This was my third time staying at Susan’s home and I will stay there again! The home is very clean, private and comfortable. Host is very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Homossasa.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

Rachel’s place was the perfect base for our Gulf coast vacation. We went in to Clearwater for a Spring Training game and to enjoy the beach. It was an easy drive up to Homosassa to see the Manatee and we enjoyed a nearby nature preserve. And when we weren’t day tripping we loved the neighborhood…biked to Hudson ice cream, kayaked out in the channel to watch the sunset and took in the sunrise over the mangroves from the back patio each morning. The house was so clean and comfortable. What a treat that we were able to visit. Thanks for sharing your space for us to enjoy! Highly recommend

The house was just as described. Loved having meals on the screened in porch each morning while watching the boats and wildlife float/fly by. Very peaceful setting. Modern bathrooms and kitchen. Also the Cabana Club pool and beach was a wonderful place to relax. We enjoyed meeting other Key Colony residents/visitors at the pool and at Sunset Park. They have concerts on Sunday afternoons in the park.

My boyfriend and I had such a nice little get away here! This place was so cute and homey, we were cozy hanging by the fire outside and in the living room watching tv or playing our board games we brought. Multiple options to choose from for the kayaks and the river was so peaceful. We also had all the cookware we needed in the kitchen. I would love to stay here again with my mom and sister, they would love it!

Nice little place. Bed was very comfortable for us. Great having the dock across the road. Beautiful sunsets over the river. Debra was very responsive of any inquiries we had.

Off the beaten path, yet close proximity to a number of unique and cool things to do. (Like the animal park, or seafood restaurants) Hosts provide a number of local recommendations and things such as Starbucks or Grocery stores are nearby. Great location near the waterway that leads to other places to explore by kayaks provided by the hosts. Definitely will consider this place again when we return to the area.

this was everything and more as described. easy access to the beach everything offered for use in the garage made it very easy to access the beach. only complaint was Mike wasn't able to make the Sun shine everyday! you wouldn't regret staying with Mike

We recently stayed with our two teenagers and their two friends. This is a great cabin, best I have stayed at in Weeki Wachee. Recently updated, lots of room to spread out, walking distance to Roger’s park. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals. Brian was efficient in the checkin process, available if anything was needed but also ensured to give privacy. Couldn’t have asked for anything else. Looking forward to booking again!

We had a great time trading the Indiana cold for manatees, fresh seafood, warm weather and beachside sunsets. The place was perfect with great amenities!

Our stay was very nice, we were visiting family in the area. The cottage was perfect for my mom and I. The living room and dining room are spacious. The area is very nice and the outdoor spaces were private. We did get over to the dock and sunset and saw two dolphins swim by. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Had a great stay. Was clean with plenty of amenities and furniture. Towels are cute with the name of the house on them. Nice decor. Good location for kayaking and easy to launch due to the steps. Nice big yard with a fire pit. good guestbook where numerous people have written tips of places to go and what they’ve enjoyed. Responsive host. We would stay again.

We loved the screened porch, fenced yard for the dog, the dock to fish from, quiet neighborhood, the laundry in our unit. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The mattress was very comfortable. We’re looking forward to returning next year. Thanks for being such a good host. We’d also like to know the location of the other properties you have in the area.

We spent a month at this cozy and comfortable cottage on Santa Rosa Sound. Steve and Tara are great hosts - responsive and very helpful. Having access to the waterfront is a real bonus with an already good place to stay. The listing is very up front about being on highway 98, but the noise didn't bother us.

We were looking for a relaxing mini vacation and had a great time. We felt right at home and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets at night. Marjorie was a great host and her communication was top notch! The place was well kept and very clean. We are looking forward to a return visit.

We had a wonderful time at Casey’s place and were sorry to leave. The house and grounds are simply wonderful and the peace and quiet of the early mornings and evenings in particular was magical. So many birds to listen to and watch, and the little alligator and deer in the forest opposite. We took out the Jon boat and enjoyed the quiet river and explored the surrounding nature areas and forests on walks. The house has everything you need and there are so many places to sit and rest outside. We hope to be back some time.

The location was perfect for our family’s wedding and the venue itself was beyond our expectations. Very well done upgrades were amazing. Overall a great experience and we look forward to future stays.

This was a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. I loved the privacy it offered along with the amazing views! Spent most of my time on the dock fishing. House was adorable and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here and will return again one day!

Amazing stay for anyone wanting to relax in nature. During the day we used the golf cart they had (with trailer attached) to take the kayaks or paddle boards down to the CRYSTAL CLEAR river that we have access to through their private park. At night we sat by the campfire (provided fire wood). The best part was being able to bring our dogs with us everywhere we went. We cooked some of our meals (in a spotless kitchen) and found a few nearby restaurants with dog friendly outdoor seating. Hosts respond quickly to any question or concern and are very friendly. Would definitely go back.

We have a wonderful time at Very Beary Cabin. My three grandsons had a blast and my 4 year old didn't want to leave. My 7 year old told me this was a memory he will keep in his heart forever and the 9 year old said he had a great time.We all really hated leaving this cabin it was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay. It was everything we hoped for. Cozy cabin getaway with all the essentials and more. The lake is absolutely beautiful. Kayaked a few times everyday. Our 4 year old Golden Retriever thoroughly enjoyed every inch of the yard and got a long with Tallie the very friendly cat who kept us company. Very peaceful getaway. Thank you so much for having us!
