Zay was a great host and his house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly want. Comfortable beds, big open living space, a screened in patio and even a great workout room in the garage. I love the SC laid back vibes of the neighborhood and I would love to come back and stay again.

Really awesome place. Private and cozy. Had really great communication with the owners. We had a small Thanksgiving celebration during our stay and everything was perfect. So I can definitely say that all the appliances work! Would recommend to anyone to stay here. Super clean. My French Bulldog stayed with us and the owners even included a doggie bed and a few toys. My dog gives this place 5 paws out of 5!

This was absolutely a wonderful stay...She accommodatef us for a weekend Conference after another AIRBNB of hers was booked...She didn't hesitate to open her doors to us! She was courteous, kind, always lending a helping hand...Sent help when I mistakenly locked us out, She guided us to the property after hours and stayed on the phone to make sure we felt safe! The home was beautiful and we got great rest! Sheade recommendations for dining, even though we didn't get to go this time, I would definitely stay here again... and check out the restaurant! This host...is the absolute best...I felt like I knew her .that is how hospitable and relatable she was...Again thank you, for all you accomadations for me and family! We were in town for a friend’s wedding weekend, and had never been to Lake City before. I wasn’t expecting such a cute little town! A walkable downtown area great for shopping, antiquing, and lunch, and the house was just a 5 minute walk from it all! The home was extremely clean, and beds were so comfy!

What a treat to find Mustard Seed Lodging in Marion. We used the loft while visiting family at Thanksgiving. It provided the space we needed while spending most of our time in town with family. I will use it again!

Was able to accommodate us very short notice. Very clean house and very clean.

We had a wonderful time. Parking spots are marked clearly, and the directions for how to get in were easy to follow. Once inside the place was exactly as described. The beds were all comfortable, had plenty of space for our group of 3, and I will definitely stay here again if I make my way back to Florence. We ate at some of the recommended Restaurants. Town Hall was amazing (try the swordfish.) Thanks for Hosting Us!!!!

Cute and clean place. Felt safe at home in residence. Place was as described in description and pictures. Host was very responsive and suggested restaurants to visit. Will definitely book this place again if I’m ever in the area.

Absolutely lived this lil hideaway! Perfect for me and my boyfriend to stay at for my son’s wedding!

Perfect for our needs. Luke gave us great recommendations for cycling, restaurants, organic food shopping and just all around helpful. Condo was exactly the right size for us. Next time we'll stay longer and cook in. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Great spacious apartment with outdoor seating going out back into a nice and peaceful neighborhood.

Brandon was an amazing host who left the place feeling like home. He gave great instructions with all the needed information. He went above and beyond what I expected with location recommendations, allowing guests to use his streaming services, and having a well stocked amenities. It made it an amazing stay overall!
