John was an immaculate host! The room was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. There was an umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and 2 bikes that were also there for your using! A very short walk to the beach and a nice patio out back. John even checked on us before we headed back home, which I've never had a host do before. I highly recommend anyone visiting Destin to book with John, we will for sure be back!

This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

Our stay at the Purple Sunset house was exactly what we expected from the photos and descriptions. It was walkable to the gulf beaches and conveniently had a pool just steps out the back door. Our family of four enjoyed the quiet, friendly neighborhood which was perfect for walking the dog. (as was the fenced in backyard) We made the most of our trip with several beach days, fishing pier walks, seafood meals, sunrises and sunsets. We even caught the blue angels practicing at Fort Pickens. Ric was awesome about offering us restaurant recommendations and checking in. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic place! Our family of 12 for perfectly. The beach and water are amazing. Super location on the cape. Close to stores, yet far enough away to be peaceful and private. We were a bit surprised to find that the third floor balconies were locked and were told that they were private to the owners. Loved the house and had a fabulous stay. Thanks!!

Dawn's home is perfect for anyone traveling with pups. It's clean and not overly decorated. No rugs to worry about, and no breakables that a wagging tail could break. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals. The back of the house faces the bay. We sat for hours on the back deck watching the bay and spending time together. Our pups enjoyed it as well.

Spacious condo. Walking distance from the beach and several good restaurants. A short drive from everything else. Monica was a great host and responded promptly to inquiries.

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, spacious, and even better than the pictures. The front porch quickly became our favorite spot! This was the perfect place to enjoy the peaceful beach atmosphere. The location is very ideal for us, offering a private beach experience that made our stay feel truly special. Ashleigh was a fantastic host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our trip. We would absolutely love to book again in the future. Highly recommended!

Stayed Thanksgiving week, 4 adults, 4 kids 10-13 years of age. Safe area, short walk to beach, overall we had a great experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and felt very relaxed and at home. Dina and Haplh were very responsive to all messages. Would highly recommend their home away from home.

Jason‘s place was just as described. We loved having use of the bikes, beach, chairs, cart and proximity to all of the things we wanted to do Jason is by far the best host I have ever experienced. Anytime I had a question or needed something he was very responsive. I would highly recommend staying at Jason’s.

We had a great time staying in Port St Joe. Great local restaurants and lovely local people and tourists alike. The beach was not crowded and a short walk away though off of a fairly busy road. A golf cart rental would make that journey a lot easier if traveling with young kids. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Soundside Paradise! This is a very special place and we will have great memories of having family dinners looking out at the breathtaking views and sunsets. The house was very nice and comfortable for the 6 of us. The ocean side beach is a nearby, but we preferred mostly staying where the house is on the sound side because it was less windy, and its nice to have the shallow calm water for the kids to play in. We saw a ton of fish too. Robert was really responsive when I had a couple questions. I would highly recommend this place, and hope to make it back again.

We had a wonderful stay! Blake and team were very responsive during our stay, if we needed anything at all. Location/home was just as expected. Home was supplied with everything we needed. 5min walk to beach. Very cozy and well kept. We'll definitely return again in the future!

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

A beautiful condo right on a beautiful beach. Host is very responsive and friendly. There was construction work going on while we were there and parking was very hard to come by, but our hosts made us aware of the work. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken , but not a big deal. Would stay again if ever in the area

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

This home was perfect! The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The kitchen had everything you could need, I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that was better stocked with items to make a family meal. The gas grill was nice to cook up a few meals. The view was to die for! We brought our paddles boards and paddled up to the little restaurant and shop for an ice cream. Grocery stores are close, public beach access was about 5mins away. We will be staying here again! This house is dated but was perfect for my large family. Things to note.. bring paper towel, tp, dish pods and all toiletries.

Beautiful, serene location. Quiet neighborhood but still minutes away from activities and restaurants. The backyard opens into a private path to the gulf- easy access and only steps away. The outdoor shower was really nice to wash the sand off after playing at the beach all day. We also rented the golf cart. It was super convenient to transport our beach gear the ocean side. We didn’t get to utilize the pool but we did walk by and it was clean, well maintained & easy access. We had no issues in which we needed to reach out to the host but she was excellent to communicate with prior to visit and even messaged us mid trip to ensure our visit was going well. Her hospitality was appreciated and can be felt throughout the home. Book this location you won’t regret it!

Darin’s place was great! It looked exactly like the pictures and the view and location were great. It was close enough to the Pier Park area that we could go but far enough away that you aren’t in the middle of the madness. Darin was a great host and checked on us throughout the stay and quickly answered any questions we had!

Ashley was a great host...very large place felt like we rented 2 places ...my parents stayed on the first floor that is somewhat separate with there dogs ....the bar was cool to hang out at..she has plenty of stuff for the beach also.
