We had a wonderful time and loved being able to use the fire pit! Really enjoyed the deck for our morning coffee!

Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . Nice coffee and cheese shop two miles away with a few fabulous shops. We were there to relax and that's exactly what we did !! Thank you Joseph

The house was very comfortable and clean. The view was very beautiful! There’s a large beautiful deck with comfortable furniture. The house has a certain ambiance to it, and the history of it must be interesting.

Place was cute, clean, and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Convenient location. Host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was wonderful! The room was huge with amazing views, the location was amazing, and tickets was excellent. The one critique we had was the size of the pillows in the bed; they’re the size of half a regular pillow and did make sleeping a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, 10/10

Me and my family spent the weekend at Poseidon’s Palace and it was a great time. Upon check-in, Alex was very communicative and was able to answer any questions I had. The house was very clean - fresh linens, towels, and wonderful kitchen fully equipped for the whole family. We were very comfortable. The house had lots of room for everyone, with lots to do for all ages. We traveled with 3 kids ages 10 months - 6 years old, and it was so nice to have comfortable rooms for everyone. Of course, the pool was the main attraction of the house. The sauna was definitely an added bonus. Not to mention the incredible beach view. Overall, it was a wonderful house perfect for a staycation with lots of great food options nearby. We loved it! The only thing I’d mention is that the pool area and pool temp were a little cold for some of us - it would have been nice for that area to be a little warmer. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful house with a great host - thanks Alex!

I love this location. Huge rooms. Comfortable king size bed . Quiet. Great views. You can walk to this little beach around the corner. The kitchen has everything you need. Pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker. I bring my own food and cook. The tv has cable but I didn't see how to get Netflix. Also there are two big bathrooms. They have a pool but I haven't used it since I go in April. Newport is a quick drive over the bridge (there is a $4 toll fee- if you have EZpass no big deal). Plenty fo shops and restaurants in Newport and of course the huge mansions from the 1890's. It's about $50 to go into two of them. Or the Breakers, the most famous one is $35pp. Check out Bellevue Ave, its fabulous. I also like to eat at the Red Parrot. There are plenty of local shops to browse, and the Wharf where you can walk along the water. Parking is free in the winter/early spring. Check the signs cause they do have metered parking. I can usually find something, and there are lots you can pay per hour.

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

Thank you Chris for the Airbnb rental we had an amazing time. Everything in the rental was perfect. Amazing views great accommodations, great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores,trolley, boat cruises, ferries the beach is minutes away. The amenities from the sister hotel was awesome as well which was right across the street. Looking forward to coming back🫶🏻

had an amazing time at Gary's waterfront property, me and my family stayed over easter Weeknd, and waking up to the ocean view is something me and my family will never forget, the homes was immaculate,and very clean, thier was a very clean pool, hot tub ,and sauna, &board games, it had something for everyone in our group , we will defiantly be booking in the future.

I can’t say enough about Vicky and Rick‘s place. Not only is it the cutest little cottage on the water, but it is in a great location and a perfect little neighborhood. The house has all the amenities needed. All instructions for everything were very laid out. It was clean and modern, but with a vintage feel. The bedroom is amazing with all around windows and a great view of the water. I would definitely come back here again perhaps in the fall or summer. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was very peaceful and beautiful by the water and lots of good restaurants nearby. Plus, great places to walk and enjoy yourself. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice.

the home is a beautiful cottage with lots of updates. amazing view of the water, easy access from the house and use of a variety of surfboards, paddle boat.

Christopher’s place was a great location to see and explore Newport/Middletown. We were a 6-10 min drive from downtown Newport and in a quiet neighborhood. The downstairs unit was not rented out when we were there so we didn’t hear any neighbors. We didn’t walk from the house to the beach with a 2yr old but it was an easy drive to everything. The beds were comfortable and I would definitely consider this place again if we come back to visit. Not a complaint, but the master bathroom is on the smaller side so if you are tall you may have to turn your body a bit to sit on the toilet and not hit knees on the wall. It’s functional and a good use of space though to have a second bathroom. Loved having one bath with a tub for kids. There is a private porch for the unit that is connected to the room with the twin bed which was nice. We had plenty of room and space. The third couch was nice for additional sitting space too.

Donna was a wonderful host. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Communication was spot on. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. This is one of the best AirBnB homes I've stayed in. The location was great. Walking along the water was a highlight. We were so happy to visit her home and learn of her family history. We definitely plan to return. There are ton's of restaurants to choose from in the New Bedford-Fairhaven area and Donna has lots of the menus available. The kitchen is well stocked to cook a family meal as well. She has thought of just about everything you could need while away from your own home. The cottage was well appointed and decorated, very clean and very comfortable. Wayne and Sherry were responsive and helpful. Island Park is a great low-key location with nice bars and restaurants and a lovely beachfront within minutes of the cottage. This cottage was great value for money.

Everything as described. The bedrooms in the house were "separated" so everyone in the family was able to have their own space, while having common rooms big enough for all of us. Quiet location, perfect for our family with grown kids and easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Leonard was also very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to every question (our first time renting an AirBnB)

Our family of ten had a wonderful time at the large dining room table and in the spacious living room. We took the short walk to the beautiful beach twice a day!
