Florencia : locations d'appartements de vacances

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, zwei Nächte in der wunderschönen Finca von Jan in Monteverde zu verbringen und wir können nur Positives berichten. Die Finca liegt mitten in der Natur weit weg vom hektischen Alltag. Nachts sieht man einen traumhaften Sternenhimmel. Das Frühstück war ein absolutes Highlight! Jan hat auf unsere Wünsche geachtet und servierte uns frische, leckere Speisen. Ob frisches Obst, selbstgemachte Marmelade oder holländisches Flan – alles war köstlich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch das Abendessen war toll, Jan ist einfach ein fanatischer Koch und weiß wie er seine Gäste glücklich machen kann. Die Zimmer sind minimalistisch gestaltet und dennoch ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Von unserem Zimmer aus hatten wir eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft. Die Kombination aus herzlicher Gastfreundschaft, köstlichem Essen und der idyllischen Lage macht diese Finca zu einem wahren Geheimtipp in Monteverde.

The view over the lake arenal is just phenomenal! The house has a huge garden with some fruits, herbs & vegetables wich we were allowed to eat. We can for sure recommend.

Wir haben unseren drei tägigen Aufenthalt in dem Appartement sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und aufgeräumt. Grosse Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe von allem, was man braucht. Abends hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Damit man die Unterkunft gut erreichen kann, ist ein Auto von grossem Vorteil, der Weg ist ziemlich steil und uneben. Andrea ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, freundlich, reaktionsschnell und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert! Da es in dieser Region sehr windig ist, kann es auch nachts ziemlich laut werden. Für alle, die keinen tiefen Schlaf haben, würde ich zum schlafen Gehörschutz empfehlen, uns hat es sehr geholfen.

Tom was very helpful as we had a late check in, he left us very clear instructions and photo with how to get in allowing us to get in with ease. We were really please as La Fortuna is a little built up so staying just outside gave us so much more peace, we did have a car however so not 100% how easy it is by bus. I spoke to Tim while I was there and he was very friendly helping with any questions I had while also giving me lots of recommendations and tips for the local area. The place was kept very clean and tidy and Toms family living nearby were all very kind/helpful with any questions I had. Also always asking if we wanted fresh coconut of the trees in the garden 🥥 thank you Tom and your team 😃

Beautiful place, excellent location in the heart of La Fortuna, though if you are looking for a more quiet/secluded area, this isn’t quite it. Very clean, accurate to the photos, minimalistic as needed. Just be ready to wash dishes before using & shower with relatively cold water. Would recommend!

Had such a lovely time at Nora’s place. Great location, easy to walk to grocery store and the park in center of town and restaurants. Our excursions mostly picked us up and had no problem finding the place. Very clean, we had everything we needed. Pool was lovely. Great volcano view. Will definitely return!

Je recommande sans problème ! Logement impeccable, propre et très pratique. Le cadre est magnifique, nous avons même eux la chance de voir au petit matin un toucan de très prés ! L’accueil était parfait. Si il y a quelque choses à dire c'est juste un peu de bruit pendant la nuit (aboiements de chien et la route en contre bas au petit matin) mais pas de soucis si vous êtes des lèves tôt comme nous. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

We had an amazing stay at La Macadamia! The house had everything we needed to cook all our meals, making it feel like a true home away from home. The space was private, safe, and very comfortable. Guillermo was a fantastic host and gave us an excellent recommendation for a cloud forest tour. The tour guides knowledge and experience made all the difference—he knew exactly when to pause and when to move on for the best chance to see the famous Quetzal, and it paid off! One of the highlights was the local wildlife—Agoutis were always wandering around the neighborhood, so cute and easy to spot. My son especially loved the trampoline and made sure to start every morning with some jumping! Monteverde is a special place, and La Macadamia was the perfect base to experience it. Highly recommend!

Visitamos la zona z la estancia increíble , vistas increíbles., se recomienda auto alto SUV , sin embargo si viajan com automóvil se puede entrar con mucho cuidado , fácil acceso al centro de Santa Elena, vistas desde la habitación increíbles . definitivamente lo recomiendo y volveremos a este lugar sin duda alguna

We had a great stay at Diego’s place. They were very responsive and we were able to leave our luggage when we arrived early. The apartment is surrounded by rainforest, with big windows everywhere. There are a few restaurants nearby, or it’s a 10 minute walk down a steep hill into Santa Elena, with lots more. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a small kitchen. There is currently development going on the road to expand the road, but this stopped by the evening, so minimal noise issues! We would recommend the apartment!

What a spectacular spot and lovely little apartment! This little gem has exactly what you need for a short stay with comfy bed and well appointed bathroom with LOTS OF HOT WATER! (something we found lacking in other parts of the country) We especially loved the stunning views of the lake and Arenal volcano from the panoramic windows! The property is gorgeous and has a short walk to a breathtaking view point as well! The pictures do not do it justice at all! The hosts were super helpful and friendly! We got lots of good pointers on activities and places to eat! Between the awe inspiring views and peaceful surroundings I don't think there is a better place to stay in the Arenal/La fortuna area! Highly recommend and I hope to return one day!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. It was extremely peaceful and enjoyable. Wish we had more time in La Fortuna. We would’ve definitely stayed there another night. Waking up to the sounds of the water and the birds singing was truly special. We even enjoyed have the cattle next door as neighbors. Even the local restaurant on the corner was really good. We love Costa Rica.

Lugar impecable, cerca del centro, pensado en la comodidad. Camas suaves, a/c en las habilitaciones solamente pero en sala y cocina un ventilador. El jacuzzi es un éxito, definitivamente volvería a este lugar y lo súper recomiendo para personas que buscan un lugar limpio, delicado y céntrico. Se nota el empeño de Grettel por hacer sentir muy bien a sus huéspedes.

Todo fue espectacular, el lugar es precioso y cómodo, perfecto para escaparse y relajarse, Rafael y su esposa Mariela fueron súper amables y atentos, la llegada fue sencilla y con excelente comunicación!!

This place was an absolute DREAM. We woke up early to beautiful baby horses playing with each other on my birthday. Just when I thought it couldn’t be more magical. The pool, the shower, I couldn’t get enough. It’s all such a vibe. This place is a must stay. Pablo and Miguel are excellent hosts and they work great as a team. We were nicely welcomed, they gave us everything we needed and responded quick. And Miguel even went to place an order for us for food when we had trouble doing it. They go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. Can’t think of one bad thing to say except for the fact that we had to leave. 1000% would stay again. Pura Vida 🤍

Our stay was fantastic. Elvis was an amazing host who was incredibly responsive and immediately helped book and coordinate tours and provide local recommendations. The accommodations are far better than the pictures and some of the best quality builds of the places we have stayed in Costa Rica. Viewing the wildlife on the balcony was a major plus and we will undoubtedly be back again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming studio! Only thing, the map directions are not accurate as it takes you to a hotel which is in front of the villas. Understandable as the entrance from the main road can be easily missed. Other than that, It was the perfect spot for a romantic getaway, with a cozy, intimate feel and all the amenities we needed. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a relaxing vibe. It would also be ideal for a small family—the layout is modern and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the patio and jacuzzi. The host was welcoming and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to couples or small families looking for a peaceful escape!
