Foce, Gênes : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in dieser herrlichen Wohnung mit direkter Sicht aufs Meer von der Stube und vom Schlafzimmer aus. Ein kleiner Balkon auf der Hausseite ist vorhanden, da dort die Sicht aufs Meer jedoch beschränkt ist, haben wir es vorgezogen, die kurze Treppe hinunter zu gehen und dort die Zeit am wunderbaren Kieselstrand zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und zweckmässig eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir kamen mit dem Zug an beim Bahnhof Nervi und in 15 Minuten zu Fuss auf einem phantastischen Spazierweg dem Meer entlang, erreicht man die Wohnung. Ein kleiner Laden ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, in 15 Minuten zu Fuss sind alle grösseren Läden erreichbar oder man kann auch den Bus nehmen. Wir haben Ausflüge mit dem Zug gemacht (Cinque Terre, Genua), alles sehr gut erreichbar. Nervi selber ist sehr schön mit dem grossen Park und nicht so touristisch wie andere Orte an der Küste, da kein Touristenschiff landet.

We had a lovely stay at Golden House! We were warmly met by Roberta & Giambattista who led us to the private parking area and gave us a tour of their beautiful home. We had everything we needed for a quick stay in Rapallo especially an Espresso machine! A perfect location where we could walk and close to cafes and restaurants and the beautiful panoramic Lungo Mare. Communication was excellent in Italian & English with many suggestions on how to get around Rapallo. Their traditional Italian home is spotless and beautifully decorated and is just as charming as its wonderful hosts! Grazie to Roberta and Giambattista- you are so sweet! Gentilissimi!!!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Genova verbracht. Der Blick aus dem Fenster hat uns verzaubert, die Stimmungen waren atemberaubend und die Geräusche mal stürmisch, mal kaum wahrnehmbar. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es tolle kleine Läden (Doro) mit ligurischen Köstlichkeiten (besonders der Käse und das Pesto Genovese) und gutem Wein. Mario war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte tolle Ausflugstipps für uns auf Lager! Auf den Pfaden von Anita Garibaldi sind wir gemütlich spaziert und in Santa Margherita Ligure bei Portofino haben wir den besten "caffè ever" getrunken... Vielen Dank Mario, wir kommen wieder, sobald die Parmigiano Reggiano-Vorräte aufgebraucht sind!

We loved Camogli. The location is wonderful, right on the promenade. The views from the balcony are stunning. I always had my Aperol looking at the sunset, it is magical.

Appartamento bellissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio, molto pulito. Posizione fantastica sul mare, molto comoda ai servizi e alla stazione. Gloria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Assolutamente intenzionata a tornare!

Tutto perfetto, location meravigliosa, residenza top, host superlativo. l’unica pecca, non certamente imputabile all’host, è la presenza di vicini un po’ troppi rumorosi. Due notti di soggiorno, interrotte dal rientro “movimentato” dei vicini del piano di sopra.

Paolo is very nice and friendly. The apartment is lovely. The location is perfect, and you can watch the sea right from the windows of the kitchen and the bedroom.

A great place to stay to explore the coast. Spectcular view in a wonderful home. Very comfortable.

Simply one of the best places we've stayed in the world! We had 5 nights for our 15 year wedding anniversary and it was an absolute dream. Some of our favorite parts: making espressos each morning while eating freshly baked focaccia from the little shop next door, reading on the balcony under umbrellas in the rain, watching the adorable pups on the beach, enjoying wine by candlelight during sunset, sleeping with the windows open to hear the ocean, and having everything we'd want within walking distance. It was all perfect! The home is gorgeous with beautiful details, a well-stocked kitchen, an incredibly comfy bed, stunning views, and such an amazing experience with a private balcony right in the middle of Boccadasse life! (Also Genova is easy to get to via public transport and it's so fun to explore the carruggi!) Finally, Alessio is wonderful! Our flight arrived 10 hours late, and he was great helping us get in late and incredibly friendly. We feel so lucky, and hope to stay again!

Non posso che consigliare questo appartamento comodo e accogliente. Comodo raggiungere il paese, le spiagge, il treno... ci si può tranquillamente dimenticare la macchina. Impagabile il posto auto. Il treno passa sotto casa, ma a noi non ha dato assolutamente noia. Marcella è precisa, comunicativabe simpatica, che non guasta mai. Torneremo sicuramente.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It was great location in a very safe area. Happy to be a lone female and stay there. Easy access to local bus routes. But 30 -40 minutes walk into the city. Antonio gave us good recommendations for local spots to eat and shop. They were very helpful with flexible check in and out. The apartment has everything to make your stay a home from home experience. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern dort und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Grandios ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zum Meer. Zoagli ist ein wunderschönes Örtchen, das deutlich weniger touristisch erschlossen ist als die anderen Orte der Umgebung. Das ist sehr charmant und natürlich bekommt man trotzdem, was man so braucht und mit dem Zug kann man tolle Ausflüge machen. Chiara und Mario waren ausgesprochen freundliche Gastgeber, sie haben uns sogar vom Zug abgeholt und jede Nachricht sofort beantwortet. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

CoZy House was everything that the profile on Airbnb had promised. It was easy to find, very close to Boccadasse beach, clean, well equipped and with local recommendations too. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were ample (especially the revamped ensuite) and the kitchen was comfortable for cooking and dining. We enjoyed the takeaway pizza from Antico Borgo, foccaccia from A Pestun'a Cu-a Sa and gelato from Amedeo Antica Gelateria. The bus & train info was spot-on too and we successfully caught the no.31, no.42 and a train from Genova Sturla. We are frequent visitors to Genova and we would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

My family (two adults, one child) had a wonderful stay at Teresa's apartment. It was the perfect place to explore the area around Genoa—we loved Recco and Bogliasco, and had a beautiful day riding the ferry to San Fruttuoso. Teresa was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. She also had some great recommendations for our short visit. We recommend this apartment!

Sono molto contenta di aver scelto l'alloggio di Elena per il mio pernottamento a Camogli. Mi sono sentita a casa, lei è stata super accogliente e la comunicazione è stata chiara e amichevole fin da subito. La vista dal soggiorno è pazzesca, proprio come in foto, fuori dalle finestre c'è l'azzurro. È esattamente ciò che cercavo per 2 giorni di pace!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage mit der Familie hier. es war wirklich sehr nah am Strand. wir wurden mit einem kleinen Frühstück überrascht was uns sehr gefreut hat, vor allem die Kinder. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, alles da was man braucht. Nur ein Babyhochschule hatten wir selbst vergessen, den gab es leider nicht. ansonsten jeder Zeit wieder.

L'alloggio di Michele si è rivelato perfetto per il nostro soggiorno di due notti con un bimbo di 1 anno e mezzo. Posizione centralissima, appartamento pulito e confortevole. Michele ci ha gentilmente fornito un lettino da viaggio e una seggiolina per il nostro bimbo. Ci ha, inoltre, lasciato un piacevole omaggio che non vediamo l'ora di assaggiare! Molto gradita la flessibilità nell'orario di check out. Assolutamente consigliato!

Заселились без проблем, понадобился утюг, хозяин сразу же нам его принес, было много советов и рекомендаций по посещению окрестностей! Все было супер!

Von Anfang bis Ende war alles super und hätte nicht besser sein können. Alex hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war wie Luca immer für uns erreichbar. Luca hat uns ständig auf dem laufenden gehalten und auch tolle Tipps gegeben. Von der Baustelle hat man kaum bis gar nichts mitbekommen. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich bei Luca und Alex für diesen tollen Aufenthalt! ☺️

Ihana, valoisa ja tilava asunto, joka oli todella hyvin varusteltu. Tervetulotoivotus oli hyvin sydämellinen ja vertaansa vailla oleva kokemus. Alue on hyvin rauhallinen ja parvekkeelta on upeat maisemat. Viestintä sujui todella hyvin. Nautimme vierailustamme erittäin paljon ja voin suositella asuntoa kenelle vain. Ehdottomasti varaan uudestaan, jos tulemme alueelle.

We absolutely adored this place! Not only was it in a great location in Rapallo (everything was under a 7 min walk if not less) but the apartment was amazing! It was super clean and had all the amenities! On top of this Davide was an amazing host! He was always responsive, checked in on us, and gave us great recommendations! I would 100% recommend this to anyone who wants to go to Rapallo!
