Dan and Charles place was perfect in every way! We cannot say enough about their place and them! Location couldn’t have been any better. We’ve been coming to Sarasota for 3 years now and this place was at the top of our list.Don't hesitate, book it now!

This was our second time staying in the apartment while passing through Miami. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet, which a small park, grocery store, and many restaurants nearby. Maria is a wonderful host! She is a great communicator, provides clear instructions, and is incredibly helpful. She provides great recommendations on the local area and is very responsive.

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

Really great place. Simple, clean decor and very comfortable. Loved the stocked kitchen. Beds are super comfy--- way more so than my expensive sleep number bed at home!! We would absolutely stay again. We had a blast, thank you!!😀

There are many places to rent in Sarasota but Bold Lofts is the best for easy, walkable access to downtown restaurants, shops and theaters. The location can’t be beat.

The apartment is in the perfect location of Miami, in short walking distance to Brickle Centre, Brickle Park and Island, all restaurants of the area etc. Short drives to Biscayne, Miami Beach, Shopping centres, Airport etc. I would therefore highly recommend the apartment. Max was always there with support and infos, everything worked smoothly. The only small thing was, that the pictures are not corresponding anymore with the new building built vis-a-vis. There‘s still a nice view on to the sea, but less than before. It does not jeopardise anything and I would still go again..

What a sweet spot for my husband and I to stay at Marcella's place for 5 nights. The studio was really pretty, well appointed, squeaky clean and central to everything we were doing in Pensacola. She even checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying with Marcella if you're looking for a great spot near downtown.

Great private Beach location. Obed was very helpful and communicated so well! One thing to note is that there are no really close restaurants. You will have to drive at least 10 minutes for a restaurant. other wise it was a perfect location!

I can't say enough good things about the house and the host. We had the bad luck of the spa being out of service during our stay due to a part needing to be replaced. As much as we had hoped to enjoy that part of the home, the rest of the house and the host more than made up for it. Hoa is easily one of the top 3 hosts I've had so far in my many Airbnb stays over the years. She was proactive, friendly and welcoming, and helped us feel right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy to use. I especially liked the labels on the many light switches, drawers, and cabinets. The beds were very comfortable and sofa/TV was relaxing and entertaining. The photos are accurate but really don't do the home justice. I hope to book here again in the future!

First, I want to say THANK YOU Ana for your amazing house! My family fell in love with this place. Second, everything was exactly like in the pictures and even better. Very well stocked kitchen. A lot of cute details in the kids rooms and bathrooms. Both of our kids asked us to stay longer in the house, not in the Disney parks (which I think means a lot :) ) Great pool. We spent a lot of time between parks in this pool. Ana is very easy to communicate. Highly recommend this house and this host!

This spacious two-bedroom apartment was exceptionally clean. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay. a few windows lacked screens.

This was my second year staying at this incredible Airbnb in Santa Rosa Beach, and I couldn’t be happier! I spent two months here, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The home is spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a long and comfortable stay. The location is ideal—just minutes from the stunning white sand beaches, great restaurants, and all the charm that 30A has to offer. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the outstanding communication. B & C are beyond accommodating, always responsive, and go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. After two wonderful stays, this has truly become my home away from home. I can’t wait to return again next year! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

The place and area were perfect for what we needed as a family of 5. Aaron’s communication was excellent and very quick to respond. This home was stocked more than any other AIRBNB that we have stayed at. We have stayed at many amongst us all. Coffee in the morning on the dock area was peaceful and a great place to have a cookout w family. The location is near many places and not in the middle of the touristy trap areas. Restaurants all over and so near downtown New Port Richey and Simms Park for a very nice relaxing time. Great cost for what you get naturally and what Aaron provides. We will be staying there again!!! Todd Rowe

The place was so nice! Pictures don’t do it justice! The area was perfect, walked around lake eola and surrounding areas all day Saturday and it was picture perfect. We don’t have any need to drive anywhere. The only slight complaint I have is the shower, the curtain had a slight smell to it and needs to be changed most likely. Everything else is a 10/10!!!! Would definitely and WILL stay here again!!! Thank you for everything Marc!!!!

Donald is a GREAT Host Friendly and very helpful, he even helped carry up our luggage ... Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need .. very clean and BEAUTIFUL views from both balcony's ... Pool is being repaired after Hurricanes so we could not use it .. But that is not Donalds fault .... We LOVED our stay and plan on going back!! We HIGHLY recommend staying here ... SUPER close to Daytona Activitys ...
