The Pelican's Nest was adorable, clean, and well-appointed. Had everything we needed, including coffee, a toaster, and nice pans to cook with. The location is great with all the essentials and attractions nearby. It was especially peaceful to be next to the water. We weren't able to enjoy the beautiful dock or kayaks due to storms, so that will be a treat next time. The greenhouse was unique and interesting with a variety of plants. We also appreciated the communication and simple check-in/parking info. We will certainly be back!

Este lugar es 100% recomendable la piscina al clima y limpia. Muy pero muy cerca del mar. Pudimos compartir en familia poner música y nadie se molestó por eso. Fácil de entrar y muy limpio. Tiene hasta un gran asadero y restaurantes muy cerca, la verdad quedé muy satisfecho con mi estadía.

Outdoor deck overlooking the water was perfect. Overall the unit was very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with any tool, dishes, etc., needed to prepare meals.

This was our second year staying at Taylor’s place and it was just as wonderful as the first time!! The location is wonderful, the amenities are great and the condo is fabulous, clean and comfortable!! We will definitely be back!!

Ben was very helpful with all our inquiries and truly made us feel at home. The home was wonderfully stocked which eased the grocery sticker shock often felt at other rentals. Wonderful fishing cottage with easy access to Gulf and small towns for shopping/eating etc. Would definitely rent again!

Sean was easy to communicate with. It was a nice place and we loved the laid back vibe of the Fort Morgan area. House was a little bigger than we needed, but we enjoyed it!

One of the better places we’ve ever stayed. I have already recommended it to many friends and families and will hopefully be back!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time at the Got it Reel Good River House. The river and views were spectacular – the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved using the kayaks and spending time on the deck, just soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. The home itself was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would love to come back and stay again – highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat!

This really was the perfect place to say for our spring break. I brought a group of high school seniors down that were paying for this trip themselves so we had to find something affordable but also wonderful. This was it. It was a bit of a drive to the popular tourist spots of Panama City (20+minutes), but we wouldn't have traded it for the world. There were close by grocery stores and Walmart that we utilized. It was so nice to have our own private little beach and dock that the girls could spend their evenings on. It was super windy while we were there (beach side) and being at "home" on the lagoon side was much more pleasant. I enjoyed watching the sunrise over the water every day. We actually really enjoyed being by the Air Force Base because it was like having an airshow every day. The house was very clean and beachy. The girls enjoyed the back deck with the beautiful lights every evening. The beds were extremely comfortable and they had very nice linens and pillows. A++++

We absolutely loved staying at Nancy and David's home. The private beach on the bay is a beautiful, peaceful way to get some sun or exercise. The neighborhood has classic Old Florida vibes but is conveniently situated near stores, restaurants and other basic conveniences. Wonderful location. The spaces were clean and fresh, basic supplies were provided for 2 days and all the appliances worked well. I really appreciate Nancy and David's friendly, helpful natures and pet-friendly attitudes. Would definitely recommend.

We visited in October 2024 -had 6 kids(9,10,12,12,13,14) &6 adults(42,43,44,44,68,78) & felt like the space was great for not feeling on top of each other but could come together to eat & play whenever we wanted. The basement was great for the oldest two as they could get in and out with no stairs and easy access to pool and dock. Plus they had their own kitchen area.The main floor has two rooms - a shared bathroom plus a great couch where I think all 6 kids enjoyed some relaxation most mornings. The upper floor takes a good three sets of stairs to get to primary room & bunk/full bed room that both have their own bathroom. The home was well stocked with hand soaps, shampoos/conditioner in each room which was an added bonus. Major cooks may struggle a bit with quality of pots and pans but if you’re like us vacation is for eating out:) We loved the outdoor amenities & Lauras willingness to help with lifejackets for the teens when we didn’t see any. Would love to return and recommend!

Brooke was a wonderful responsive host. The room is as described. Very clean and neat. I loved being literally a few feet from the pool and could see both the pool and the water from our room. We could walk the docks and a small beach was easily accessible. Located within a short walk to lots of restaurants and cute shops down the strip. We felt safe and had peaceful rest. The bed was very comfortable. Small kitchenette, perfect for our needs. I can’t complain. All and all it was a perfect stay for the two of us.

Tom's condo is compact but nicely done. We only used the kitchen to make coffee, but it had a full size refrigerator. It is ideal for two people, the pool and balcony were great, and everything worked. The bathroom had a great set of drawers and cabinets to store all our stuff. The location was ideal, right on the inter-coastal and convenient to a number of great beaches on the gulf. it is set back from a main road so it was surprisingly quiet, had a lot of parking space.

I recently traveled to Destin with my children. Oanas instructions were clear. The space was very comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood felt safe. The home was as described in the listing. Beach was within walking distance even for children. Our stay was pleasant. I do recommend Oanas place to future guests!

Great place to stay for our needs. Its small but cozy. Its a bit dated but so are we . The sunsets are worth it all. Hosts are wonderful and attentive. I had our next stay booked before we checked out.

Spent two months at Drift Away. The condo is very large/spacious, clean and centrally located in Carrabelle. Michelle was very helpful during our stay. While visiting I suggest St. Port Joe and the town of Appalachiacola. We spent time at Harry’s Bar and found the locals charming. Morning Bite for breakfast was a regular stop for us! Definitely recommend Drift Away!

Horacio communicated very well with us the whole step of the way. We came down for an early anniversary getaway, and the condo did not disappoint. It was exactly as explained with no surprises. If we have any questions he was quick to respond. We had everything we needed there. We didn’t spend a lot of time except for later in the evening, but we didn’t want for anything. It was an awesome experience. We will rent from him again.

We had a great time. Enjoyed being on the sound side where the kids could play right in the bay while we grilled on the waterside grills for dinner. Easy access just down the street for the gulf side when we wanted to spend time over there too. The owners left turtle food too for the pond, our kids enjoyed feeding them as well. Nice quiet area for a few relaxing days.

Joes place was awesome! Had a gorgeous view. Got to spend days at the bay and days at the beach! Snorkeled in the bay and saw a stingray and tons of fish and hermit crabs! The grill out back is where we cooked most of our meals! Amazing stay. We loved it!
