Our stay was very nice! The check in process was very easy and clear. The condo was very clean and the view was beautiful! The master bedroom was very comfortable. The guest room was spacious and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and the basketball court. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. We will definitely come back again!

Very peaceful place. Very clean. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable bed and pillows. He provided beach towels too. Friendly neighbor. Walkable distance to the beach. Bakery , supermarket, pharmacy very close too. Washer and dryer also. Ariel is very responsive. Will be back very soon.

Playa Azul is right down the street and very relaxing. House was prefect size for our family of 4. It is very close to the rainforest if you plan to visit. I would highly recommend this house as a place to stay. Thank you!

Walter was an amazing host. He was so responsive and helpful with suggestions. Walter’s place was super roomy, clean and comfortable. There is everything you need there for the beach. The rooftop patio was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. There is so much to do and explore in the area and plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again!

We never wanted to leave the lovely Airbnb due to its breathtaking views and the waves that constantly lulled us into relaxation mode! Alejandro was helpful, prompt, and kind when answering our questions. The location was perfect and we enjoyed a few of the restaurants that were on his list of suggestions. We are already planning our return trip!

Jose’s apartment was in excellent condition and matches the description. Nice view with the sound of ocean waves. Check in and parking was easy. Got early check in as well. Building Staff were very nice and friendly. Easy access to the playa azul beach till 7pm (worked for us since it was too dark past 7 to walk on beach). Luquilo beach was ~25 mins shoreline walk and a must do. We went there everyday. El Yunque was ~35 mins which was amazing to beat the crowd for morning hike and easy parking. New elevator is working fine. Food mall near Luquilo beach had decent options but if you have a car, lot of good restaurants in 20-25 mins drive. Would love to come back and relax at Jose’s apartment.

If you are planning a trip to Luquillo, this is a great place to stay. It is literally steps to the ocean and waking up each morning and seeing the beautiful sunset over the ocean is amazing. Quiet location and still close to local eateries, with plenty of things to do nearby. Breakfast at Coffee Therapy & Brunch is also a must do while in Luquillo. Melisa was over the top (in a good way) at communicating. Timely in her pre-trip communication as well as mid and ending with clear instructions.

Lovely home, very close to the main strip in Esperanza. You can easily walk to the restaurants and meeting areas for a variety of excursions. Off-street, gated parking and a quiet neighborhood with a backyard. Great setup for kids with bunk beds, toys, pack n play, and beach gear. Kitchen is functionally stocked and we had 1-2 meals there daily. Highly recommend, would return.

This property was perfect for a relaxed visit to the island. Very open rooms, completely amazing view off the deck and from the living room and dining room. Very clean and comfortable and uncluttered. Danalynn and the cohost really think of all the amenities and then some and were very friendly, helpful and responsive. The beach chairs, small coolers and umbrella were so helpful and convenient for our visit. Thinking about a visit for next year!

Great place for our family of six. Cooold AC, durable furniture. Needs an extra blanket for sofa sleepers. Need to clarify reference to puerto diablo because that cannot be reached when the road is closed. (The google map directions we eventually found were good.)

We absolutely loved our stay at Ola 15. We did a week-long family trip with our youngest at 1.5 years old and the oldest at almost 80. The place worked great for all of us is perfect for a multi-generational group. The house itself is comfortable and flexible, with lots of sleeping spaces and a nice big kitchen. A few notable points about this house: * Amazing view. We spent LOTS of time on the balcony. * Punta Santiago is away from the crowds, yet close enough to drive to tourist attractions, restaurants, etc. * We walked to the little grocery several times a day - fresh bread, fresh donuts, bananas, avocados ... * The beach has very few people. We were there on Spring Break - but no crowds at all. The beach felt like our own. * Ocean here is great for swimming - shallow and sandy with only small waves. * The house is well-equipped with beach stuff (including a rake for the seaweed on the beach) * Shirley & Michele were very responsive. I wanna go back!!!!

Nelson’s place was perfect for our family The kids enjoyed there time in the pool. Great area to sun bath and relax while all together. Felt right at home ! Rooms were great, washer and dryer was definitely a plus! Nice restaurants down the road as well . Can’t say it enough this place was perfect for us ! Thank you

This is a perfect beach house for a multi family or multi generation vacation! The house has a rustic vibe with lots of outdoor space. Full laundry and kitchen - we were able to make a birthday cake! There are 4 showers but no tubs, and it’s tricky to get some of them to be hot. There were also 3 beach chairs, snorkels and fins, some life jackets, and separate pool towels, which made our trip extra amazing since Melones, a 5 min walk, is a great snorkeling spot! Adults could walk to town, with the small children we called taxi vans. Enrique was helpful and responsive, thanks!

Good location for 2 of us to go to the rain forest and beach. House was clean and had everything we needed. Secure location. Good communications with host.

A really great stay at this unit, has pretty much everything you need and is in a great location. Air con and ceiling fans in every bedroom (must haves) and then ceiling fans in kitchen and living room. Had the basic necessities: a few things to cook with in pantry, soap in bathrooms, trash bags, etc. - small items but impactful for a stay on the island. Each room having a bathroom was also a great feature for our group of 4 adults. Sitting area out back was covered and a great bonus space. House comes with cooler and beach chairs which were very much appreciated! Great location on malecon, but makes for some noisy nights (we knew this coming in, have been to the island many times). Loud music Fri, Sat, Sun nights from across street until early morning hours. Neighbors have a chicken coop, bring your earplugs and turn AC on high to try and block out the noise. Overall, a great stay, great location, plenty of space, clean, and the usual island noise we expected.

The condo was in a perfect location. Liz was very attentive and had great recommendations! It was very easy to check in and out, the condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. The hot water heater didn’t work when we got there, but Liz got right on it and someone came the next morning and fixed it. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again! Thank you, Liz for allowing us to enjoy your place! 🤗❤️

The place was exactly what we expected from the listing and was overall an amazing stay! The views from the condo are amazing and the sound of the ocean was amazingly peaceful. The area is walkable with many fun bars and restaurants nearby. A nearby visit to El Yunque was the highlight of our trip! The only slightly negative to the entire trip was that there are times where security is not available to open the gate which requires a small wait - not a problem at all, I only mention it because it was left out of otherwise very detailed check in instructions and led to some initial confusion. All in all I highly recommend!

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

I absolutely loved this spot! Such an amazing view with easy access to the beach, close to lots of things (restaurants, bars, activities) within walking distance. Eric was quick to respond when I had a question or any other type of communication. Perfect spot for a solo traveler, or a couple. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Loved the view from the balcony. Parking was easy and the area was very peaceful. Extremely helpful and very responsive. We had no issues at all. Thank you. Would stay here again.

A perfect little beach paradise with an incredible view. Great space, small but nicely stocked kitchen, comfy bed, good wifi, and ahhhh that patio. Great bars and restaurants close by. Short walk to the beach. Pool was super clean. Dated building, but super nice people everywhere. Would definitely recommend renting. Note: elevator briefly went out of order, which is common among the Luquillo tower condos. Keep this in mind if you can't handle a lot of stairs!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Luquillo! We will definitely be back to Gabriel‘s apartment. Very clean, beds were comfortable, great washer and dryer, and easy access to pool and beach.

What a wonderful place to stay! Close to beautiful beaches, good restaurants, and the amazing rain forest. The host was an excellent communicator with lots of suggestions for things to do. Highly recommend.
