It was very nice private and had a nice patio that we really enjoyed. It was nice to have coffee and laundry pods. We would go back.

Brandon’s place was amazing!! Cannot say enough great things!! The space was large and well furnished and the bed was super comfy. It was close to everything - easily walkable to grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. Will stay here again if I come back to Sedona!

Really nice and clean property with easy access to food, shops, and markets. Location just outside of Sedona was great for accessing trails and tourist locations, without being too close and crowded. Highly recommended.

Great place-simple but perfect. Loved the 2 separate bedrooms and 2 baths. Quiet, low traffic area, but close to everything.

Brandon’s listing was exactly what we needed for our trip to Sedona. It is very close to lots of hiking trail heads, has all the amenities, and is a nice spot to chill after a long day outside. The place was clean, Brandon was responsive and organized, and the apartment is exactly as advertised. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This home was in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to everything. It was extremely clean and the beds were super comfortable. Brandon was an excellent communicator as well.

I decided to spend my 30th birthday in Jerome as a little treat to myself, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in town! the house was clean, perfect location for walkable fun and very quiet. watching the sunrise while drinking my coffee was one of my highlights, for sure. The views were gorgeous, Brandon was very respectful and left clear instructions. 10/10 recommend this house for your next visit!

We loved the location. You can walk to the grocery store or multiple coffee shops. There’s also a delicious ramen place walking distance. We also enjoyed the beautiful drive into Sedona from this location.
