I was only there for a night, but it was absolutely perfect! It’s central, clean, easy to check in, and the host is very helpful. I’d absolutely book again!

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

We had a wonderful stay at Gary’s place. He’s a friendly host and it’s a really peaceful location. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony (which is covered, great for all weather) and watching the swans. The place is well-equipped for longer stays and we were able to cooks meals etc. Having two bathrooms was helpful too. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in after days out exploring. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Gary!

It’s a great location. When you step out it’s just the beach. It’s not a busy location- calm and secluded just next to the high street. You can see the sunrise from your bedroom which is decorated well. Ideal for a family of 4 or a couple. Would highly recommend this place

Great host! Thank you Andy for all your help during and especially after our stay! Forgot my keys, and Andy responded immediately, personally went and found them and posted them the next day. Communication was impeccable! Also the apartment was perfect, exactly as described, clean, comfortable beds, great shower, and everything needed for the stay. Nice touch too having tasty biscuits, milk, tea and coffee for arrival. Albert quay and the city were a leisurely 15-20 stroll, (or cheap Uber ride away). Check in and check out were simple and convenient. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Ten out of ten!

We has a short stay at Paul's. We found Paul to be very communicative and helpful. Of all our air b and b experiences Paul was the most speedy to reply to any questions . He was personally very helpful. The accommodation itself was spacious and comfortable. A very interesting building in a very interesting area. As you would expect with an older property it has it's quirks but we felt right at home and were very happy with our choice. Paul keeps it well stocked with provisions. It is very well placed for those choosing to visit Liverpool. 5 min walk to Hamilton Station for quick and easy non car visits

A fantastic stay - a beautiful, remote location. Great to go off grid for a few days and re-connect with nature. Toby was very helpful and responsive to our every need. Was a great base to explore the area and really enjoyed the sauna too

Tucked away with stunning views a And yet only a short walk to the city centre, where there are great restaurants entertainment, sight seeing and great shopping. I combined a work trip with a few days to explore and this was a great location for both. Parking space is as described, but local parking is available nearby. I hope to stay again!

We rented this accommodation for visiting family during their holiday, as it was conveniently located nearby. The property was perfect—clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything easy to use. We would highly recommend this place and sincerely thank the hosts for allowing us to use it.

Booked orchard cottage as a last minute new year getaway. We travelled with our two dogs. The cottage was lovely, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Secure back garden was great for the dogs. Lots of walks nearby it was perfect for us! Will definitely be back, thank you Belinda x

Katie’s how was very roomy, homely and clean. Everything you need for a week’s holiday is catered for. Downstairs toilet a big bonus as well as a fab washer and dryer Thank you Katie for letting us stay.

Me and my misses stayed in this lovely cottage overlooking a lovely lock was gorgeous waking up and having a walk along the river there was a pub up the road 5 mins drive with lovely food and Chester near by with lovely Christmas market and Liverpool 45 mins away the location was perfect the house was spotless and the fire was gorgeous to sit around while watching some tv at night the hot tub was lovely and good instruction how to get it piping hot add loads of woods n keep it topped up but all in all she was quick to reply to any questions we had and helped with anything we asked so thanks for lovely stay we will be back and the bath room what a lovely bath with a lovely view 10/10

Stayed for two nights with two other friends. Loved the house very well presented lovely little touches that made the house feel very homely. Spotlessly clean. Downstairs bedroom is much cooler than the orher rooms but was told this and wasn't a great problem ( I didn't sleep in that room! Haha) maybe a little electric heating in there to give it a boost if anyone wants that. Would definitely stay again. Thank you 😊

Great location, very pleasant and peaceful. Accommodation was first class. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Nice easy walk into the centre of Liverpool

This is a wonderful and spacious flat with beautiful views over the marina. It's about a 15 minute walk to the centre and as a consequence is very quiet which was perfect for us. If staying I'd recommend bringing food/drinks with you rather than relying on local shops but there are shops within a ten minute walk. Overall this is one of the best flats I've ever stayed in and we had a fantastic time, thank you!

Hoylake is so beautiful. Clare's house is spacious and comfortable and the apartment is very comfortable and well-appointed. The nearby beaches and walks are stunning. We had a wonderful stay.

Liz’s apartment exceeded our expectations, Liz was so warm and welcoming to me and my family and very accommodating and flexible with our check in/out schedule. The apartment is located in a private and peaceful area with a beautiful view, extremely clean and tidy filled with lots of amenities such as Netflix and WiFi and cold water and the kitchen was stocked with essentials which me and my family were highly impressed with! Great apartment Easy to get out and about (walk, train, car) - though there is a BIG hill back Lots to do Had a great stay Apartment excellently equipped for all our needs with plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 dogs and a baby. Lovely welcome hamper and stocked fridge - very much appreciated And a bathroom stocked with a multitude of toiletries Neil very friendly - and we loved the VERY subtle nod to his work near the front door!! 😊

Spotless, modern apartment with incredible panoramic view of the coast. Lovely, quiet area only ten minutes walk from main shops etc. Would revisit.

Fantastic stay! Really clear instructions for check in which made arriving late in the evening go smoothly. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is right on the river, just a short walk from local town and pubs/restaurants. Paula was very responsive to any queries and really helpful with information. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
