The original boat that we had ordered was not available they made sure that we were comfortable and put us on a bigger boat to accommodate us. Easy to communicate with highly recommended host.

We had a great time on the boat. It is definitely best described as glamping but with everything you need and the bonus of air con, refrigerator and small freezer, microwave and TV. it was lovely sitting out on the boat. The marina is very well kept, great heated pool and restaurant. we saw dolphins and gators walking around the marina. the only negatives were the odd smell on the boat (musty smell) and the on board toilets (which were also very smelly) - however the marina have a nice shower/toilet block and very short walk from the boat. Charlie was very attentive and the cakes, milk and bottled water was much appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay on the boat and also our two hour sunset cruise. All the staff we interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great location and very fun experience.

We greatly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Jenny's AMI property. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for my wife and I + our 2 teenage daughters. Jenny was a perfect host -- from start to finish she was always very communicative. The instructions were very easy to follow -- and she proactively reached out to make sure everything was going OK. The scenery from the living room window was beautiful -- we saw many dolphins just fro the couch. The location on the eastern side of the island was new for us. We had previously always stayed on the western side by the gulf beach -- but found this location charming -- and at the end of the day, very easy to access the beach. The best on the east side, while not as famous as the Gulf -- but pretty to sit on in its own right. I would highly recommend this property for the value and quality of the host. We have tried larger, more expensive places with pools, hot tubs, etc. -- but the value on this rental was great.

We had the best few days in the Keys. We wanted to stay in Marathon to be centrally located to the Keys to the south and north. The boat was beautiful and clean with the most wonderful outdoor seating area to enjoy. The sunsets were spectacular and Charles and Annette were an absolute treasure and gracious hosts. They are charming conversationalists with incredible stories and wit, they showed us what a life well lived looks like. We enjoyed our time immensely and would love to stay again if we had the opportunity. We hope to see Charles and Annette in the future.

Our stay in Jupiter was great. Location on the water gave us opportunity to fish off the rental and soak up some sun. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants and close to the beach/inlet. Our fishing charter even picked us up at the houseboat. Overall, we had a great experience.

If you're looking for an unforgettable getaway, I can't recommend staying on the beautiful 44’ Ocean Yacht named Pura Vida highly enough! I recently spent two weeks aboard this stunning vessel while enjoying the sunny vibes of Florida, and it was truly an experience like no other. The interior is well-appointed with cozy furnishings that make you feel right at home. One of my favorite features was the outdoor space – there’s nothing quite like sipping your morning coffee while taking in the stunning ocean views. I can’t stress enough how welcoming and friendly Tony was. He made sure that everything ran smoothly and was always available to answer any questions or offer suggestions for local activities. His hospitality truly enhanced my stay. Staying on Pura Vida was an absolute dream! Whether you're seeking adventure or simply want to unwind surrounded by nature's beauty, this yacht offers an incredible escape. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to create lasting memories!

This was a last minute find for a business/ friend trip. The hosts are very responsive. The house was very clean and comfortable. Easy location for a quick Uber ride to anywhere in Brickell. No complaints about our stay and would definitely come back!

This was a perfect experience!!!! Exactly what I needed!!! It a very unique experience and a perfect way to getaway and unwind simply!! My husband and I took a quick Florida getaway to beat the NJ winter and this place was exactly what I needed. It was such a wonderful change of pace. It truly reminded me that life is simple. I had a little birthday getaway, this boat was the perfect spot. It was clean, all the amenities you'd need, and best of all, the location. Quiet and relaxing, but 5 minutes from the Sponge Docks and downtown. Sitting on the back deck with a drink, living the Salt Life, nothing better

From start to finish, we had the best time. very comfortable on the peacemaker. Beautiful morning sunrise and loved seeing the dolphins swimming by. Captain Ron and Kristy were super nice. I would definitely recommend staying abroad the peacemaker.

As someone who is considering living on a boat in retirement, it was very nice to have the opportunity to spend time on "Comfort Zone". There are not many reasonable opportunities to do so, and this was a very nice option. The entire marina and resort area are very quiet and seem to have a community feel with the number of live aboard boat owners. The marina based manatee/sunset cruise was very nice, educational, and breathtaking.

Our stay was something to cherish and remember all you life. A different airbnb experience....with the winds and rocking of the boat, felt like you really are on a boat trip.....the views are spectacular esp. during sunrise & sunset....we'd love to be back during summer.

WOW!! Vacationing on a boat was a first for us, and it was amazing!! Clean,roomy and quite the view. Great little restaurant/bar with live music right down the street. Everything was just as expected. If we get to Marathon again, we’ll definitely try to book with Ron.

David was an exceptional host! His boat is a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo on water. It’s beautiful and so is the water surrounding it. He was quick to respond, available as needed and met us at the boat to show us around. The boat was easy to live in. We loved it and will be back! It doesnt feel like a boat - plenty of space and its well decorated. Beds and furniture are comfortable. He has stocked it with all the amentities and provided extras. The Bean Bags on the front deck were our favorite. Watched the sunset from there. This is one of our favorite rentals - so peaceful, relaxing and luxurious! Tarpon Springs has some great food too. The little town is a mile a away, but you wouldn’t know it. The boat and marina are nice and quiet except for nature 😊 The town is authetic greek - generations that have been cooking family recipes. The food was delicious!

We loved the opportunity to sleep on this 35' yacht. We did miss key cards that don't work, kids running up and down hallways, and upstairs neighbors banging above our heads, BUT we can stay at a hotel another time!! :) We loved waking up and sun and having a coffee on the bow, amazing! We did miss the sunsets because Marathon and the Keys are filled with great things to do! I recommend a visit here if you have a open mind and want a unique experience. There are a few challenges that the host explains in their description. When you first arrive the quarters are a bit "musty", but once window hatches are open the Fla. breeze airs things out. Stepping from the dock to the boat can be a bit daunting, but you get used to it. YOUR on a boat so your restroom experience is not super, but everything is clean and tidy. My only suggestion is to open the boat up prior to each arrival to get some air flowing. With that said, we WILL be back!!

Amazing unique place to stay for a few days if you are looking for something different! Plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Has everything you need aboard. Jim was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We would certainly stay again!
