The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Jeff provided an excellent stay for our group, from restaurant recommendations to tourist attractions, he took care of us. All of us had a great time, the location was perfect, and check-in/check-out was a breeze!

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

Fantastic place! Super clean, comfortable and even better than described. We love the location, literally steps from the private beach and the oceanfront view is out of this world. Super safe, quiet area with very friendly guests and residents for neighbors. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here at this particular condo and have fallen in love with it. Dave is a superb host and you can tell he takes great pride in his unit. Location is great, close to wonderful local restaurants and grocery store. Satellite Beach is one of the most “walkable”, friendly places we’ve ever been in Florida. “Relaxing” does not even come close to describing the vibe here. We are already planning our next visit and counting the days til we return. Thanks Dave!

Family weekend trip was great felt right at home. Perfect for the kids and easy walk to the beach. Kitchen was equipped for easy cooking. Thinking about booking again ! Also the bedrooms where a good size for couple and kids really liked that there was 3 bathrooms with showers. Host was available and very helpful . 5 star ⭐️

This is one of the best Airbnb we have stayed at. The pictures don’t do it justice, this condo is cozy and comfortable, fully equipped, and super clean. The host has a wagon loaded with everything you need to spend the afternoon at the beach. The building is well kept, beautiful walking paths along the beach, nice amenities that include a pool. We look forward to staying here again!

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

We loved these accommodations! Loved that we were on a canal (so beautiful, and great for renting a boat for a few days), the lanai/pool was very spacious and inviting, and our experience from the very start was positive and friendly. The description mentioned 2 king beds, but there was 1, and the living room furniture isn’t what is pictured, but none of that caused any issues for us. We greatly appreciated the kitchenware that was available for use. Even though we didn’t make use of the grill, it was clean and available. So happy for the washer/dryer in the garage. Beds were very comfortable! We felt very safe - wonderful neighborhood. We’d be happy to return!

The unit was small, but very clean, nicely decorated and updated. Perfect for a couple and a few nights stay vs. a week. Loved walking the beach everyday which is just over a little hill in back of unit. Close to restaurants and shops. Hosts very quick to respond to questions. Had a lovely stay.

Yolanda's place was the perfect place for my nephew and his friends to celebrate his 21st birthday - Yolanda was very accommodating and allowed them to check in early and was super responsive to any questions we had.

Great location! Felt very safe and other guests were friendly as well. Condo was clean and well kept. Perfect for our family of four! Very nice pool that was hardly busy.

Carla was very attentive and quick to help out when we needed it. We wanted to see if the place adjacent to us was available last minute and she accomodated at a discounted rate! Very clean and great location.

Anna’s place is in a great location. Very quiet and peaceful part of the beach. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles. Shower was great with lots of hot water and water pressure for the 6 of us. Several restaurants are close, some are walkable. Definitely would stay again.

Thank you for everything. Please keep us in your prayers . Fiancé is going into surgery tomorrow morning to have four screws put in her spine.

A beautiful beach home with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Great location. A semi private beach access with plenty of parking.

Grandeur is this home. Big kitchen, dining living rooms and a truly spacious master/ bath. Super family room for board games with their huge wide sofa for 8. The deck was comfortable too. Views yea it has nice views of the water through the trees. Lovely sunsets and sunrises are a brief walk to the beach. 2 Great restaurants in golf cart distance. It a great family.

Outstanding water view property! Recently remodeled, loaded with amenities, bikes, and beach gear. Immaculately clean—we had a wonderful stay. Sarah, the host, was exceptionally responsive, providing multiple ideas for things to do and places to eat. Great experience overall!

This place was so amazing. The view and beach access was fantastic! It was so comfortable and clean with really nice additions like a well stocked kitchen, plenty of hot water, and easy to use smart tvs. Also a bathroom for every bedroom!Our host was so quick to respond to any questions we had. I would be thrilled to stay there again. Oh, and fantastic coffee and beignets across the street!
