Enid’s studio was a wonderful apartment that was in a private neighborhood with a great entrance. There was a lot to do all within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Ample parking spaces.

Perfect space and location for what we needed. Hosts were extremely accommodating. Easy check in/out. Reasonably priced. Great food recommendations too!

Russell was a great communicator, he even sent me a list of places to go and things to do as soon as I booked the Airbnb which helped in my planning. It’s a great location if you are looking to stay in south beach / Miami Beach area. 20 minutes from the airport. We Uber’d or walked everywhere and Uber’s averaged $7-10 per trip which was great since parking in Miami is hard to find or expensive. Russell’s place had everything we needed like beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The balcony was peaceful and flow to high ceiling windows were so cute. Beds were the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve slept in. Highly recommend.

There were six of us. We were down from Alabama for a women’s conference. For some of us this was our second stay. Check in was easy as always and Catalina was very responsive. We did have an issues that we had to bring to her attention but as soon as she was made aware she responded and acted accordingly to rectify the situation. I will say the furniture and decor on the balcony could use some attention and updating but overall the loft is an incredible place to stay! It’s within walking distance of several shops and restaurants with an amazing coffee shop just downstairs! Those of us who have stayed before have begun calling it “Our Loft” because it does feel like you’re home. Though the space is large and open it feels quite cozy and welcoming! We also did the Palafox food tour also for the second time and would highly recommend both “Our Loft” as well as the food tour and for a little more upscale dining Angelina’s Ristorante just a block and half down the street is phenomenal!

I was very happy with my stay. The neighborhood is exactly the location I wanted, the apartment was charming and comfortable and it was very authentic (I used to live in this neighborhood and it is just like places I lived) — very nostalgic for the real Miami vibe. The price was great for the space and I will definitely stay here again!

This spot was described perfectly to the listing. Everything was very clean and tidy when arriving and the lighting from the windows is very nice while still keeping the bed area dim in case you needed a quick nap. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

Words can't express how satisfied my partner and I were with our stay in Mary's little loft. Despite being a small apartment for 1-2 it was made spacious by expert placement of furniture and amenities. The whole rental was perfectly clean, furniture was comfortable and functional, the generously sized king bed was heavenly, and the interior design and decor was minimalistic enough to be calming and unique enough to be fun. As a home cook, the fully equipped and functional kitchen was a personal highlight as well. Not to mention, the location was perfect, just a couple minutes walk from the historic Avondale strip where we made a full day of brunch and shopping. The host, Mary, even stopped my partner and I to have a friendly chat with her adorable poodle Milo as we were loading our car for a beach day and it's very apparent how much love and dedication she has towards her guests and hosting them! Every second of our vacation felt like home. I will definitely be back!!!

The place felt like a home away from home. It was very clean and it was close to all the nightlife that Miami has. We loved that it had a private parking that was gated for extra safety. Would definitely recommend.

Booked last minute for a quick weekend getaway, very nice location and friendly host. Had a great time at the coffee shop downstairs and was a short, safe, walk to St. George street.

Great private gated chill area. Hot tub was very pleasing. Plenty of towels and cleaning supplies and Extra covers. A lot of modern upgrades and furniture!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our trip to Miami started off as a nightmare when our original Airbnb was completely unlivable. Desperate for a solution, I reached out to Karl, and he was an absolute lifesaver! He responded immediately and had us checked in within no time. The process was incredibly smooth, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Karl personally greeted us and gave us a tour of his space, which was clean, well-kept, and exactly what we needed to turn our trip around. The place was wonderful—great location, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We are beyond grateful for his hospitality and quick response. If you’re looking for a reliable and accommodating host in Miami, Karl is the one! Highly recommend!
