Lovely spot right on the beach. Easy holiday with the kids as they can head over to the beach whenever. House was as described, easy to get in and didn’t need to bother Scott for anything 🙂

I booked an extended family holiday at Fiona's lovely beach house. We had thirteen guests including a three year old. The house had plenty of comfortable beds for all of us and the house was stacked with plenty of toys for the young one and plenty for the adults too. The location is very peacefull and has superb access to beautiful surf beach. Fiona was wonderful to communicate with, very attentative to our needs and questions. I can not recommend booking a getaway at Fiona's Island beach house heigh enough. Thank you Fiona!

We wanted a weekend away and this was perfect! It's in a great location to the beaches and shops and such a cosy beach house Couldn't recommend Josh's place more highly

Our stay at David's place was wonderful. The house is so clean, modern, stylish with plenty of room for a larger family. So much nicer than the photos. Looking forward to staying again sometime.

After a small hiccup checking in, Richard and the team were super quick to respond to us, and super helpful. The house was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds. Great location with easy beach access at the end of the court, with a great spot for swimming. Cowes only a short drive away. I wold be happy to book with Richard again!

The property was in an excellent location. Close to beach and short walk to town. The house was neat and tidy and easily accommodated 8 people. The only issue is the lack of wifi… but we were aware of that from the start.

Thank you Kris and Jon for an amazing stay! I’ve been using Airbnb for over 8 years now and these guys are the best hosts I’ve come across! The house itself is beautiful and just as described, it was stocked with everything you could think of (extra towels, toilet paper, proper coffee machine, pots, pans, everything!) and Kris and Jon let you feel right at home. The heated pool was a bonus and the yard space and BBQ was perfect for our 2 families with 2 small kids. Kris was very response in the lead up to our trip with any questions I had and even had left us a hand written note with a full booklet on how to use everything in the house along with recommendations. The house is in a perfect location with access to great cafes and the beach. Could not rate the house or these guys any more highly, we will be back and thank you for such a wonderful stay :) Shamani

Very welcoming, well appointed home. Spent two nights there for a family wedding but wish we could have been staying a week. Comfortable beds, great layout, lovely tasteful decor. A really nice home to spend time in.

We were a small corporate group, who stayed at this property for the purposes of a leadership team two-day offsite meeting. It was the perfect way to connect in and do things differently. The house is huge, so certainly enough space to spread out, both inside and out! We ordered all of our lunch/morning & afternoon tea catering from Trevor, Ebb & Flow Cafe, in Barwon Heads and had dinner at the Barwon Heads Hotel. A great way to support local! Although in a beautiful and peaceful spot, right on the golf course, be mindful that you will need to rely on a car to get you into town, which is only a short 5-10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this amazing accommodation in San Remo, and I can't recommend it enough! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the stunning beach and local shops. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking views from our balcony. We spent our Christmas there and it was absolutely perfect! Home away from home! With loads of space and had everything you would have in your own home! Unfortunately we didn’t get the weather to use the pool much but it was certainly a fantastic addition to our stay! Would love to stay there again!

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

We had such a fantastic holiday here. The house was so very comfortable, fully equipped and we felt right at home immediately. Fabulous location within walking distance to gorgeous kid-friendly beaches. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Our stay at Dune Beach House for our wedding anniversary was just perfect. The house was spotlessly clean and super comfortable with quality bed linen and furnishings, we certainly hope to come back again and spend more time relaxing

We stayed at Joanne’s place previously and loved our stay so much we couldn’t wait to come back, so we did! Our stay the second time around was just as blissful. Joanne’s home is beautiful, roomy, clean and with all the amenities you could need to be comfortable and enjoy your holiday. Joanne is always communicative and responsive. The location really is super special and the perfect spot for adventures and is amongst nature, but also only a short drive to dining and shops. Our kids have loved each stay and we’re looking forward to coming back hopefully in the near future. Thanks again Joanne.

We totally enjoyed our stay ! A lovely setting - private and peaceful with a short walk to Diamond bay beach! We loved the outdoor shower and balcony setting! Very comfy and clean but a small suggestion would be to provide recycling and compost bins! We'd love to return in the summer! Thanks for having us!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place! It had a games room, walkable to all the main spots in Rye. Andrea was awesome to communicate with and super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!

The view was absolutely amazing. The house was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond to any queries.

I have only praise !! Amazing everything!! The place was just as described, and better. It was squeaky clean, well presented, beds were comfy and inviting, pool was an added bonus! Solar heated.. need I say more ? Yes, I need to say that Emma is a gracious host, very generous and her attention to detail made us feel so welcome in her lovely home ! Hosts like Emma and airbnb’s like Ocean Beach House are the very reason why we come back to Airbnb again and again. Such a fantastic experience, highly recommended!
