We enjoyed our stay here. The location was close to downtown (walking distance) Royal Oak and we could walk to our son’s house as well which was the purpose for our visit. The house provided all we needed and a fenced yard for our dog. The owner was quick to respond if we had any questions or concerns. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great privacy, cozy house and we loved the amenities of the fire pit and paddle boat. It was perfect for bringing our little one too, with a crib and toys available! We should have brought binoculars for all the cool birds and ducks we saw. There were even swans on the lake! I wish we could have stayed longer. The nearby town of Holly looks like it came straight out of a hallmark movie! It was so cute and had really amazing antique stores as well as some really great little restaurants we were able to try. I would move to this area in a second if I could!

I stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend just to relax and spend time together and this was the perfect place! The home was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything you could possibly need like a true home away from home. We came from Livonia, MI and were unfamiliar with Ferndale, and were so pleased with how extremely safe the community was and how walkable it was even after a snowstorm. Craig was also such a great host, he made everything so easy and always responded in a timely manner. LOVE this place!!! Would absolutely stay again!!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. Although the neighborhood initially seemed a bit rough, it turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. The house itself was immaculate and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and clean environment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area!

This was definitely home away from home! The area was very peaceful with beautiful views, we had everything we needed and is perfect if you have children! Plenty to keep the kiddos busy and having fun while you enjoy your time too. It was hard to leave! 10/10 recommend staying here with family!

This place was amazing—honestly even better than the pictures! The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, making for a perfect night's sleep. We initially didn't plan on spending much time at the house, but the living space was so inviting and cozy that we ended up staying in, relaxing, and enjoying great conversations. The kitchen and coffee area were exceptionally well-stocked, and the bathroom had absolutely everything we needed (and more). Communication with the host was excellent, and we truly appreciated their responsiveness. We hope to come back again soon! Highly recommend!

Great place! We've stayed here multiple times and everytime it's been great. The hosts are easy to work with and the place is always in great condition. I would highly recommend this house! The lake is absolutely beautiful!

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. the house was very easy to find and street parking was not hard to find. clean house, safe area. the house nextdoor has a little shop, which had a very bright motion activated light, so my car felt very safe! tanvir was lovely, gave me perfect entry and checkin / checkout instructions prior to our arrival and made the process super smooth. i would definitely recommend this house, and i would stay there again!

Will book again!! Great place! Some salt stains on the floor but that’s bound to happen in the winter. Upstairs Neighbors were loud every night after 8pm and sometime around lunch. Overall very homey and kitchen was awesome.

The apartment is beautiful. Immaculate, upgraded, spacious. It provided a perfect home base for magnificent weekend. I would recommend The Finley Block to anyone looking to stay in Owosso.
