Once we found the house everything was really good. It was clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the linen fresh and nice. Lovely to have a sitting room where we could relax. Recommendation for the evening meal was well worth the effort to get there. The Hare, Fardon. Anne was very welcoming and helpful

I booked this on behalf of my mother who actually stayed. She could not fault Catherine and her hospitality. 5*s all round! Great welcome, spotlessly clean house and room and a delicious dinner. Catherine went above and beyond to ensure my mother was super comfortable. Really great place to stay!!

If I could I would have given Catherine 10 stars. What a polite and friendly host?! The B&B was a beauty and sparkling clean! Catherine loves what she does and that is clear from the first moment one steps foot In The lovely cottage. We booked last minute and besides that everything was amazing. We had to leave super early for a sports activity and she made us an amazing breakfast at 07:00am!!!! I would definitely go back to stay longer! I would recommend this host to everyone!! Thank you Catherine! It felt like we were at home!

We enjoyed our stay at Baytree Lodge very much. It is ideally situated (close to Chester city centre and to pubs and restaurants) and we appreciated to be able to leave our car on the drive for the whole day. The room was clean and comfortable and we were made welcome. Would recommend it without hesitation.

John and Steph are a hard-working couple doing their best to provide an exceptional stay for everyone! We were not disappointed and The Tower is steeped in history! We stayed in the front tower room, which was grandiose with enormously tall ceilings and with a lot of character. The breakfasts were amazing too! All in all we really enjoyed our stay and our visits out to the Welsh countryside… Thanks very much for looking after us so well 😊

Tom's B and B is just lovely! Warm, stylish, impeccably finished room and such a friendly host. Easy to communicate with and really happy to help with anything. I didn't have breakfast myself but it looked amazing and the breakfast room is great - bright and airy. The Scandinavian inspired room I stayed in is lovely and the bed is especially big and comfy! Nice little touches like the delicious perfume of the room fresheners and the tea/coffee extras. Thank you for a really relaxing and easy stay.

Gayle and Mike were perfect hosts. They were very accommodating and we found the facilities and breakfast to be of top class quality. Highly recommend them.

Ann was such a great host welcoming.The Manor house was amazing. Such attention to detail, beautiful views, super clean and a gorgeous breakfast all made to order. I would totally recommend Anna place for a unique and comfortable stay.

Lovely little place to stay, very clean & comfy. Very peaceful area. Rupert & Jane were very friendly & always willing to help if needed. One of the best Air BnB I’ve stay in.

Corrinna could not have been kinder or more welcoming to me and my little dog. She was so welcoming even when I showed up at 10pm for check in, and made me a coffee and breakfast in the morning. She even gave me a lift to the ferry terminal. Super clean bedroom and bathroom as well. Thanks Corrinna!

The house was lovely and spacious, had a very old world vibe, but also managed to be extremely modern as well. One thing that stood up to me was how spectacularly amazing the shower was. Alice and Dave are really good people, extremely chatty and friendly. Amazingly outgoing as well. The bedroom was comfortable, spacious, and overall a nice place to be. Plus the snacks were a nice touch as well. :-)

Debbie was a fabulous host with a warm, hospitable welcome and a very comfortable bedroom. Spotlessly clean facilities and a great breakfast!

We stayed in Llangollen from 18th to 22nd September. We had an amazing time and a lot of that had to do with our accommodation and hosts. Vanessa and Christoph couldn’t do enough for us, from a lovely breakfast each morning made to match our individual requirements and preferences, to expert advice about the local area that we took full advantage of. The house itself was exactly as advertised, very spacious with a particularly beautiful garden. Our room was cozy and we had 4 well rested days and nights thanks to the comfortable bed. The en suite bathroom had everything you’d need for 2 people and there was enough wardrobe and draw space for our clothing and items. If you are planning on staying in the Llangollen area, I would very much recommend Vanessa’s home based on our experience, which was more than worth the price.

This accommodation is incredible value given its location and facilities. A desk might be helpful in the room, but in all other respects its was super. Bathroom facilities and wifi all absolutely as per requirements. Coffee and toast in the mornings was a very kind touch. Thank you!

We stayed in the Forge which is a lovely stone annexe to the main house, luxuriously appointed and very comfortable. We were visiting our daughter at Edge Hill uni and this was the perfect base. Janet was also very helpful in helping us get various things sorted out for our daughter, going way beyond to assist. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of tasty, wholesome options. We will stay here again, and look forward to our next visit.

Fantastic hosts, opened up their charming house on a moments notice in the middle of a long weekend when we were stuck for accommodation. Super friendly, gorgeous house and garden with stunning rural setting. Definitely would recommend
