We had an absolutely fantastic 2-week stay at Kat’s place. I’ve rented a lot of Airbnbs and I’ve never had a more proactive and responsive host! House was exactly as described, beautiful inside and out. Location is SPECTACULAR - easy walk to public access points to the beach, shops and many restaurants. We’ve stayed on the north end of the island previously, and much prefer this area!

Super cozy apartment and I highly recommend it! Karima was an excellent host — very attentive and always available. The place is well located, clean, and comfortable — exactly like the photos. I would definitely stay here again!

Mary's place was in a very safe and beautiful location. Everyone was friendly and there were endless dining options. There were even local conveniences that I didn't expect nearby such as Dollar Tree, Winn Dixie, Home Depot, etc. Showers had great water pressure, hot water, and had zero sulphur smell. Decor was lovely and ample storage space for your things. A/C and heat works great and no musty smells anywhere. Beds, outdoor furniture and couches very comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Was too busy to enjoy the cabana amenities but visited it briefly and it looked wonderful. Thank you Mary hope to return in the future!

We had a great time at this location. They had everything we needed and Key Colony is a perfect spot to vacation.

Highly recommended place to stay and it was great for my boat

We couldn’t have been happier with our first ever trip to Miami! One day it rained so we drove all around and concluded this was the best location we could have stayed, especially with my kids age 13,16 and 20. The room is small and there is no pool, but there is so much to do right out the doors and the ocean water is better than any pool - It was clear and warm and beautiful. When you walk out the doors of the hotel to your left is the amazing art deco district strip right on the beach and to the right is a quiet, more residential, peaceful, beautiful area leading to the pier. The attached parking lot wi try quick access to our vehicle was so convenient too, I would highly recommend this location. The hosts were on top of everything with great communication and always a front desk clerk on-site as well! We didn’t want to leave!

Place was amazing. Literally right on the beach just a few steps to paradise. You can walk to multiple restaurants and Publix is very close for grocery’s. The pool and yard is great , I traveled with a 1 and 2 year old and they had a great time in the pool. The space is very big and clean and beautiful . Kitchen is legit. Jill is an amazing host is very down to earth. can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend ! 10/10

Moms & Daughters Senior year spring break trip. No girls gone wild here. The house is located in a neighborhood that is very walkable to the beach. There is even a wagon with beach chairs. You can walk to Pompano Pier or Lauderdale by the sea. It’s a very quiet location - mostly families at the beach. Just what we were looking for - a break from it all. The teenagers loved using the hibachi stove to make pancakes and scrambled egg dishes. Great outdoor area. If you are a mosquito magnet bring some big spray. Everything is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Host is super responsive. Highly recommend for older kids. The backyard pool has a dark colored pebble tech bottom so if you have little kids you would want to stay out there because you can’t see the bottom very well - that was our only negative about the property. We wish the pool looked more inviting. Great lounge chairs by the pool so the girls were happy

Beautiful house with an unbelievable pool! Within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops.

You won’t find a better set up than this with family. Playground, beach, pool , sidewalks for walking everywhere, and great kayaking area as well. And the owner makes sure his guests have all they need.

This property was beautiful and in great condition. The beds were very nice and spread out to give all our family members privacy. Linens were wonderful as well. Thermostat is set at 70, which was good for us. Pool was set at 84F which was also perfect for us and we did not feel it needed to go any warmer (which you can ask/pay for). The location was easy for walking to the beach and driveable to several grocery stores and resturants. Leo and team were fantastic and responsive. The dishwasher pump went out and after we reported it Leo got a plumber in the next day and got it repaired. Very pleased with the property and the team that stands behind it. Would recommend to anyone looking at this property~! Lisa

It was a wonderful choice for our Thanksgiving stay. The outdoor area was fabulous. We enjoyed the heated pool and the location, with the beach nearby and the availability of walking paths to the lighthouse and to the pier.

I had my bachelorette party there! It’s such a great location, and everything you need is in the house! The rooms are clean, and there are plenty of supplies. My only wish was that I could have turned on the heat in the pool, but it was fine—we just happened to visit when it was a little cold in Florida. But we had a blast! I’d highly recommend this house!

Fantastic location (walkable to the beach and coffee shops/restaurants) and the house itself was perfect for our trip. The pool was such an added bonus (especially for our toddler), and we loved walking the state park. Loved our stay!

My family had an unfortgettable trip. This was our third time that Debby opened our home to us. For the last three years, she has been extremely responsive and respective. We keep coming back for the amazing location and amenities that Debby provides as part of the stay. We have two young children and the house includes everything you would need to entertain and stay with kids. We highly recommend the location and hospitality that Debby provides!

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving get together and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. I had a question for Sarah regarding the pool heater and she responded immediately. Sarah is friendly and accommodating. We would definitely book the Marco house again in the future. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay. Shared the condo with another couple and the two bedrooms were spacious. Very nice pool with covered seating area for shade by the pool. I would stay in Michaels condo again.

Beautiful views and great spaces! We’ve stayed in Marathon several times in different canal houses with our family of 7, and this property is now our new favorite. We couldn’t get enough of all the beautiful views from sunrise to sunset whether it was on the porch, in the pool, or out by the Tiki Hut. Every bedroom has water views as well. Boat access was an easy out to snorkeling, diving, fishing, or whatever you like to do. There are two kayaks for use, which made for some nice outings to explore the immediate area. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and even had an extra under-the-counter ice machine. We had a great time here, and would stay again. Thank you to the owners for sharing your property.

We stayed at the Pompano Beach house. It is in a beautiful location, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. It is a gated community, safe, quiet, and peaceful. The house was spacious enough for 5 of us and has everything you need to feel comfortable and like at home. Overall, we were happy and loved our stay.

This property has a beautiful view, steps from the beach, and is conveniently located for exploration of all the Florida Keys. We are looking forward to a second visit!

The townhouse was beautiful! The walk to the beach is a lot closer than it looks on the map. We easily went back and forth during the day. The townhouse was so open and modern. All of the necessary beach items were there and fin games as well. The bikes came in handy. My kids rode up to Starbucks every morning. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. Reese's response time was so quick. He had a binder with restaurant selections and things to do. We had the best time and will definitely be back to stay at the townhouse! Zero negative things to say! LOVED IT!!!!

Wonderful place, would stay there again. The space was as described in a pleasant neighborhood. Host was helpful. It is an older house, you might want to being an extension cord or something for electronics as there weren't a lot of outlets in our bedroom. There were a few minor issues due to the older house. We loved our stay! And for a great price. +Pool was warm +Canal was gorgeous +backyard space is unbeatable +kitchen appliances were current +space was clean +lots of parking, easy to come and go +Easy access to town +lots of space and lots of seating +host was accommodating +great wifi -our shower drained poorly and towel rack was on verge of falling off -bed was super high off the ground in our bedroom (not all were) -limited outlets in our bedroom We were in town to work, not play, and there were good spaces for that incuding a desk and good wifi. What a special spot!
