Great house for a few day beach getaway. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and quick walk to a peaceful beach. The house was clean and cozy. We loved the big windows, the hot tub and the great kitchen. Very sweet touches, like complementary wine, dog treats, and a bath/spa set-up. We will definitely come back!

The house was welcoming from the very first moment we got there. Everything was placed in a perfect way and labeled. Never had to look very hard for anything. The house was super well stocked and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. It was a wonderful location, amazing to just literally step right off the deck and be on the beach. When down on the beach it was very quiet and never busy. Felt like we had our own beach most of the time. Debbie was a wonderful host and always there if we had a question. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

our stay was amazing we were close to ocean beaches the neighborhood was nice and quiet close to stores and close to my work .we had a great time and the price was just right thank you for hosting us and accommodating us during our stay

This home was very well stocked and fit 2 families very comfortably. The beach is just a step away and the back deck has great sunset views. Fantastic location!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful beach house! The location and views were amazing. The house was bigger than expected and so cozy! The master bed was sooo comfy and the accommodations for babies and children were top notch. Thank you so much Claudia and we plan to book again!

Loved staying here! Getting down to the beach is a peaceful little walk. We enjoyed going out every morning to walk on the beach, and evenings at the picnic table watching the sunset. Oregon is magic and this house embodies some of that magic. We very much enjoyed the style, the stained glass, comfy beds, the wood, and the cozy fireplace. I don’t think the pictures really do the home justice! The hosts were quick to respond when we have a few questions pop up. Would recommend!

Dawniel's Cottage was quaint, clean, and well equipped with the amenities necessary to be a second home. The coastal-themed decor neatly accentuated its location. Despite being in close proximity to the schools, the neighborhood was quite peaceful and quiet. The backyard fountain was pleasant, providing a haven for the occasional hummingbird and a place to contemplate activities for the day. The cottage was centrally located to meet our travel plans. We had a very nice opportunity to visit nearby coastal communities, the unique places, and natural features on a day-by-day basis. We had a most wonderful time. Thank You!

Fantastic rental home with some of the best ocean views we’ve ever seen! The home is very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Our kids loved the game tables and amazing theatre room. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great location to the Ocean, easy access from driveway. Great views overall. It was nice to leave the firewood for the fireplace, and it was easy to pick up more from the Market in town. The Kitchen was really accessible, and easy to use. Some of the people in my group were not a fan of the 2 steps go get from the kitchen/living room area up to the dining room area and premium view of the Ocean. But, for most people it was not a problem. The TV’s were nice and easy to use as well. Great place overall!

The house was very nice and accommodated us well. We enjoyed the stay. We had our “Christmas” dinner there and it was a nice kitchen to cook in. The only thing was there were no serving dishes like bowls or platters. Otherwise it was great

Absolutely beautiful view of the bay from the deck. The kitchen was extremely well furnished. The beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean. Very quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and grocery store. We would love to return.

Our mixed generation family loved the house. So much room for different activities. Lots of different sitting areas. Good beds. We didn’t use the little house. Had more than enough room in the big house for the 10 of us. Kitchen is very well equipped, many specialty appliance, nice choice of coffee makers. Lots of spices and condiments. Dining table sat the 10 of us. Deck had many chairs and tables. Loved having the hot tub with a view. Grandkids loved all the games upstairs.

The house is super nice, very well equipped, comfortable beds, and a fantastic view. It is right on Hwy 101, so we expected some road noise, but it was quite a bit more than expected. It did not impact our stay, and again, the house is great, but the traffic noise should be kept in mind.

Beautiful home and yard, secluded and quiet but close to town. They were available quickly for questions. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Very cute little house in a great location. Nice kitchen, which I used, and an awesome shower in the master bath. The host was very friendly and very helpful as I found most of the locals to be. There is a small duplex in the rear that shares the driveway but it wasn’t an issue…I just didn’t recall it in the description. Overall, a great experience and, yes, I would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were extremely clean with a view of the bay. It was as described vintage 1930, old but nice with all the necessary items to make the stay enjoyable.

This cabin was beautiful. The views of the beach were absolutely amazing, and the path walking to the beach was easy (there were about 13 stairs to walk down if you have trouble with stairs). Overall the house was very clean, and had plenty of towels for showers and hot tub. Hot tub sun rises/sets over the water were a highlight for sure! The laundry room was in the game room, so we were able to play some games while we did laundry which was fun. I will say the lower level that has the exterior entrance had a very weird smell, and we actually barely used it because of that. It honestly looked very clean, and we didn't see anything that could have caused the smell, but it was enough to not want to spend much time down there.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! We loved the house, yard with grill, fully stocked kitchen, bathtub. VERY nicely decorated with lots of attention to details. Host was helpful adding our daughter last minute and recommendations for dune buggy rentals.

The house is in a gorgeous location right on the river, with views right from the living room. Tons of amenities such as a wood stove and lots of firewood, grills and all the kitchen ware you need to cook yourself. Clean and comfortable. Kate gave us all the info we needed to have a fun and relaxing time, and was super responsive. Highly recommend this rental!

We rented all 3 homes and enjoyed the deck on the lake for great lake front dinners! The gas fire pit on the deck made for great conversations at night. The large parking lot was great for the two 24’ trailers we brought.
