This place was beautiful! Host responded to any and all questions very quickly. House was very clean, comfy and spacious for me and my family. The kitchen is beautiful and I cooked several nights during my stay. All rooms including the bathrooms were stocked with towels and toiletries. The beds slept comfortably and the decor was beautiful throughout the home. The home is close to the beach and the property has a shared pool, that was very well maintained. I enjoyed brewing a fresh cup of coffee and sitting out on the screened in patio to enjoy that first sip. Very peaceful. Martha was extremely friendly and was available to answer questions and also helped with last minute accommodations when we arrived. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and would love to stay here again. We will definitely return.

We absolutely loved this house and location!! So close to the beach, large yard, and super walkable neighborhood. The hosts were great and went above and beyond making sure our stay was wonderful. We’d definitely stay here again or at any of Downtime Vacation’s other properties as they’re so well-managed. Thank you Brady!!

Great location just a few houses off the beach down a private drive. The beaches are beautiful and the private pool is a great alternative. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was well equipped to cook there if you want to. Robbie is an excellent host, good communicator and is quickly responsive if you need anything. We had a great week and wouldn't hesitate booking again next time.

We had a quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving! Susan and Michael were very responsive. They provided photos of the kitchen items so I could better plan for our Thanksgiving meal. They quickly took care of an unplanned utility issue with minimal disturbance to our stay to make things fully functional. The beds were comfortable and linens we clean and soft. The entire house was very clean with a fully functional kitchen. We enjoyed playing the 80s video games on the Packman video machine. Our dogs enjoyed the small fenced in dog area for safe potty breaks. And the view of Lake Talquin was just beautiful! We had a great day visiting Wakulla Springs. Recommend making reservations for the boat tour online well in advance. The Dollar General is just a few mile down the street was well stocked for last minute necessities. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved the house and the great location to the beach. The house was beautifully furnished, clean, and in a great location to everything you want to do in Destin. The pool was great and there were lots of pool, beach gear, and bikes in the garage. The owner is very responsive and great to work with. Overall a great place and we will definitely come back!

We loved our stay here! The house looked even better than the pictures and was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated all the little extra touches Karen provided. We’d be happy to stay here again and recommend this place to others!

Place was exactly as it was shown! The open concept was great for us. The heated pool was perfect for us for the weather we had during our stay! Great space for our fur babies.

The small touches were outstanding… we were able to cook and not worry about having the little things because he had it all. Our granddaughter loved the bunk room! She called it her room and asked her dad to get one just like it for Christmas!! Great space for family fun!

Going back to your hometown as a "tourist" is always tricky. Tammie's place was perfect! We were just 2-3 blocks from the parade and all the amazing downtown restaurants! When we go home, this is where we will be staying for sure!

We had a wonderful stay here during my daughter’s dance competition. It was quiet and easy to access. Parking was easy, too. The apartment is cozy but roomy and had all the amenities we needed. Will stay again next time we visit Mobile!

Exceptional space and value. Russ and Merle always go out of their way to make things enjoyable. Bread making lessons, pottery wheel, farm animals and tractor rides make the visit entertaining for the kids. Meanwhile coffee at dawn on the peaceful balcony looking at sunbeams through the trees is restoring for mom. This is a great place to stay. Feels like visiting family - in a good way.

I came down here to spend the week visiting my wife at the base and this fishing cabin was the PERFECT little spot to be at. clean and close to everything, in between both bases for ease of travel, and we like to take strolls at night so it was nice being in an area that's well lit and peaceful at night as well. the wife felt safe while there, and we both loved it. The bed was super comfortable, having a real kitchen in that space made it feel so much bigger than it is and it was an overall great experience. we WILL be coming back to this place the next time I'm coming down to Florida. 10/10 recommend, and 10/10 hosts. they actually respond, they give recommendations, and they are super nice people compared to other places I've stayed at. can't say enough good things about this place 🙌🙌🙌

Property and amenities are accurately described! The property is nicely situated on the bayou for great views and recreation. My family liked its convenient location to many things including near fishing spots and a variety of good restaurants. It provided for comfortable sleep and cooler temperature if wanted. The host is kind, considerate, and welcoming. We would look forward to staying again!

Where to begin on such an amazing stay. My family and I wanted to get away and have some genuine quality time where my kids could run around and we (the parents) could relax and just be present. This was it. We did the serenity suite and had complete privacy and felt comfortable to let the kids run around in the yard. We got to see the chickens, swim, hot tub, get creative in the art studio and my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PART- enjoy delicious food prepared by Sherri! I mean food/farm to table type of experience you don’t get anywhere else. She set out gorgeous dining every morning with fun pancakes and waffles with lemonade it was spectacular. We were provided the option to eat dinner for $15/person which we did bc the food was incredible and the ambience and true relaxation with dinner at the table in the beautiful outdoors. I can’t recommend this stay enough! Come here to get away to have peace and just enjoy the ones you love and find an experience that will truly just refresh you!!!

Look no further— and book right now! Hands down one of the very best travel experiences I’ve ever had! Wendy and Shay were amazing— made the most wonderful homemade breakfasts, kind, knowledgable and available for any questions. The check in process was seamless and the room and inn was perfectly clean! The location cannot be beat. We enjoyed the hot tub on the bay, paddle boards and kayaks that were provided to explore the bay. Very short walk to the beach and appreciated the chairs and towels they provided. Peachys across the street had some of the best and freshest food, and loved having the trading post/ice cream/ donut place right across the street. We drove the 5 min drive to the state park one of the days and enjoyed all the space there and walking along the beaches. We will definitely be back!

Lovely hosts! They were very communicative, helpful, and truly such great people. Will definitely be back if we’re ever in the area.

We can’t say enough great things about Magnolia Springs B&B and the hosts David & Eric. We loved it so much we stayed an extra 2 nights because we didn’t want to go home. Not only is the location and setting of the B&B picture perfect with the wrap around porch and beautiful fern covered trees, the Historical home has been beautifully restored but with tons of original character saved. If that doesn’t get you to book a stay here the gourmet breakfast will. David, a professional chef, cooked some of the best breakfasts I have ever put in my mouth. The Kiss My Grits plate is to die for! The hospitality was top notch, the rooms were clean and had everything you need! We left planning our next trip back.

Todo fue muy bueno desde que llegamos la señora sherri nos dio un recorrido por los alrededores y nos enseñó todo lo que tenían luego pasamos a las habitaciones lo cuales estaban muy limpias y organizadas también pedí algo en específico porque cumplía mi 1 aniversario con mi pareja y ella se encargó de que fuera especial, no tuvimos que preocuparnos por salir a comer a ningún lugar porque ahí se encargaron de hacernos la comida lo que fue un costo aparte pero valió la pena todo estaba especial y nos quedamos con deseos de una estancia más larga pronto volveremos a ir

My Family and I had such a wonderful experience at Santa’s Home! It was such a beautiful home and The hosts were so accommodating, welcoming, and overall amazing! We felt very comfortable here. They made sure to check to see if there were any allergies or food preferences, the home was clean and comfortable. The beds slept comfortably and we had everything we may need available. The pool was a nice benefit after a long day the kids enjoyed playing and relaxing. They have many games available as well if you want to just hang out and have some family time. I cannot say enough about this home! Truly appreciated Santa entertaining the kids and taking pictures before we left, the young ones were on cloud nine knowing they got to stay with Santa at his vacation home! We will definitely be back!

We traveled to Bainbridge for the weekend for a friend’s birthday party and stayed at The Commodore Bed and Breakfast. My husband and I love staying in older homes and The Commodore didn’t disappoint. We stayed in the Commodore Suite so we had our own bathroom. It was clean and spacious, with everything we needed. We found the home so charming and Jessica, the manager on duty when we visited, was wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable of the area, and an excellent cook! Breakfast both mornings was delicious and served with smiles. Definitely recommend!
