Maylinn’s place was a perfect home away from home on a family trip to the Detroit area for Thanksgiving. The home is cute, with lots of nice updates, and was the perfect size for our family of three people and one dog. Everything was exceptionally clean — above expectations. Our 11 year old daughter enjoyed her room and thought the trundle was cool. Our dog loved having a yard to play in. We were glad we brought his tie out, as only three sides of the yard were fully enclosed. But it worked out just fine. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinner and make breakfast. There was a washer/dryer. One thing to note is that there was no dining table. There is one eating bar with two bar stools and another table with two bar stools. We would definitely stay here again. Great place for the price and really wonderful to have our dog with us. (He does give a “snort” for not being allowed on the furniture. But we explained it was better than being left at home. He agreed.)

My husband and I loved our time visiting family at the Rock House. The home is beautifully decorated, closed to shops and restaurants. I felt right at home. The master bed was extremely comfy. This home was probably the most well stocked home I’ve visited. My wife also loved all the nature around. Truly a beautiful stay at the “Rock House”, we will be back soon.

Enjoyed my time here! Lots of space and the fenced years was great for my little dog. Good location near downtown Ferndale on a nice, quiet street. I had some trouble getting into the house at first, but the host was very responsive and found a solution.

The house was perfect in every way possible! It is on a safe and quiet street with lots of restaurants and bars within walking (in the summer) or a short drive when it's colder outside. You can be anywhere in DT Detroit in 15-20 minutes. The beds where comfortable and the amenities were many. Definitely will stay hear every time we visit the area

This home fit our needs perfectly. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The back yard was fully fenced and perfect for our dog. The location was close to everything. Our hosts were always quick to respond to any questions and were super helpful for our entire stay. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to town!!

This is a great house for a group of friends. The pool and garage, specifically the sauna, were fantastic amenities. We enjoyed our stay. We felt safe inside and around the house.

The apartment was a great value – clean, modern, and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet, even within an apartment building. The check-in process could have been smoother, and the kitchen amenities were a bit sparse (no toaster, for example), but overall, it was a solid stay and met our needs.

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Glenda’s property. The house was beautiful , offering a welcoming and family-friendly environment. Our 6-year-old and her friends had an unforgettable girls’ night, especially enjoying the basement and movie theater. Ms. Glenda’s communication was excellent, providing clear instructions that made our stay seamless. Thank you for allowing us to use your lovely home; we look forward to returning soon.

This was the perfect location for me and my family. I was married this past October (2024) and needed a place close by for me, my wedding party and my family. Not only was this the perfect location, but the house was more amazing than I could have imagined! More amenities than I had expected and a larger home than expected. Me and my fellow guests were blown away and felt totally taken care of by Macy and her family. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of renting this property. 10/10!! Thank you Macy!!!!

Cool house! Loved the art room. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This place was suggested to my husband and I after we booked another place with Josh. He mentioned his nephew being in town and wanted it to be quiet for us so we stayed here instead. Definitely did not disappoint! Plenty of room for us and our 2 dogs. There was a huge basement for them to run around in and for us to sit and watch tv if we wanted to. The kitchen and living room was open and spacious. The living room tv and electric fireplace were great and we had no issues using them. We only used one bedroom but it was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of extra bedroom and bathroom linen. Josh even suggested places to visit in the area since this wasn’t the original place we had booked. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed at his alternate place to stay in order to have a little more peaceful weekend that was kid free. We will be sure to book him/his alternate properties in the future if we’re ever in the area.

Peaceful neighborhood, clean and well-stocked accommodation with great communication. Would stay here again.

the land management of this property was on a scale of 1 to 10, a 10. truly showed pride of ownership. The game activity was unbelievable. To really appreciate what was available we definitely needed more days . We would certainly want to return to this with the rest of our family. Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

The house is roomy, clean, and located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The backyard is lovely for sitting and observing the birds, squirrels, deer. We had lots of local activities so didn’t get to spend as much time in the house as usual. Our host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you

We spent 2 weeks at this property. The house was equipped with literally everything we needed. It was totally clean and sparkling. The house is located in a very private neighborhood adjacent to Lake Chemung. Must be nice in the summer but we were there in February. Snow removal was handled by a service although I had to do some touchup shoveling. Audrianna was very proactive and helpful. Our few questions were answered almost immediately. I would rate this property as outstanding. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return!

We had a great stay and the blue house and would love to come back again if we're in the neighborhood. Daniel was really great and we really did feel right at home.

I love all of Eileen's properties. Always creative, super clean and comfortable. This is the third house I have rented. This one does not disappoint! Super clean, three lovely spotless bedrooms and comfortable recliners in the living room. Eileen's artwork is throughout and she did such a lovely job on this one. I will be back for sure. The neighborhood is very peaceful and we slept well. Eileen is a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

This home worked great for our two families! There was lots of space for the kids to play and more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Chad was very responsive!
