We had a wonderful couples' weekend getaway!! Immediately felt right at home! The house was exactly as described, and the decor was amusing (in a good way!). Would definitely stay here again!!

My husband, daughter, pup and I very much enjoyed our weekend getaway to Creek Haven. A very picturesque and serene setting, perfect for relaxing time away. Cabin was neat and clean, we would definitely stay there again.

this place is as described. if you are looking for luxury this isn't the place for you. if you are looking for a clean,well equipped relaxing vacation this place is well worth it. there is no WiFi. my husband and I have the same plan he had coverage I did not (?) so I hot spotted off him if I needed. Darrel met us on arrival and explained everything. we were down during a very cold time but we were nice and warm. there was nothing lacking in our needs, cooking, bathing. the hot tub was great. my husband wants to go back when the river is not frozen over so be can fish. it was a great stay

While I'm more than happy to give a 5 star rating, there are a couple coutions I'd issue right up front. First, the house is right next to a pretty busy road, which can be pretty noisy, especially in the upstairs bedroom. second, and this is really weird, there is a very loud volunteer fire department siren that goes off way too often. In the 2 days we were there, it must've gone off 10 times, at all hours. In other words, if you're looking for some peace and quiet, maybe some romance, this may not be the location for you. That said, this place was great! It has everything you'll need for your get away. It was clean, organized, well appointed, and super cute. Plus, it has a great deck, with a fantastic hot tub. It's also a short 5 minute walk to downtown. The host was very helpful and answered my messages in a timely manner. Last note, there is no bathtub, just a stand up shower, and if you're tall, you'll have to bend to wash your hair. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful view and the location was private but close to a lot of really great places. The house was super cute and the host was responsive to my questions. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back!

This house is very peaceful and serene and a great escape from DC! The amenities are great and the setup of the house is very cute and charming. It was the perfect place for a girls’ trip and we had a great time.

This lovely little house is great for a relaxing weekend. Time in the hot tub and time in the little movie theater makes it so homey. No need to leave the house with the relaxing time.

Phillip's cabin was wonderful. It was in a beautiful location, had easy access to Wisp resort (about 5 minutes driving), and was exactly as described in the description. Communication was smooth and we did not have any issues during our stay.

It was an amazing weekend in this home. The kitchen, bathroom and linen closet were well stocked and we didn’t run out of anything. The house is right on the water and provided hours of free entertainment. The house contained cable, plenty of DVDs/Bluray movies, board games, and sitting space. Wisp is seconds away by car and minutes by walking. Host was responsive and understanding, even after I lost the house keys.

The house is ideally located and extremely clean. The host was very communicative and responsive. It was a lovely stay and I highly recommend!

We had an amazing trip staying here! The pond was so nice to look out at - and the wood stove was so cozy. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I love the peace and tranquillity at Jens place! I brought my teenage grandson along for a trip to the country and some time for us to connect away from it all. We spent time doing one of the puzzles at the house and relaxing. It was amazing to see him let down the “teenage edge” in the cozy atmosphere her cottage provides. While out and about one evening we stumbled upon what is an annual Christmas Tree lighting in the town square of Greencastle. What an experience! If you need to unwind and let go of the crazy world, look no further. Jen is an excellent host and her getaway will remain at the top of my list.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. Very clean and nice amenities. 25 minutes from White tail and 15 minutes from downtown Mercersburg. Super friendly hosts.

A great stay. Our dogs loved the property. There were plenty of stores and restaurants within a close driving distance.

Sisters on Lincoln was perfect for the two couples traveling in our group. The house was super clean, neat and tidy. Both our evenings were chilly outside, so we had the opportunity to enjoy the wood burning fireplace each night, which was such a treat. The house was also well stocked with snacks and supplies that made our stay even more comfortable. We were in town for an annual festival, and plan to stay at Sisters on Lincoln again next year when we return. Hence, I would highly recommend this AirBnb!

Loved every minute of our stay. Was warm and cozy and very welcoming of kids. My daughter (4 yrs) loved the books and toys. My son (6 yrs) loved the Zipline and building a fire with dad in the fire pit. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for morning coffee and family meals. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The cottage had many necessities that we didn’t need to worry about bringing or buying (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, seasonings, K-pods). The cottage was tucked back in a beautiful, private area with close driving distance to Seven Springs, where our boys had a great time snowboarding. The porch area was perfect for all their equipment and gear. The washer and dryer were very useful for keeping all their gear clean and dry over the long weekend. The heated mats on the outside path to the cottage were a nice addition, especially since we had snowy weather during our stay. The cottage had plenty of room for our family during our stay and the hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your cottage! I would definitely recommend to anybody wanting to stay in the area. I bet it’s lovely in the summer and fall seasons. I may need to check it out then.

The cottage is an older property updated very well. The woodwork throughout has been carefully restored. There’s no chrome or plastic anywhere. Our group consisted of two parents, two adult daughters, their husbands and one child each under five years old for a total eight. The three bedrooms worked just fine. The bathrooms are a little small as one would expect with an older property, but they are updated nicely. We made good use of the dining and living rooms and the well equipped kitchen. This was our second visit to the cottage. The hosts maintain it exquisitely. The only access to the cottage is by using some long, well-built, well-maintained steps. If you have mobility issues, this would not be a good choice.

This is our second year staying in one of the cabin's on Mike's property on the Savage River. Different cabin, but once again very easy to coordinate, very clean and a great spot to fish the catch and release section of the river. The fire pit down by the running water is nice and relaxing and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We look forward to next year!

Incredible! My fiancé and I had a magnificent time, we truly couldn't have asked for more. If you're thinking it may be small, I can promise you it isn't. It's SO much bigger on the inside than you'd imagine, plenty, plenty room! The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything was spick and span. It was easy to find, in a very safe neighborhood- there's an infinite amount of good things I could write about this adorable cottage! We will be back!

The cozy cottage was more than I expected! A step back into a more peaceful and simple time. Beautifully furnished with pieces appropriate to the time and place - lots of fun books to peruse too. Modern conveniences made the stay easy. Absolutely spotless with attention to detail. You'll feel pampered with a comfortable bed graced with a handmade quilt and fluffy towels. Very responsive when I had a question. Great location so close to wonderful restaurants, hiking, and natural beauty. A true gem!

Wow! What a wonderful experience! I message them around 3PM for that very same day check in and they did not hesitate on anything, they response right away and were very willing to any changes. very quick to response and they were very understanding to everything. The house is beautiful and was perfect for us! Thank-you!

Just like the pictures, this lakeside cottage is lovely. Great setting and views. Very nicely decorated and very well equipped. Susan was an outstanding host.

This was our family's second time staying here and we intend to do so again next year if she'll have us again! look I am very tempted to NOT write a review because this is a bit of a hidden gem, but the host was excellent and deserves the visibility, even if it means it's harder for us in the future! location is great for hitting up Wisp and far enough away it still feels like a private retreat. really great host who has welcomed us into her cabin twice now! Washer and dryer were clutch w this trip with rain the first day! but we were able to dry out our gear and hit the slops and second day without issue!!!
