Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

Perfect stay and just as described. This is a very clean garage apartment close to the airport. It is extremely affordable and very quiet. The bed and shower were great. I expected to have to park on the street and was pleasantly surprised that there was a parking space in front of the house. Definitely would come back!

Thanks for the stay, the property was a great place to sleep while in town for a weekend event. Quick walk across to the street to the beach and restaurant. Would have loved to pay a bit extra to check out later, due to a late night flight, but understood.

Great location for easy access to all Disney parks, close to shopping for us to buy groceries, great amenities at the resort like a pool with a separate splash pad with water slides, arcade and even a small store for us to get snacks and something quick to eat while enjoying the pool. There was a close by park for the kids to play. The resort was quiet and secure with 24 hour security. I would definitely take the family back here on future vacations.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! Loved everything about this place! Claudia was super responsive and friendly! I see people mentioning about not being able to flush toilet paper but, who cares?! Throw it in the garbage can! It’s easy enough! We will definitely be coming back!

El departamento de Ben es mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. Las vistas desde todos los ambientes son increíbles. Esta en muy buen estado y muy completo. La piscina en el piso 15 es gigante y es para pasarse un tiempo ahí en ese espacio muy bien ambientado y con muy buenas vistas. Nos recibio Patricia a la hora pactada, muy amablemente nos describió la zona y como movernos, nos dio su celular por si tuviéramos algún problema. También nos permitió guardar nuestras valijas hasta las 4 de la tarde dado que nuestro vuelo partía a la noche. Recomiendo 100% el depto de Ben, sin duda volveré.

Description & pictures are spot on and we NEVER heard any neighbors! Elevators were not a problem as we were weren't staying during peak season. Keith had great suggestions on being prepared for potential long check ins and elevator waits. Check in was less than 5 minutes & we had a 5 minute wait one time for the elevator! 180° view of the ocean is breath taking. We saw a manatee, and watched visits from manna rays several times a day. Bed & linens were very comfortable, & I'm picky about linens! My back never hurt due to an uncomfortable bed. I would find myself waking up at night and going out to the balcony to take in the sights & sounds. With a full moon during our stay the beach was fairly bright at night. Several beach towels, chairs, & umbrella were available for us. The walk to the water is a shorter distance than other beaches. Bring a scoop of some sort to look for the bigger sea shells! Come prepared for a very pleasant week & a lot of time at the beach!

This was one of the best vacation experiences we've had! The house is perfect, it's well stocked, has tons of amenities, and is in a great location. We ended up staying for 3 weeks and never needed a thing. Carolyn or Miranda answer any question or concern immediately. The house is comfortable and the yard is great. Being right on the water was a dream, getting out to the river took less than 10 minutes and then it's like you're on a different planet it's so beautiful. We would DEFINITELY come back to stay any time!

Our stay was exceptional. The home is breathtakingly beautiful. Modern amenities, beautiful kitchen and exquisite decor. Indya was a phenomenal host. She was very responsive and patient with my questions.

Our large group had an amazing time at the Waterfront Oasis! There was plenty of space to spread out & have fun. The outdoor space was great for sun, pool, shade, fishing, kayaking, etc….something for everyone! We spent a lot of time around the big kitchen island & family room. The space had everything we needed to have some fun on our visit to Florida! Thank you to our host!!

The home was beautiful. My family and I agreed there was more than enough space for everyone. Lisa and her team were very responsive for any questions before my arrival and provided instructions if I needed assistance during my stay. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. I will definitely look forward to booking this home again.

We had a great time here! The pool was great for kids and adults. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We used the movie theatre several times and had so much fun family time at this house. Definitely recommend for families!

Initially, I was unsure if this Airbnb was going to feel like a place that was built to be an Airbnb (where things look nice in the pictures, but in reality things don't work as well as you might expect). In actuality, it was quite the opposite! Everything worked as advertised (honestly better than advertised). The movie theater is really high quality with very comfortable chairs, excellent surround sound, and a good projector! Washer and dryer worked well, and we cooked there 4 nights and everything worked better than expected (knives were sharp!) I would definitely stay again if I am in the Tallahassee area!

Great place to stay located near the hottest local bar district of Orlando. Awesome for a group of 7-10 people.

Coconut Cabana was the perfect spot for our whole family to gather!! We enjoyed all the amenities and extras: kid-friendly pool all day long, sunset hot tub ritual, cocktails around the fire pit and at the tiki bar, and all the comfortable seating (in and out of the sun) around the pool. Though Emily had told us the house was not specifically set up for young children, we found it worked perfectly. We loved the proximity to great restaurants, coffee spots, parks, beaches and attractions, and the walkable neighborhood was a plus. One thing that stood out for us was the beauty and privacy of the grounds. So refreshing and relaxing! We would give Coconut Cabana 6 stars if we could!

Scott’s communication throughout the stay was great! Room was exactly as pictured and described. The resort has wonderful and very polite staff. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Daytona.

Esta ja foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos em Fort Lauderdale no apartamento do George, e foi excelente, como ja era esperado. Local bem localizado, apartamento excelente, com uma otima vista e muito bem cuidado. Com certeza uma otima opcao para quem vem passar alguns dias em Fort Lauderdale. George tambem foi um otimo Host , com informacoes claras e respostas rapidas.

We had a great stay, the place is just like the pictures. The room was super clean and properly prepared for us. The location is great just a short walk to the beach which wasn’t too crowded and right across from sharkys and senior frogs both great places to go to while being there! The pool at the condo was clean and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of driving or at the beach. Host was very responsive and if we needed anything or had any questions he replied super quick! We definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again. Great place for a couples get away or for a small family as they do have a pull out couch as well!

I really enjoyed Joseph’s place . The place was so beautiful and just love the ocean view waking up to that was just breathtaking. Would definitely book again .
