The photos were accurate and the place was accurately described. I agree with the one reviewer that said somethings could use attention, coffee table was old with ring stains and the small area rug has stains but it is a rental. The coffee maker was useless. The elevators were a nightmare during check in and check out, long with time. BUT, overall, the place was very nice and I would recommend staying there.

Nice spacious condo walking distance to the beach in Sunny Isles. Responsive host and no issues throughout the stay.

The home was exactly as described. The indoor living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms met expectations. Our family of five had plenty of space. The highlight of this home was the outdoor space and amazing pool/hot tub. Absolutely pristine condition and well maintained. A bonus for our adventurous boys was all the cute, little lizards wandering around the property that they loved attempting to catch! As hosts, I would rate them the best I’ve ever had to deal with and their basic house rules made it relaxing not to have to worry about dozens of rules that I had to keep track of.

Beautifully decorated, wonderfully useful design and provisioned. We had a chance to stay at two of Lorelei’s Arya Condo - a 2 bd and a 1 bd. Both were immaculate with nice touches like coffee and creamer to start the stay, some snacks for the hungry traveler. I ask for her to help us smoothly transition from one unit to the other and it was a breeze. Excellent value, fantastic views, perfect location for all the spots in the grove.

Stayed at Ray’s place for a weekend and it was wonderful. Ray responded very fast and gave us everything we needed. Highly recommend Ray’s place!

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren wirklich der Hammer, direkt am River. Im Garten gab es jeden Tag was zu sehen, Leguane, Enten,Geckos einfach schön. Der Whirlpool war super zum entspannen nach einem ereignisreichen Tag. Das Haus ist liebevoll und komfortabel ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation zwischen Daniel und Orlando war bestens, hatten wir mal Fragen wurde direkt darauf reagiert. Es war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub den wir in Miami verbracht haben ,was auch Daniel und Orlando mit ihrem wunderschönen Haus zu verdanken ist. Vielen Dank an Euch beide. Absolutely amazing, pristine, beautiful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The Host really takes care us clients as royalty. My Husband and I absolutely loved the unit. We wished we could have stayed longer but as always duties call. The home was so cozy, clean, quiet, safe, great/friendly neighbors and right next to the beach. Omgggggg the Shower head was everything. Literally Spa type pressure shower head. I enjoyed it so much I had to go find it on Amazon lol. The Host was so sweet and very responsive. Barely waited two minutes and received replies right away. They even allowed me a late check out so I can get some extra rest before hitting the road back up north. That really meant so much to us. We will definitely be back to stay at their sweet unit. Ohhh and I will be telling all my people to book this place when their in South Florida! ♥️

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

Tim's place was perfect for my family of 6. I am originally from Miami and now live out of state but needed a place to stay for the passing of a family member. This home was perfect for my wife and kids. Quiet neighborhood tucked away. Tim is very proactive. We did not have to reach out to Tim for anything because we had everything we needed. When I come home, the first place I will look is for Tim's place.

This home was a great stay. We came to town to see a Miami Heat game and explore Ft Lauderdale too- so perfect location between the two . The house was very clean and plenty enough room for our family of four with teen boys. When flying in for a short stay it’s hard to think and bring everything you need, but Maria the host had it all- including umbrellas for the Florida downpours. The icing on the cake for this place was the pool and backyard amenities. The pool was super clean and the furniture was perfect for grabbing sun! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, comfortable beds and friendly, responsive hosts.

Das Appartement war wie auf den Fotos, es lag in einer ruhigen Gegend und hatte einen privaten Parkplatz. Die Ausstattung des Appartements war ausreichend, inclusive Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief reibungslos. Sie waren gut erreichbar, haben rasch geantwortet und sind auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Zu dem kleinen Häuschen gehörte auch ein Vorgarten, wo man gemütlich morgens die Sonne genießen konnte. Es war eine ruhige Gegend und sehr privat. Bis zum Strand waren es zu Fuß 3 Kilometer, mit dem Auto paar Minuten. In der Gegend waren viele Bars und Restaurants, zu Fuß auch ca. 1-3 Kilometer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden auf jeden Fall den Aufenthalt bei Ana und Vlad weiter empfehlen 😊

Jeanne disponibiliza um espaço muito aconchegante no lindo e tranquilo bairro de Coconut Grove. Há muitas opções de lazer a 5 minutos de caminhada. Também está próximo a estações do metrorail. O chuveiro do quarto é fantástico.

Our family and 2 small dogs loved our stay. The house had all the amenities we needed and more—comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, large screen smart TV for evening movies, a gorgeous backyard with fun outdoor games (oversized Jenga) and pool toys, a wonderful hammock, and a beautiful pool. Everything was clean when we arrived, and we appreciated the gorgeous aesthetic and design of the home and gardens.

We had an amazing stay at Russel’s place! The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family. It was beautifully designed and just a short walk from the beach. Everything we could possibly need was provided, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and even adapters for different plugs - a really thoughtful touch. The balcony was beautiful, making it the perfect spot to relax. Russel is an outstanding host - truly the best we’ve ever had! ensuring everything was perfect for our stay! We will definitely be coming back! We only wish we could have stayed longer!💕

Fantastico cottage con piscina e ottima accoglienza! Alloggio ssolutamente raccomandato per la vostra visita a Miami. Siamo stati benissimo durante il nostro soggiorno nel cottage di Paola. Letto comodo, giardino e piscina per rilassarsi e anche tutto il necessario per il nostro bimbo di un anno. Ottima posizione per visitare Miami e andare in spiaggia. Ringraziamo molto Paola per l'ospitalità e per averci fatto passare dei giorni bellissimi durante la nostra vacanza.

Nice place to stay for a few nights. Close to Hard Rock stadium and half an hour from Hollywood beach.

Wow! Just WOW! I appreciate Beatriz deeply, as she was available to accommodate my family and I for a last minute reservation, as my prior plan fell through. Beatriz was easy to communicate with, very thorough, empathic and overall a sweet, genuine spirit. The home was very beautiful and clean! I was very impressed with how everything was organized and decorated. The location was serene as well. I was able to play a little pool and brush up on my skills. I wish I was able to play the other games she had available but didn’t have time. I am so happy that I was able to stay here with family. We all enjoyed it, along with the amenities (my mother was impressed with the availability of kitchen and cooking utensils!). THANK YOU BEATRIZ! I will certainly return whenever I take a trip down to Florida.
