Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

Great place to stay, easy walk to everything!

Our family LOVED this Airbnb. It perfect for just my husband and our 4 kids. The location being right on the beach with our own chairs and umbrellas was the cherry on top. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The home was very cozy and we would love to stay here in future again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The stunning views and incredible amenities had us spending more time enjoying the home than exploring the town. From the beach chairs and hot tub to the grill, everything was thoughtfully provided to make our stay comfortable and fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality pots and pans, making it easy and enjoyable to cook breakfast, lunch, and even grill burgers—while soaking in the most amazing beach view! The layout of the home gave us the freedom to tailor the experience to our group's needs. Whether someone wanted to relax with a nap or head to the beach, it was effortlessly convenient. The beds were so comfy, ensuring restful nights, and the cleanliness of the entire place was impeccable. This home had everything we needed and more, making it a perfect destination for our Daytona trip. We’re already looking forward to planning future stays here!

A beautiful beach home with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Great location. A semi private beach access with plenty of parking.

This is a peaceful, beautiful Ocean, huge Beach House in the middle of Florida's State Parks on Melbourne beach Island. I loved being so close to the beach that you were able to watch the sunrise while having breakfast on the sand. I loved being able to take a long leisure walk on the beach without crossing a street. I loved the dozen or so beach chairs to relax on and soak up the sun shine. I loved hearing the sound of the ocean waves as I BBQ my family's supper. I also BBQ my favorite chewy chocolate chip cookies out on the patio's grill. Everyone loved it! I also loved the great big kitchen in the house to prepare my family's meals. The showers produced great streams of endless hot water! The jacuzzi was a warmth of pleasure to soak my sore muscles in at night. The hot tub was too hot. But we loved it! We didn't love that the beds were not comfortable! I fall asleep quickly. I loved going out shopping to Melbourne and Cocoa Beach. I loved the surf board swirly soft Ice cream shop.

This really was the perfect place to say for our spring break. I brought a group of high school seniors down that were paying for this trip themselves so we had to find something affordable but also wonderful. This was it. It was a bit of a drive to the popular tourist spots of Panama City (20+minutes), but we wouldn't have traded it for the world. There were close by grocery stores and Walmart that we utilized. It was so nice to have our own private little beach and dock that the girls could spend their evenings on. It was super windy while we were there (beach side) and being at "home" on the lagoon side was much more pleasant. I enjoyed watching the sunrise over the water every day. We actually really enjoyed being by the Air Force Base because it was like having an airshow every day. The house was very clean and beachy. The girls enjoyed the back deck with the beautiful lights every evening. The beds were extremely comfortable and they had very nice linens and pillows. A++++

Nari was a great host with perfect communication. The house & surrounding areas were exactly as described. No issues with steps (as some have noted). The sleeping area is well separated from the living quarters and the deck outside along with the reading loft gave plenty of space for all of us. Laundry on the 2nd floor is a great value add! Satellite Beach itself is perfect with the beach directly outside of the home and not too busy. We were able to see a space launch from Cape Canaveral (Blue Origins - New Glenn). Highly recommended! Our son and his family loved staying at the Peachy Beach House! The location was perfect as it was only a short walk to the beach. They enjoyed jumping in the pool and hot tub after being at the beach. Frances was very responsive throughout the time before the rental began and also during the rental. We would highly recommend this house to anyone considering a nice vacation on AMI.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! Location was 10/10 - we loved being able to have such a short walk to the beach, which was so quiet and private even during normal spring break time! Driving distance into the historic part of the city was 5-10 minutes, an easy drive. The house was so well appointed, with a well stocked kitchen, beach towels and equipment and wagon, and beds that had quality linens and were very comfortable. This was a perfect stay for our family, and we’d highly recommend to anyone!

What an amazing stay we had here! This is a peaceful & very clean home in a safe neighborhood, walking distance from the beach & any store or restaurant you’d need are a quick drive. There’s an incredible playground/park called South Beach Park & Sunshine Playground just a few mins drive away! The beds & furniture were all so comfortable, the house is thoughtfully stocked well-kitchen, bathroom & laundry had all we needed including soaps, shampoos & conditioner. There are plenty of beach towels, pool & beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc). If you have small children, there’s a few games & packnplays too! The backyard is beautiful-a great space to hang out, have a meal, relax & swim. The pool is heated-we could even get in on the cool & rainy days & still be warm! This was such a huge bonus for us! The hosts are AMAZING-very quick to respond to any questions, great communication, the check-in/out process is super simple. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

The home itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The hosts were communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet stunning beachfront retreat, this is the place to be.

The place was amazing, great location, well appointed home. The place actually exceeded our expectations. Jes provided us with information just before we needed it. The home was very clean, homey and seemed to anticipate any need we might have. We have already recommended it to our family.

The views from this home were amazing! Sunrise and sunset both visible from the main area of the house but were even more spectacular from the deck and the pier. Plenty of space for the eight of us to spread out or hang out together. While we didn't use- the garage was stocked with anything you could need for a day on the beach. Kitchen was clean with all the cookware you could need. Loved all the photos-

The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space and we enjoyed renting the golf cart to travel to and from the beach. Made life a lot easier with small children! Everything was clean & the host was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was one of the best places we have ever stayed at! The location couldn’t have been better, located right between Mexico Beach and Port St Joe. There are plenty of restaurants/food trucks to choose from in the area. This is the perfect home if you want beach front plus a private pool. This home will definitely be our first choice when planning our next vacation in PSJ.

Enjoyed the stay at Shane's place. Clean and well kept. Other than being on a main road, neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe. Would love to return in the future. Thanks Shane !
