Really lovely little spot with great appointments. I wish I had been there at least another day to sit out on the pretty porch, but I loved having an old fashioned screen door that I could open and listen to morning birds while doing yoga.

This is my 3rd visit to this special place! This visit I brought 2 of my grand babies. We were blessed with beautiful weather the whole 5 days of our visit. We caught bluegill and crappie, made smores, cooked on the grill. I truly just love sitting on porch sipping coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. As always thank you for sharing your special place!

I came from Florida and my cousin came from Kansas for our grandmother's funeral in beautiful Cave Spring. The Holt Barn was absolutely PERFECT! The location. The amenities. The Host. Just everything was perfect from start to finish and allowed us some much needed relaxation during such a difficult time. Robin thank you so much for your hospitality!!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was very close to Berry College, which we needed and was clean and the perfect size for us. Becky was responsive and helpful when we needed assistance. Only issue we had was a noisy neighbor (loud music late at night), she did turn it down, but it was a nuisance both nights we were there. Loved the townhouse it is decorated super cute and is very comfortable.

The location of the Airstream was just beautiful! I spent a lot of time outside enjoying the scenery and the weather. The bed was comfortable and the interior was so thoughtfully designed!

Amy was so sweet! She came up to us Friday morning on the way out to my car and introduced herself. She was so inviting and didn’t hesitate to let us know we could message her anytime. The place was absolutely adorable and cozy, as well. I would absolutely book again!

Our group stayed at Sharon's place and rode dirt bikes at Highland Offroad Park, 30 minutes away. What beautiful property, very quiet and peaceful. Close to shopping and dining. The inside was clean and had 5 wonderful beds and lots of room to hang out and talk about the days ride.

This is a delightful home with great hosts. They offered early check in and late check out, which was perfect for us. Lisa was consistently communicative from before check in through the end of our stay, and I'd definitely look for this sweet gem if we were visiting Rome again.

Bella Vista Loft was WONDERFUL. Incredibly spacious. Beautiful surroundings. Wonderful porches. It was PERFECT for our girls weekend. The ladies were squawking all weekend how great it was. We had easy, friendly, and timely correspondence with Julie as well. Thank you! Will definitely recommend!
