Flemington : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

A lovely place to take my children plenty of space and Andrew was a super host, replied to any questions within minutes. A short walk to great shops and the station, then only 20 and we were at the tennis. All bedrooms worked well for us all, a very well equipped kitchen with great coffee machine and we used the huge bbq on the terrace almost everyday. Having not been back to Australia for 34 years Andrews place was the perfect place to stay, not just for accommodation but for location. Ah mustn’t forget to mention the marina area a short walk away has the best ice creams and restaurants with lovely walks along the seafront. We had our father in hospital from an unexpected road accident. We are from the country so Being with Tennis on in Melbourne we were struggling to find accommodation close to the Alfred. I got on to Air B n B and found John’s house. John was very quick to respond. It was only a short easy drive to the hospital and the house suited us well for the 3 days we spent in Hampton and visiting our father. John’s house felt very homely and is what we needed while visiting our father in hospital. Thanks John. Cheers

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

Extremely well maintained space, lovely and proactive host, very responsive on the chat. Fresh linen and towels were provided. The place has 3 bedroom, with beds in 2 of the bed rooms. Has an outdoor dining table, and 2 indoor tables. The longe room has air con and heater. The couch is one the most comfortable ones ever. Plenty of plants in the backyard that are well maintained. 1.8km drive to the Sanctuary lakes mall. Will find everything there. The reason to choose this place was for its quick access to the freeway and the best value for money places on offer in the surroundings. Washer , dryer, free Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher, adequate cooking utensils and dinner ware, It was nice to have been provided with basic seasonings, and olive oil in the pantry for some basic cooking. Will definitely return for our future Melbourne visits.

A nice place for a summer family getaway!

Holly was a very good host with clear and proactive communication. The home has a “homely” neighbourhood feel to it rather a stark impersonal place to stay.

Our stay at Melanie's house was excellent, everything looked great including all the yummies she provided. We loved sitting on the front balcony and watch the people walk by and all the little parrots in the big tree. We walked to Albert Park for the F1 and we walked down Pickles street to the beach and had a great dinner at one of the restaurants. We will definitely come back one day and enjoy more of Melbourne.

Kevin's place is spacious and make us feel like home. Kevin is responsive and helpful. When we told him something in need, he arrange that for us quickly even it is on boxing day. Highly recommend Kevin's place and I would like to stay again when I come to Melbourne next time.

Alex’s location was perfect for us to get together the Australian Open and to explore Melbourne for a week. The tram lines to get to the CBD, St. Kilda Beach, South Melbourne market, etc. were close by. There were many restaurants, bars, and the Prahran Market a few blocks away, yet the apartment was quiet and comfortable. No problem getting a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Alex was a great host and we would definitely stay in his apartment again if we make it back to the Melbourne area.

Second stay at Ana and Nathan’s lovely apartment. Best things for me are the location, both the proximity to neighbourhood facilities and to the city . Also that it’s decorated as a home not an Airbnb! Can get a little warm on a hot day but easy to manage with fans and aircon.

What a great find, close to the Botanic Gardens and all Melbourne offers! The apartment is spotless and cosy, just as described. The bed is very comfortable. I would definitely return and recommend it. Magda is the most wonderful, responsive and thoughtful host.

Terrific, spacious and quiet flat near Brighton Beach. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended for a stay in the suburbs.

Andrew’s place was great for a weekend in Melbourne. Walking distance to the CBD and plenty of cafes. Very clean apartment with lots of extras that were very appreciated, snacks and lollies!! Andrew was very descriptive and helpful, his instructions were very clear and thorough. The rooftop pool is beautiful, we loved staying there!

This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean bathrooms and kitchen, all the necessary kitchen requirements, comfortable furniture, big TV, nice long balcony. It's very quiet at night. The location was perfect for us - ten minute walk to shows at Crown and the Lume, plus all the restaurants along Southbank. Straight across the street is a big Woolworths supermarket. Our only issue was finding the car parking space but Meary has said she will give detailed instructions for that in future. All the communication with Meary has been with a very quick response time and she is a lovely person to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

My friend and I just returned from a fantastic trip to Melbourne, and our stay at this Airbnb truly made our experience unforgettable! From the moment we stepped in, it felt like a home away from home. The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the breathtaking view! With countless hours on the balcony, soaking in the stunning skyline and vibrant cityscape. The Inside, the apartment was clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to whip up breakfast before heading out to explore. Our hosts were incredibly responsive with answer to my questions. The only concern which was out of the host control was the stench of the rubbish area which is being renovated that leaked in to the apartment. If you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in Melbourne with an unbeatable view, look no further! We can’t wait to come back and make even more memories in this amazing spot. This was my third stay at Asters place! She is friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the SkyBus, The place was very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend and I will be back soon!
