Enjoyed our time at the unit. Could have used a few wine glasses, only one was in the unit. Balcony furniture with table to eat at was very nice. Sterling Reef is a perfect location. And the elevators worked the entire stay. We’ll be back. Thanks for making the experience pleasant.

When we got there the back porch was covered in bird poop and feathers but as soon as I told Carol she got someone to clean it. I wish the patio furniture was better. It’s seems a little old and not comfortable to sit on. Carol was a good host and I would stay there again.

Very Comfortable, very clean and fully stocked. Pool area is amazing. loved being steps from the beach. Lots of things to do in the area.

A very spacious one bedroom apartment. Clean and tidy. Nice furniture. Not cluttered. Full, roomy kitchen. Plenty of plates, bowls, and silverware. You can see the ocean from the living room and the bedroom. Easy access to the beach just across the street. Location convenient to almost anything you would like to do on a beach vacation. I definitely will try to rent this apartment next time we are in Panama City Beach.

Beautiful place! Great location! Several walkable restaurants & Pier Park is super close. Jodi was very accommodating & responded quickly when needed. Condo looks just like the photos. The view of the ocean & the beach from the balcony, is AMAZING!!

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. Super nice place! Everything was clean and the condo had a beautiful view. Lots of things to do around the area and private beach across the street! Would definitely recommend!

My stay here was great, very spacious and accommodating for my family. I loved that every room had a view of the beach and I loved the large bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again

John was an immaculate host! The room was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. There was an umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and 2 bikes that were also there for your using! A very short walk to the beach and a nice patio out back. John even checked on us before we headed back home, which I've never had a host do before. I highly recommend anyone visiting Destin to book with John, we will for sure be back!

Amazing location, easy to walk to shops, great neighborhood. The condo was tidy and comfortable. Perfect for two people and our corgis.

Brad and Denise we would first of all like to thank you both for renting your home to us. We really enjoyed the West Beach Coffee House Island Sunrise ground coffee that you greeted us with. It is easy to go places for days of adventure. We were there a few days and Denise was checking in on us via messenger to see how everything was going. We had a wonderful time. This home provided everything we needed. We were in a quiet area and our dog felt very much at home. We were able to go for walks with her and felt very safe. Everyone on our walks were so friendly. The beach is so close to walk to. There is a restaurant about 2 blocks away that is walkable and has great food and drinks. We were able to walk to a small coffee shop as well. We have been to several places and this has been put on the top of the list. We will definitely be going back. Craig, Lynn and Lily

Thank you for being such as gracious host! Our host added little thoughful touches like an air fryer, toaster oven, a generous amount of k- cups, an XBox, board games, and a box fan! They were responsive, kind, and we were happy to spend time there. It was quiet and the walking distance to the beach was perfect! Thanks again

We booked last minute and we're grateful we were able to get such a great place in so little time. The place is I'm a really great spot, close to everything from shopping, to the beach. First night we walked to the beach, was only a 12 minute walk. That was so convenient. The upstairs neighbors made some noise, but that was expected because of other reviews. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn't get to spend as much time as we hoped at the beach. The heated pool on the property helped remedy that. Would definitely stay again!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation at Jeremy's condo; the whole family loved it. Super clean, beautiful, and easy access to the parking garage and elevators are a plus, too. We would love to come back. If anyone is considering this place, do not hesitate; you will love it. A++++

The condo is very comfortable. It has everything you need and more. Cindy is very quick to respond. She lives in the building in case you need something and answered very quickly. Condo is almost next to Florabama which is fun! Balcony is small if you like to sit outside with crew for sunsets and the entire property including balconies and area by pool/grills/jacuzzi is no smoking (and they enforce this). Beach in front of condo is easy to access and not too crowded! Everything is very clean! Thanks!

The accommodations were spot on and everyone had was comfortable. When we first arrived we turned on the tv in a couple of the apartments, but could not get connected to any channels. I messaged Josh and within minutes he responded with the solution. Josh provided local places to go for groceries and things to do. We really liked the donuts, they even had my fave, maple bacon glazed (yum) and it was very close and easy to get to. Josh was very detailed regarding what would be provided and what you should bring. There were more than enough beach items and we even added some items to the collection.

Beautiful place. There were 3 ‘littles’ with us and they loved the pool, beach and the bunkbeds. Very busy area, but we stayed on the premises most of the time and it was calm and cool. Would recommend!!

Silver Dunes was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for our family vacation! The beach was not crowded and the pool area never had more than 10 people any time we went. The walk to the beach is super close and easy to get to and the overall location is close to restaurants and activities. Elitsa was very responsive to a couple of questions I sent over and we definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation spot in Destin!

Great condo. Nicely decorated and easy walk to beach and restaurants in Gulf Place. There is construction across the street but they were not working all the time we were there. The owner was a great communicator. Would rent there again...

Well situated overlooking the pristine beach and heated pool and jacuzzi. There are 2 functioning outdoor gas grills on the common area patios. Very secure with gates, present maintenance staff, safeguards to access pool and beach areas. With 2 seniors and 4 young adults securing a 4 day weekend , palatial 7046 , exceeded our expectations. Super comfy family room seating with fuzzy lap throws (cool gulf breeze) we watched movies, shared videos, and had lots of laughs. dining space for 6 of us, prepping in a well Stocked kitchen. Single pod carafe or drip pot for coffee. lots of towels. We used our own car for quick errands but the shuttle runs frequently. The SGBR website is more accurate for real time tram , the app not so good. Easily , we booked golf, tennis lessons, the kids played pickleball on this units grounds, too. Host was very responsive and gave clear directions on how to get the keys to the condo. This is our third time staying at this specific condo building but it’s the first time with this host. Everything was great. The condo was clean and the views are just so beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!
