Lovely location, very peaceful and private. Very cosy and had everything we could need, tea coffee biscuits and milk were there for us. Loved the feel of the studio with the log burner and the pictures and ornaments made it so homely. Bed so comfortable and we had the best nights sleep. Thank you

We spent Christmas in this wonderfully cozy house. The location is spectacular, lots of great walks near the property. The home was well appointed with throw blankets on the couches, a full laundry room, and soft and fresh towels and linens.

We had a lovely stay in a lovely part of Yorkshire and in a very relaxing property.

Just got back from a wonderful ‘mini break ‘ at Little Fox Cottage . Great location , perfectly situated for exploring the delights of North Yorkshire . The cottage is very easy to find, and we received a warm welcome from our host Adrian , who made everything seamless from start to finish. He clearly cares that his guests enjoy their stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated, warm and cosy, and has everything you need. We fell in love with nearby Thornton Le Dale , which is well worth a visit and after a longer than planned walk with our dog , (due to missing the local bus back😩 ), the cottage was the perfect place to unwind , chill and relax in . Not forgetting the added bonus of a decent pub right next door which served good food and great service. In fact everywhere we went in the area , people were very friendly and kind. We will definitely be back in the future ! X

Beautiful house in the upper part of Runswick Bay with easy access to the beach and Cleveland Way. It was perfect for our family reunion (six adults and 4 children). it’s a large dormer bungalow, maybe a little dated but with modern bathrooms and well equipped kitchen which were spotlessly clean. Despite it being the coldest weekend in Britain for 10 years we were cosy with central heating, extra oil filled radiators and wood burners. Susan was the perfect host with good communication and many thanks for leaving us plenty logs. The toys which are mentioned in lots of reviews were great for the children. They even ventured to the bottom of the garden to the play area which was fantastic but too cold to stay long. We would love to stay in this house again maybe in the summer months to take advantage of the beautiful garden, eating al fresco and taking in the views of the bay and Kettleness in the distance.

We had an amazing day with Julie, she was very helpful. The house was in a perfect location and everything was set out very nicely. She was very helpful at pointing us in the correct direction of things to do, and how things work in and around the house. She was very polite and always happy to help you and answer your questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better host! I can’t wait to return for another break away. It is just what we all needed. Thanks A,N,B,C

I had a wonderful stay at The Haven in Robin Hood’s Bay. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea and a charming, historic feel. The cottage itself was cozy, well-equipped, and clean, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The check-in process was straightforward, with clear instructions for accessing the key from the lockbox. The host provided helpful details in advance, including parking information and house rules, which made everything easy to navigate. One of the highlights was being so close to the Bay Hotel and the scenic coastline—it was a fantastic spot for walks and enjoying the seaside atmosphere. The WiFi worked well, which was a bonus. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful location. I’d love to visit again in the future!

Stayed for 2 nights with the family. Perfect for our needs as it’s a great location to explore Whitby.

Wonderful place on the south cliff to take in the fantastic views with a great walk in to Scarborough beach.. 2 minutes to the funicular (check times) or easy walk on the top to the town.. second floor apartment with a bright open living room. Parking is good as road opposite is free..

A spacious place that suited our needs; it's thoughtfully decorated & away from Scarborough's prime seagull zone (which is a bonus, because I've learned from experience they make a heck of a racket early in the mornings). It's also just 5 minutes from what is indisputably the town's best fish & chip shop. Parking - out of season at least - is fine, & you can walk to both the North Bay & the town centre very easily; the latter is partly uphill, which helps offset the calories from the aforementioned fish & chips.

This is in a great location right in the middle of of the old part of Whitby next to the Captain Cook museum with views of the harbour. We loved it. The flat is spacious and warm and comfortable. It was particularly lovely to have biscuits and milk on our arrival and supplies of dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid and toilet paper.

Lovely apartment; exactly as pictured and described. Nice location. Hidden from main streets but very convenient to beaches and other areas. Perfect for a weekend getaway

Wonderful stay for a large group. The property is in a great location and had everything we needed. Great communication from Annette who gave us some lovely recommendations. The hosts really go above and beyond and the property was very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend!

Another good stay at Lisa's Perfectly located for a short walk into town or the seafront.

Rebecca was an excellent host and provided an excellent space for a family to enjoy Scarborough. I would thoroughly recommend staying here!
