The host was extremely responsive - when I had a hiccup with the wifi as I work from home they resolved it immediately. This was also probably the cleanest Airbnb around- my baby ate sitting in the floor so I wiped the flood down first and it was spotless- no residue. It was the perfect space for our family of 5- we will be back!

We loved this house. It’s a great location and Jeff was a great host. The house is in a great location, was easy to get to, and close to nearby attractions. If you’re going to the Derby, this is the perfect location and the university is right there. Thanks for a great stay

This house is a very comfortable place to stay. All the amenities in close to anything you would need as far as shopping wise. An amazing host and very quick to respond. If I’m ever in the area again I’d love to stay here.

This was a short notice stay. My wife and I came to Louisville to watch our son play college baseball. We wanted to bring our two dogs as well and. Rebecca and Jose‘s listing was perfect. Great location, close to everything we needed to be close to, good and clear direction and communication - would highly recommend!

This place is way bigger than it appears in photos. Beautiful high ceilings with plenty of space in kitchen/dining room for entertaining. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Great communication and location.

This place was PERFECT! I wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was only 10 minutes away from family we came to see. It was very cozy and comfortable. My dog LOVED the backyard. Close to great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

This house is convenient to Louisville and yet its a private neighborhood - smaller single family homes. This house has been built out and I counted five bedrooms - one bath on main floor and 1/2 bath upstairs. easy off street parking. Kitchen had what we needed. Its a house that still has clothes and other items indicative of private ownership. We had pets and the big yard was easy to walk the dogs in. Neighborhood quiet. great inexpensive tacquieria at end of the street.

Angela was a great host! She responds quickly to questions/messages, is accommodating and understanding! I loved that we could bring our dog and there was a fence in yard! The location is nice and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the expo center! We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we visit Louisville in the future!

This house was exactly what I was looking for. 4 adult couples, 2 kids (age 3 and 5) and 2 little dogs fit absolutely perfectly here. The pool is amazing and the house was super clean. It’s about 20 minutes from downtown, but we loved the location because it was super close to my brother and his wife’s house. Gorgeous neighborhood, very safe. Our host, Bethany, was super nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

House was beautiful well accented and updated and modern. Pool table and downstairs area was a great addition, didn’t figure out the air conditioning till checkout and it was 85 so the house got hot so I should’ve asked how it worked. Beds were very comfortable memory foam mattresses. Loved it and will stay again if I’m in the area.

Stayed here for Derby weekend and what an incredible experience it was! Stacie's home was clean, had plenty of room, and had everything you could ever need for a fun filled weekend in LV. Only 20 mins to the Derby via uber (just schedule them early!!) 5/5 rating, highly recommend! Thank you AGAIN!

The place was located in a great area, close to shopping. It was a beautiful apartment, comfortably furnished. Charles was always responsive to any messages that I sent. I highly recommend this place to stay! 😊

Freddie is AMAZING!! He was very responsive and extremely flexible with my scheduled arrival. The house is so nice!! Outside space is very peaceful and beautiful. I will rent Freddie’s place again!!

This was an overall great stay. We had to book last minute due to plans changing, and the hosts were very accommodating and communicated quickly. The house is super large so it fit our group well, and there were great amenities like the pool table, great living room, and the backyard with pool was great on the hot days. The location is close to downtown and there are many local restaurants nearby. I would stay here again anytime in Louisville.

Great place in a beautiful location. It was the perfect stay while visiting our daughter at U of L. We will definitely stay there again!

What a lovely area and home. There were a few neighborhood noises (barking dog) - but nothing that was annoying. Tammie was proactive with the toaster that didn't work - had a new toaster within the hour! Overall, the house was peaceful and comfortable.

Jennifer is a great host and the property was as described and a great place to stay in terms of comfort and convenience to the city without being IN the city. We will be looking to stay here again for our next volleyball or basketball tournament.

Haylee was accommodating on our check in and check out times due to our daughters spread out appointments! She left very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and use the keys/lights. I’m sure my kids were also super loud which she didn’t seem to mind! Which was grateful because I was super worried about that

Place was clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities, too. Host was easy to get a hold of and communicated easily.

Hotels near the expo center can be pricey. We were there for a dog show and this location was super convenient. It’s only about 10-15 minutes away. It was a tidy house with ample space for my friend and I. There’s not much to walk to do or immediately nearby but as a place to stay near the expo center or the airport it was perfect. Considering you’re across the street from a large active park (during the day) it was very quiet at night. Would definitely use it again for another dog show at the expo center.

Great place to crash for LTL. One day was rained out & we all had a blast in the down stairs area!

Grace met us at the place and helped us check in. She also offered van transportation during the time we were there. The house is really cool and unique. High ceilings and lots of old details. We had a great time.
