The location is very private and the house was very clean. It's located adjacent to the Hillsborough River so a lot of wild life activity to watch while eating or just relaxing. The house is great for larger groups. Connor communicated very well. I highly recommend this property if you're looking to visit Tampa.

Vivian es tremenda anfitriona, desde el primer momento estuvo en contacto. En verdad atenta como si nos conociéramos de toda la vida. La ubicación de la casa es increíble a pasos de Miracle Mile y a unos minutos en auto de Cococnut Groove. Nos falto tiempo para disfrutar todas las amenidades de esta casa. Es hermosa. Volveremos siempre.

Host was quick to respond to any questions regarding the stay which made it very easy on our group. Recommendations for restaurants in the area were very helpful. Would recommend and stay again if visiting the Tampa area with a large group.

Incredible place to stay! Highly recommend! We stayed with our five kids and had rooms to spare. Would be perfect for a large group! The kids adored their themed rooms and the game room and loved swimming! We will definitely stay again next time we’re in town!

Amazing place for kids or adults. Ariana is exceptional. Older house with broken outlets, lights, not great kitchen cookware, and doors didn’t lock going out to pool. Other than that one of the best places we’ve stayed in Florida definitely will be back.

This was a very big house (our kids kept saying mansion) in Miami Springs, with lots of stuff to keep everyone entertained- foosball, billards, cornhole, old style Pac-Man/ Donkey Long video game console, darts, plus a pool and hottub. We had plenty of room to hang out and to sleep. The location is perfectly fine though the house is a bit far from Miami Beach. Rick was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

The home is amazing and very clean! It had everything we needed and more—from the kitchen to the fishing poles, beach chairs, pool toys, etc. The pool and backyard were wonderful! The home exceeded our expectations!!

The house was exactly as described - everything was clean and in good shape. Amber was very responsive to a problem we had with the dishwasher and got it working right away. Our group was very happy with our stay here.

This was our third summer visiting Santa Rosa and Seaside. It was the best visit yet! The house worked perfectly for our family of 10. Everyone had a bed/room, there was plenty of supplies, tons of beach towels and things to use at the beach, the neighborhood was extremely quiet, and we used the gold cart to get everywhere. There is limited parking to the driveway. We did get warnings on the vehicles we had parked along the street. But we figured out how to get all four vehicles in the garage and driveway, plus two golf carts so there is room. Thank you, Nancy. We will definitely look into staying again next summer.

David was a great host, very proactive and responsive. The house was lovely. Clean with lots of amenities, perfect for an extended stay with family.

Hanna was an amazing host, very friendly, responded fast and easy to communicate with. We were 8 people in total and it was perfect for all of us and we had a wonderful time. The house was clean, spacious, and full of great amenities. The game room was amazing. We all had a great time overall.

Beautiful home and plenty of amenities at the home. Pool and patio area was just amazing. Many restaurants near this location and just a few blocks from the beach. Highly recommended this place and will stay again on my next trip to Jax Beach area.

We had a great stay at Raegan's place! The kids especially loved the pool, which was a highlight of our trip. The house felt very private and was conveniently close to shops, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. Raegan was very responsive and tried to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The house was well-stocked with essentials, like kitchen dishes and extra pillows. Some of the appliances, like the dishwasher and washing machine, were quite old, which made doing dishes and laundry a bit challenging. The firepit and BBQ could also use some updates. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we'd recommend it for families looking for a relaxing getaway with a pool. --- Let me know if you'd like to tweak anything further!

The house was very clean and bigger than what the pictures showed. My family and I had a wonderful time in their home and I will book again when we return to Jacksonville: great neighborhood and only 20ish minutes from the airport. Beautiful home!!

Great house for a big group - loved the pool

This home exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect space to host our out-of-town family. The outdoor area was the highlight, and we spent most of our time on the patio. We had a great time here! The pool was great for kids and adults. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We used the movie theatre several times and had so much fun family time at this house. Definitely recommend for families!
