Katie was VERY responsive to my questions. I was really appreciative her letting me know things to do in the area before we even arrived! it made it easy for us to plan our short weekend stay.

Simple. Pleasant. Communicative. The place was just as described and ideal for what I needed during my business trip. The host was super responsive and cared more than most hosts do. The place was clean and appliances were updated. Really nothing to note negative here. If you’re looking for something simple with a great host that goes the extra mile on check-out, this is your spot.

Pamela and Scott are wonderful hosts. They are friendly, warm and pleasant. They especially communicate well. The house was everything we were looking for and we especially appreciated its cleanliness. Our pup Millie enjoyed staying as much as we did... especially just chilling on the front porch with morning coffee.

This place was a great place to stay and be away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and many other things Orlando has to offer

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The amenities were top-notch, with the pool being a perfect spot for daily exercise. I also made full use of the steam room, sauna, and outdoor shower, which added a spa-like experience to my stay. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to grocery stores, hair salons, and a wide variety of food options. Plus, it's just a short drive from the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

This property did not disappoint. It accommodated our entire family and it felt like we still had room to spare. We loved all the amenities it had especially the kitchen i.e. insta pot and presto griddle which we used the entire trip. There is plenty to do for both kids and grownups that you will not get bored.

Our stay there was amazing, everything was excellent like the photos that was shown, the neighbors was very nice and private away from loud noise, Tonya was very responsive when it came to questions about our stay there, most definitely 10/10 stay!

Alex’s place was perfect! Clean and modern with awesome TVs (a plus since it was playoff week!) The location is fantastic and the on site amenities available are beautiful. Lots of space to walk around and the pool area was beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

The photos were accurate and the place was accurately described. I agree with the one reviewer that said somethings could use attention, coffee table was old with ring stains and the small area rug has stains but it is a rental. The coffee maker was useless. The elevators were a nightmare during check in and check out, long with time. BUT, overall, the place was very nice and I would recommend staying there.

Excellent stay, very close to amenities, pool, hot tub and pool bar. Immediate to Publix and other stores about a five minute walk. We love the balcony over courtyard and could see pond.and the stay was immediate adjacent to a walking path around pond. Very clean, lots of kitchen appliances, brand new fridge. We really enjoyed the whole experience!

Had a GREAT time at Zac’s beach house. It is in the best location and so close to Seaside, shopping and restaurants. I loved eating breakfast with the oceanfront view on their newly built deck. Zac and his Dad are super responsive to anything we needed. I definitely will book again. Don’t hesitate and definitely book your stay here!!!! You won’t be disappointed 🥰

Location! Sunny isles is beautiful but not affordable and this place is both. The amenities are also outstanding, even offering room service. The food is also delicious which is usually not the case. The kitchen has all you need for a nice stay. I would probably add the bathroom has a cloth curtain which is not ideal but also not a deal breaker. Love this place for my small family, I plan on coming back.

We had a great time. The place was perfect for me and my 3 kids to spend some time over spring break. It had everything we needed and the location was great. My favorite part was watching the sunrise. What a view!!!

Beautiful located place. The verification process does require a few steps, but its nothing too complicated. Easy check in/out process, the unit is lovely and the management team is very communicative and helpful!

Everything exceeded our expectations. Such a wonderful condo in a superb location. Everything was as advertised. Wonderful location, wonderful view, wonderful weather; we couldn’t ask for anything more. Check-in and checkout instructions are clear, concise, and straightforward. No, perfection isn’t possible, but our stay in Todd’s place was pretty close!

Brady did a great job. He was very helpful and checked in to make sure I did not need anything. I would recommend this place.

Mr. Rusty was awesome to communicate with fast and accurate. His place was in spotless condition and in my opinion better then I could have hoped for. The condo was located in gated complex with awesome neighbors friendly and helpful. Beach is literally 1 min away and the beach is clean and chairs are available. On the complex you got a nice pool and a hot tub. My family and I will sure come back because it really felt like a second home

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

Donna was a fantastic host! Her response to any of my questions was very quick! The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and the room pretty much had everything we needed during our stay. Donna was up front about the unavailable amenities caused by the hurricanes. We had a great time and will for sure be back again!

The only problem we had was that we couldn’t add more time to our stay! Thanks for everything!

Kursad was a great host! Me and my girlfriend had no issues and check in was very easy. We would rent with this host again! 10/10
