We stayed just one night but it was a great spot. Tina & Michael were great to work with. Would recommend this rental!

First time renting through Airbnb. House was just what I expected to see, clean and pleasantly decorated. The yard was mowed and fence was secure for our dog. Veronica was very nice and helpful. It even worked out for us to add a day to our stay when we got to Florida a day early. There were extra blankets, towels and the kitchen was well equipped. The house was the ideal size for my husband and I. Plenty of room for my dog to play. I was very happy with my stay.

Love it! Easy going and very patient. Very nice for families to spend their time and do some cooking!

Mary's place was in a very safe and beautiful location. Everyone was friendly and there were endless dining options. There were even local conveniences that I didn't expect nearby such as Dollar Tree, Winn Dixie, Home Depot, etc. Showers had great water pressure, hot water, and had zero sulphur smell. Decor was lovely and ample storage space for your things. A/C and heat works great and no musty smells anywhere. Beds, outdoor furniture and couches very comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Was too busy to enjoy the cabana amenities but visited it briefly and it looked wonderful. Thank you Mary hope to return in the future!

the house was exactly what my family and I needed for our trip, and was within 30min of everything we wanted to do. the kids loved it.

We really enjoyed this home. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places of interest in the area. The house was clean, inviting and comfortable. If you find yourself in the New Port Richey area, I’d definitely recommend this home.

Dodie's place was a lovely place to relax and unwind. The home was very private, peaceful and exactly as listed and pictured on Dodie's listing. We found the neighborhood to be safe, quiet and we felt immediately at ease with neighbors nearby. This was important to us as we walked the neighborhood 2-3 times a day with our 2 dogs. When we are back this way, we will definitely rebook with Dodie!

My wife and I stayed at Wendy's place for a month. The house is located in a nice quite area surrounded by similar one family homes. The poeple in the area were very nice and welcoming. Check in was easy and communication withour host was easy. The home has a nice in ground pool in the back heated by solar. The home also had a nice lani in the back with a grill and table. The yard was very large and private.

Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

Loved my stayed ! Location is at a perfect walking distance to the beach and cafes. PEACEFUL dock for morning coffee, fishing and dolphin watching. Family room is relaxing to watch tv but really have best outdoor view. Comfortable beds and every room is spacious. Will become friends with Elaine right away.

The home was exactly as described. The backyard is truly an oasis, very private and peaceful. The pool was wonderful and heated to a comfortable temperature. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. A short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Anna is a wonderful host, very pleasant, helpful and responsive.

Loved staying at Great Times and Tan Lines! Our kids loved the pool, and the place was spotless. Very cool outdoor area, our entire family had a great time, will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed ourselves at Alan & Diana's place. It was everything we had expected. Very peaceful & quite setting -especially with the pond in the backyard with lots of wildlife. Beautiful outside Lanai area with lots of seating & a heated pool. The place had plenty of space for our family and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed for cooking. Close to beach's, grocery stores & restaurants. I would defiantly rent this place. Melinda

Christina is a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She even gave me fresh eggs from her chickens and drove me to and from the airport as I was not renting a car. I was able to get around easily on her beach cruiser biicycle going to nearby restaurants and shops and about a ten to twelve minute ride to the beach. It was so peaceful and quiet and the hot tub was wonderful!

I cant say enough good things about Fred and Lynn's home away from home. I've stayed at a few locations in St Augustine, but they deserve more than 5 stars. My family enjoyed every second of their peaceful surroundings. The home was gorgeous, pool felt amazing, and hosts and fur babies were super friendly. We are definitely planning on returning now that we have found this hidden gem. Close enough to great restaurants, but so private that deer felt safe enough to lay in their yard. Fred met us as soon as we arrived with Ellie and they gave us the grand tour, checked in during our stay to make sure we were comfortable, and Lynn came out to have conversation and offered my daughter a pool float. Even making sure she had sun screen. It was the little moments like that that made this place so special!! I said several times "reminds me of grandma's house as a kid." Thank you again Fred, Lynn, Ellie, and Boo. We miss yall already!

Josh was a fantastic host and loved staying at his Airbnb again! Love the location as it’s close to all the great restaurants and shops of Avondale and Boone Park is right down the street, which was nice for walking the dogs.

Richard is very responsive. Location is good, close to the beach and restaurants. The house is basic and older, but very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed for Christmas week and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge amid the festivities. We loved everything about this charming bungalow and felt very much at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to Crescent Lake for walks with our pup Stanley! Just can’t say enough good things about the experience—clean, cozy, well-stocked with all the essentials, warm and very relaxing. The proximity to I-275 and US-19 makes getting to Tampa and Clearwater easy and the gulf beaches are a short drive west. Best of all, host Gina is a gem of a human! Cathy, Stanley and I give it 4 thumbs and 4 paws up!l 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🐾🐾 and would love to visit again!

Lea’s place was great for a stay attending a swim meet at the North Shore Aquatics Complex. Her place was just as described and had everything that you could want. The backyard was really nice and relaxing! Sitting under the umbrella on a lounge chair in the afternoon was perfect! The master bathroom was really nice. I appreciated the shower controls being on the wall which allowed you to turn the shower on without getting soaked. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would ever need to prep a meal. While we didn’t have a dog with us, Lea’s would be an excellent place to stay with a pup.

This was definitely a one stop shop! Had everything and beyond. Also so thankful we booked last minute and Ms.Jenifer and Ms.Michele were so accommodating and helpful. If you’re ever in the Port Charlotte area, this is the home to go too!
