Great little flat, with lots of charecter. Easy to find and park. Loved the shop idea, we were eating buffet at a party later that night so did not want a big tea, we thought lets get settled at the flat then nip for food, well we did not have to as Alison had supplied us with lots of freebies plus a well stocked freezer and cupboard with food to buy, a little shop in the flat, amazing idea. Will Definitely stay again

Josh is a super host, we really enjoy his flat, very quiet, short distance to brilliant walks and beach of Talacre. We’ll book again, all you need in kitchen, very clean flat, good shower. It’s next to a barrack but not an issue as was very quiet in our stay.

Perfect for our weekend. The accommodation was perfect, in fact we were taken back with how there cupboards were full off useful things…. Condiments, sauces, toiletries and that’s just a few I can mention. Appreciated the milk, bread, butter, nice gesture and makes a difference to some places who don’t offer that. Host also helped us out when our car broke down whilst we were there and went above and beyond to help sort it out for us. Overall the place was lovely, more than I actually expected, clean, tidy and perfect. Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Wigan. Thank you

Augustine is a great host and even went to the extent of calling the local gym to get me pricing as they wouldn't accept my calls from the USA. The accommodation was perfect location to be close to an aging mother who I needed to visit. The property inside is secure, clean and has everything that I needed for a functional stay. I didnt need much at all. The rear of the property (car park) and the shared hallway are not very welcoming but once inside it is extremely well kept, clean and safe. For me the host is doing a great job.

I had a lovely stay at this flat. It was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable rental experience. The host was responsive, making the check-in process smooth.

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to city centre where there is plenty to occupy everybody.Communication from host was excellent, property stunning, location quiet and private. Facilities at property were first class, clean and comfortable. Many thanks to Mike the host for letting us share his home and beautiful city Chester. Dan is a friendly landlord, and he provides a very detailed travel tips in the lounge. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walking distance to the sea front.

Gary was very good with communication. We had a problem with the microwave whilst we were there and it was sorted out within the hour. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was a short walk to the bus. plenty of parking at the weekend too. Thank you Gary, I would highly recommend 👌

What a lovely place! The apartment is great,lovely furniture,super confortable bed,spotless clean,we couldn’t ask for anything better. Stephen was very responsive and even allowed us to check out a bit later than the official time. Complimentary milk,tea/coffee,lovely cookies and a bottle of wine! The place is also ver quiet so a good sleep is guarantied I will 100% recommend this place to anybody whiling to explore Liverpool and will came back in the future. As a bonus you have the bus stop to go to Lark Lane or to town a minute walk from the place,as I said is a little gem 😊

Enjoyed our two night stay for my birthday. Location in Liverpool is very important to us, and this location was perfect. Everything on your doorstep with a secure car parking space which is also important to us. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night despite being in a central location. I would 100% book again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great host! Thank you Andy for all your help during and especially after our stay! Forgot my keys, and Andy responded immediately, personally went and found them and posted them the next day. Communication was impeccable! Also the apartment was perfect, exactly as described, clean, comfortable beds, great shower, and everything needed for the stay. Nice touch too having tasty biscuits, milk, tea and coffee for arrival. Albert quay and the city were a leisurely 15-20 stroll, (or cheap Uber ride away). Check in and check out were simple and convenient. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Ten out of ten!

Great little place to stay. Only really used it for a base due to planned activities but used garden space whilst killing a little time, tv set up was brill and easy to use, everything was as listed and communicated. Would recommend and will be back and will use the hot tub next time

Huge thank you to Trevor and Nikki for being such wonderful hosts. Really quick to reply to messages and grateful for earlier check in and later check out. Apartment is beautifully done, feels homely and alot more spacious than the pictures show. Girls and I loved the hot tub, and being so lucky with the weather felt like we were abroad. Location is perfect base to explore the surrounding area. We are all looking forward to returning next year x

Lovely week long break at Alexander and Cathy's apartment. Cathy was there to show us around when we arrived and explained how everything worked which was most useful. The apartment is in a great location and we hardly needed the car all week. Loved the hot tub too. Would definitely return, and recommend!

The flat was spacious, with two good size double bedrooms with views towards the River Mersey. The location is perfect for events at ACC Liverpool / Exhibition Centre Liverpool and very conveniently located for Royal Albert Dock and the city centre. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there were good quality towels and dressing gowns available for use. The lounge area was also comfortable and the whole apartment was quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was well-equipped. The Bluetooth entry system for the block worked fine, although this did involve installing an app before arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at Gary’s place. He’s a friendly host and it’s a really peaceful location. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony (which is covered, great for all weather) and watching the swans. The place is well-equipped for longer stays and we were able to cooks meals etc. Having two bathrooms was helpful too. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in after days out exploring. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Gary!

They could not have been anymore helpful. They responded to everything so quickly and when we had a query with the hot tub someone came out to check on it within half an hour. They were in regular contact to make sure everything was OK

Beautiful property, decorated like something out of an interior design magazine. Rachael was super responsive and the whole stay was just great. Lovely place.

The house has got everything you need and more! The instructions about check-in, check-out, the hot tub… were clear. There’s plenty of parking behind the Airbnb. Would definitely recommend!
