Patty’s Barn was a lovely stay for our family. Michelle was very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The place we stayed at was cosy and full of character, with great facilities for us to use on site.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful peaceful place to spend the past couple of nights. When we walked in, the lodge was absolutely spotless and Deborah has been such an amazing host, she was there to greet us and to say goodbye…she was so friendly and really made our time there special. She was there on hand to answer any of our questions and we really couldn’t have asked for anything better….we can’t wait come again. Thank you so much!!

Me and my boyfriend had a great time, it was so peaceful and relaxing the hotub was amazing and the cottage was so cosy, it was just what we needed.

Bank House Cottage is an exceptional cottage to stay at. Hosts Veronica and Alan were wonderful, giving local recommendations and ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. The cottage itself is beautiful and has an interesting history. It was sparkling clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We also availed of the Hot Tub which was luxurious and very relaxing. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at the cottage and hope to return in the future.

Fantastic stay! Derek & Kath were amazing hosts, making us feel very much at home whilst also being in privacy. Beautiful home and surroundings, a real treat to stay somewhere with such a special feel. We would definitely recommend and most definitely return. Worth noting also we took our dogs and they too were made to feel part of the family. Lovely memories made 💞

Try the Patten Arms pub- the food was incredible. Lancaster castle was a great day out too. Our 4 year olds were very impressed! Wallings ice cream is really special too. It’s also amazing just to spend time on the farm. The games room is really well equipped and fun to spend the evenings in. It’s the English countryside at its best.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful barn! The setting was peaceful, the space was spotless and cozy, and the hot tub was a perfect touch for a relaxing getaway. Everything was well thought out, and the hosts were welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend!

This is a gorgeous cute, cosy cottage. Very comfortable and right next door to a lovely country pub. It was so handy to walk the dog out on the headland we also enjoyed a run into Morcambe on the promenade. The cottage has all you need and I loved lighting the well prepared fire. Would definitely come back and Nigel was such a wonderful host, with good suggestions and fast messaging.

Really enjoyed our stay at Shrimpers cottage, great location with shops, supermarket, restaurants etc all walkable within 5-10 mins in Lytham St Anne town center. Great pub, fish and chip shop, awesome Thai restaurant just a stroll up the road. Cottage was so lovely and clean and tidy, both bedrooms had comfortable beds, lovely linens and bedding, kitchen has everything you need. Lots of free street parking but can take you a while sometimes to find an empty space but we never really struggled to find one eventually. Cottage is big enough to have family visit as well with grandchildren If Richard will have us, we will be back.

This was one of the loveliest cottages we have ever stayed at The decor was beautifully done with loads of useful extras. Wonderful location 2 mins from the beach and St Peter's church 1 min away. Great meals at the pub across the road. The village is so quaint and people so friendly. 2 nights just isn't enough so we will definitely be booking again. Absolutely gorgeous little cottage. High ends furniture, comfortable bed, lovely bedding, great toiletries. Bonus is having it's own designated parking spot. Would definitely recommend.

Emma was a thoughtful and kind host who responded very quickly to a query. The cottage was lovely and warm with comfortable beds, a good hot shower and an oven that worked well and was easy to operate. We really enjoyed our stay in Great Eccleston and hope to return.

Just had an amazing few days here. Incredible cottage, spotlessly clean and so comfortable with everything we needed and more. Lynne is an excellent host who thinks of everything and does all she can to ensure you feel welcomed and at home. This was the perfect place for us to gather as a family to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday. It was so relaxing and peaceful and we were lucky enough to have good weather so we could sit and enjoy the beautiful garden. Can’t recommend this place enough and we would absolutely love to return for another visit. 5 star experience from booking through to the end of our stay. Just loved it!

I had a great stay at the barn. Ann was a great host, very attentive and friendly. All round a good place to visit the Howgill fells and south lakes from. I will certainly be back.

Jackie's house is lovely, spacious, and very clean. Jackie kept me updated with information and was very responsive. The house is just a short walk from the canal which is a great walking route.

I cannot rate this stay highly enough. I was looked after from the very start. A meal was booked for me at the pub on my first night because I could not get through to them on the phone, I was lent a bike to use and given delicious plums from the garden. I was welcomed, all questions were answered and on the last day they insisted I had a lift into Lancaster when I could have caught the bus. A wonderful stay. Thank you so much.

Really relaxing, felt right at home and in the most beautiful, natural location. Our dogs loved the walks and you feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Will definitely be staying here again.

Overall - a nice little family retreat in Lytham. Only 5 mins from centre of the town. Quiet neighbourhood and good quality accommodation

John was extremely helpful and responsive, the house was bigger than we thought and garden/paddock was great and fully enclosed

What an amazing place, very clean and tidy, quiet and easy to get to, amenities on your doorstep. although bit further from the training venue i use, I would definitely book again. Couldn't fault the home.
