Stayed for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed. The house was beautifully decorated and historic. Felt very comfortable in the home. Bryan was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. The area of Maplewood is very walkable with lots to do! We would definitely stay at Bryan’s again if we come back to visit the area again.

Loved the e place. Pictures matched exactly. I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever in town.

The house is very clean and spacious, which we appreciated for having 3 of us staying, and a few local family members over for a visit. It was great having the lower level for the little ones, and the kitchen with the island bar plus dining table made preparing and serving food very user friendly. We also appreciated the 3 bathrooms and garage. Most of all we appreciated the prompt and friendly responses to our questions. The location was excellent for proximity to our dad in a nearby hospital, and other siblings living locally. We all enjoyed the daily deer visits, too!

We were in town for a couple days for meetings, so we didn't really hang out at the house, just showed up late both nights to crash out. House was comfortable and clean, just what we needed. Sean probably thought we were ignoring him because I didn't reply to his message asking if we got checked in ok, but everything went smoothly and I didn't want to pester. Thanks for the great digs, way better than getting four hotel rooms.

Great location near the park and restaurants. Quiet street, yet central. Beds and linens were comfortable. I would definitely return.

This house is in an area near which we lived for 29 years. The house felt like home. So much better than any hotel in the area. We make a few trips to the area each year. We hope to be able to stay again.

Location was great and felt very safe. Street parking was completely fine and all cars were safe. The back yard was great for dogs or kids. The house covered all the basics. The beds were really comfortable. Plenty of soap, shampoo, etc. in the large bathroom. Biggest complaint was lack of closet space. We certainly made do and it’s not a deal breaker but the bedroom that sleeps up to 4 has no closet and only one chest to sit luggage on. There’s also not much space to sit things on like charging stations for electronics on both sides of the beds, etc. The house isn’t “homey” per se since it’s a full time rental, but it is still very comfortable and extremely clean. The host is the most responsive host I’ve ever had and was very proactive letting us know about guests checking in and did help a ton when the upstairs neighbors were so loud we couldn’t sleep in. It’s an older home which explains the noise, and there are signs reminding everyone to please be polite and quiet which is nice.

Great location to get to lots of attractions in St. Louis. The description says “sleeps 12” - so this is 2 people per bed, so make sure you like eachother! 😆 great space!

Great place! As pictured. Honest description (there is some traffic noise, and some noise from upstairs neighbors, but not bad). Minor snag with towels, but Joe immediately made it right with delivery minutes after reporting it, and a $10 credit just because. Very comfortable beds and couches.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was convenient, with a charming coffee shop just behind the building. Check-in was seamless, and everything was smooth and enjoyable.
