Beautiful place for us to stay. Plenty of space for multiple people. Also is in a great location, private nice neighborhood with plenty to do within a short drive! Would 100% recommend.

I saw previous reviews before I chose to stay here that honestly made me question the stay. The location though was too perfect and I wanted to be close to my daughters tournament as well as not be downtown in a big city. One review was about stairs and one review was about cleanliness. I decided since there weren’t very many I’d take the leap and go ahead and go with The Aniston because of the location and price. I have been staying at AirBNBs for over a decade and I can tell you I don’t know if those reviews had a personal vendetta or were just trying to hurt a business, but take this review as NOT NEEDING to take the leap I thought I was. Dana is incredible. Probably the best host I’ve ever had. House was immaculate. I took the leap off of the pictures and they didn’t do the house justice. It was in great condition. I had 5 kids with me for the tournament and weekend and it was more than accommodating on every level. I may go back if I just need a break sometime!

The place is beautiful, has a lot of amenities. Located in a great, quiet area. Shane was super responsive and overall we had a fantastic stay.

This place is amazing! The pictures do it no justice, loved everything about it. The master bedroom and bath made you not want to leave. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was an amazing establishment. We really enjoyed the spacious rooms and great amenities! Thank you for going above and beyond to serve us! Highly recommend this establishment for rental! The basement was a little spooky but it added more fun for a larger group lol

The home is beautiful! It has absolutely everything you could possibly need! We had a little hiccup with the hot tub when we arrived and Mandi was super quick to respond and resolve it! I would highly recommend staying here for anyone! It was a perfect fit for all ages. The area is so peaceful, coming from a small town it made me feel right at home. Taking our evenings walks we felt safe and welcome, the kids even made a few friends along the way. We would gladly stay again :)

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, modern, spacious and had a great layout. The building itself was also very clean and felt new throughout. We enjoyed the clubhouse amenities and rooftop views of the Ohio River and Louisville. Parking was easy and we really liked the nightly garbage valet pickup. The location can’t be beat. It was super close to Jeffersonville which was a nice area with restaurants and coffee shops. It was also 5 min away from downtown Louisville, and close to the Falls of Ohio State Park, which has an Interpretative Center, outdoor fossil beds, picturesque views, and a brand new playground near by.

Fantastic place, specially after a long day at work to come and relax

Devin's place was perfect for a work trip. The weather did not cooperate, so I didn't get to use the pool, but it looked exactly as pictured so my disappointment was entirely with the weather, not the apartment! Communion was easy and I was so grateful to be able to check in early. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

This place was great! Clean, nice, and quiet! We really enjoyed the pizza place two doors down that stayed open till 5am too! Beautiful part of town and would highly recommend!

Tameka was amazing!!! She is very responsive---actually responded within minutes, courteous, detailed, and provided all the information in a timely manner. Her apartment looks more beautiful in person. The bathroom is huge, super clean, sophisticated gorgeous decor throughout, quiet neighborhood and easy to find. The building looks like new. This place was the perfect location as it was a few feet to my son's wedding reception. Thank you Tameka for your kindness and being the perfect hostess. I recommend this place and will rent again.
