My husband and I love nature so this was absolutely the perfect fit for us. It is magical. Waking up for the sunrise and seeing all the birds/alligators/ beautiful views. This house is also the perfect location- right next to rainbow springs, crystal river, silver springs- where you can rent kayaks and see the beautiful water and manatees! Matt provides kayaks at his house as well which we took advantage of. When we weren’t out, we loved using the amenities of the house- hot tub, grill, dart board. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at the house. Matt was also very responsive and gave us great advice on where to eat, where to hike, and what to do. We would come back!

Such a great place. Love the farmers porch. We enjoyed many hours out there. Dylan was great with communication. Accommodated check in a little bit early to help us with a college event. The decor is adorable. The neighbors are all very very friendly. Really nice area. Wish we found this gem 4 years ago when my daughter started college but definitely plan to spread the word to other st Leo families

We only stayed one night but we found Jim’s place to be very comfortable and true to the description in the listing. It is located on a very private and quiet piece of property. The home is nicely decorated and was very clean. It has everything needed to ensure an enjoyable experience.

Came down for a quick weekend getaway with my wife and we had a blast. Kayaking down the river was awesome and we were close to a few excellent restaurants.

Lagoon Point has become our #1 go-to every year for our family vacation. It was clean, spacious, accommodating, with an "at home feeling" atmosphere... so many spacious areas for our grandkids to lounge around! The pool was great... easy access to the beautiful property and water access for our airboat.. and very private! The host made it known that she was available if needed. She emailed several times before our stay informing me of what the house had available for my family. Easy check in and chech out. Everything was as listed and pictured (plus some!) This place is 100% to us!

Ira & Gay are truly super hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was introduced to neighbors and learned a lot about the area through my conversations with them. Tarpon is a very friendly and welcoming area. The close proximity to Craig Park/Spring Branch, Whitcomb Bayou, and downtown minimize the amount of driving you have to do. One walk around Spring Branch yielded a dolphin sighting. A really great blend of relaxation and activities. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Barbara’s apartment for a friends wedding held at Silver Springs. The location was perfect for a weekend of wedding activities and kayaking Silver Springs. Barbara’s apartment was a huge value. It was not only a perfect location for what we needed, it was immaculately clean, a perfect amount of space for our stay, had a big bathroom, and Barbara went above and beyond providing extra towels and condiments just in case her guests might need them! Barbara’s place was a way higher value than you’d get at a hotel for half the price of a room for the night. Overall, we were incredibly impressed and would love to stay again for any future Ocala adventures.

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

We loved our stay at Andi’s home in Weeki Wachee. We loved starting the day with a cup of coffee on the dock and then hopping into one of the many kayaks to explore the pristine and amazing Weeki Wachee river. My son and I fell in love with the area and will definitely be back. The house was comfortable and Andi was a responsive and wonderful host.

This place was absolutely amazing. We can’t wait to hopefully make this a new family tradition!!

Steve was a wonderful host and his place is just amazing! The area is so picturesque - gorgeous, peaceful horse farms everywhere. The apartment was immaculate and so well-appointed. Very spacious with room to unpack and truly feel right at home. I loved the double closets in the bedroom which allowed more than enough room to unpack everything and lovely spacious bathroom (double vanities) also with great closet and storage space. The kitchen was perfect, finished with everything you might need, and the living room area was comfortable, homey and nicely decorated. I really appreciated all the special touches, lighting, amenities that made it so easy to settle in. My dog and I loved walking the property and surrounding area every day. Steve was so helpful and accommodating as I extended my stay twice and he went out of his way to be helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it's a dream spot!

We needed a place to stay last minute and this place was perfect and exactly as described, quiet and a wonderful stay! Garry was very communicative and though we didn’t have any problems, Garry offered his help if we needed it. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful property! Within the rolling hills and old growth oak hammocks of old Florida! Far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the bigger metro areas but not too far to visit if you so wish. Enjoyed my time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

I highly recommend Tyler’s place for a getaway. I went with my husband and friends and it was a dream! The place is great, absolutely beautiful backyard and Tyler was an amazing host. Always responded very quickly, super polite and helpful. We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time at Casey’s place and were sorry to leave. The house and grounds are simply wonderful and the peace and quiet of the early mornings and evenings in particular was magical. So many birds to listen to and watch, and the little alligator and deer in the forest opposite. We took out the Jon boat and enjoyed the quiet river and explored the surrounding nature areas and forests on walks. The house has everything you need and there are so many places to sit and rest outside. We hope to be back some time.

We love staying at Richard's and Leslie's! Location is perfect; easy access to the community park and river with the included golf cart, kayaks, paddle boards and more. Lovely evenings by the fire pit in the yard, and kitchen has all the necessities. Perfect getaway weekend!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Teddy's lovely cabin, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The cabin was warm, cozy, and inviting, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The lake was absolutely stunning—peaceful and serene—and we took full advantage of the canoes and kayaks available. It was so fun to explore the lake whenever we felt like going on an adventure! The location was ideal—close to Silver Springs and some amazing trails but still tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras like coffee, filters, and water, which made mornings even more enjoyable. Communication with Teddy was flawless. He responded quickly to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. I’m already looking forward to returning the next time I’m in the area!

We had such a wonderful 5 day stay at this lovely cabin! From the moment we arrived we could tell Nancy put so much care into making this a special getaway. The cabin itself was cozy clean and with everything we could possibly need. One of the highlights was the peaceful lake, perfect for fishing and just soaking in the serenity of nature. Our kids absolutely loved feeding the squirrels, birds, and fish with the food she thoughtfully left for them. It was such a sweet touch and made their experience even more magical.she went above and beyond by leaving a basket of snacks for us which she didn’t have to do but it was so appreciated! Nancy left us s’mores which the kids really appreciated. She even provided toothbrushes and other essentials, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. It was so nice to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and just enjoy the quiet, peaceful surroundings. We also loved exploring the nearby springs, which were absolutely breathtaking

The cabin was incredible was perfect for our stay. I recommend bringing a twin mattress topper for the pull out bed. The mini fridge was surprisingly large and he has a gril available for use for cooking. Nice little pond to catch some fish we caught a few bluegills and a cat fish. The trail was nice and the weather was perfect. Will definitely be staying again soon!

This place is amazing for a family retreat. Very quiet, the river is stunning, you can use the canoes and the kids loved fishing from the deck. Beautiful fireplace, the cabin is equipped with everything you’ll need. Sparkling clean. Absolutely recommended. We will back next year for sure!!!!
