We spent 10 days in Leonardo & Gabriela’s Oltrarno apartment. It has charming yet sophisticated nautical decor , every amenity , great kitchen, in a well established, upscale , quiet neighborhood. Fabulous local restaurants , patisserie, butchers , fish market and fresh produce within 5 minutes walking . Also walkable to many important Florence sites and museums through the Porta Romana arch gate . It is a wonderful building and a magical experience . We usually stay at elevated hotels and this apartment met all our expectations. They were very responsive and helpful on several occasions. The kindest and nicest hosts. Thank you Gabriela and Leonardo!!!

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

This is one of the most lovely Airbnb's we've ever stayed at! The grounds are so peaceful, the apartment is comfortable, and the kids loved the pool. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautifully decorated, exactly like the images. Felt very cosy and the place was extremely clean. The location is excellent for those who want to travel to other places from Perugia.

L’allocco di Daniele era perfetto per le nostre esigenze, siamo andati a Poggibonsi per un’operazione agli occhi ed il suo alloggio era in una posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti dalla clinica ed a 5 minuti dal centro storico. Consiglio molto

We had a nice stay at this apt. It was very conveniently located to all that Florence has to offer. We chose this apt bc it was close to my daughter’s apt, but it’s very centrally located to all the sites. The apt was very well appointed with toiletries. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a beautiful, comfortable and spacious apartment!

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. The property was charming, spotless, and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to unwind and experience the beauty of Tuscany. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

Lovely historical city within walking distance and plenty of outside space for the small ones to go on adventure. The communication was smooth, friendly and professional. We will come back for sure😊

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

Soggiorno splendido in una casa immersa nella campagna umbra, a circa 30 minuti a piedi dal centro di Perugia. La posizione è tranquilla e ben collegata: la rete di autobus è facilmente accessibile e, per chi arriva in auto, c’è un ampio parcheggio privato. L’appartamento è curato con gusto fin nei minimi dettagli, pulito e funzionale: cucina perfettamente attrezzata, riscaldamento efficiente, spazi comodi anche per famiglie con bambino. La connessione internet è stabile e veloce, perfetta anche per lavorare in smart working. Una grande parete a vetro regala una vista magnifica sulla valle, attraversata dal Sentiero delle Lavandaie, ideale per chi ama le passeggiate nella natura. Un ringraziamento speciale a Daniele, Carmelo e Gioia per l’accoglienza attenta e gentile. Una base ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, comfort e accesso comodo alla città.

Our family recently stayed at this property. It was exactly as described; very clean, modern and large with a dedicated workspace. An extra bonus was a dryer as many rentals have washing machines but no dryers. The location is in a residential area across the street from a park and the river. It is 15-20mins walk from the city centre but worth it to be in a quiet neighbourhood with restaurants and cafes. We walked to town each day no problem. The check in process was simple and the hosts were very responsive. All in all we had a great experience here and would recommend staying.

We enjoyed our stay at David’s and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Florence! If you’re hesitating to stay on the other side of the Arno “Oltrarno”, don’t! This neighborhood was wonderful to walk about (go get a sandwich from Schiaccia!) and had easy access to cross the Ponte Vecchio! The apartment was spacious, had great size beds, black out shutters, and a quirky laundry room. You’ll see! Thanks to David for a great welcome! Hope to see you again!

Flot lejlighed midt inde i Firenze med gåafstand til alting. Og så en fantastisk tagterasse med udsigt ud over Firenze! Eneste forslag til forbedring er flere glas og kopper, så vi ikke skal vaske op hele tiden.

PROs: - Giacomo goes out of his way to make you happy. Excellent and rapid Whats App communication. - right on the edge of Centro storico so can walk everywhere - extremely quiet as it faces interior courtyard, never hear anything from other units or outside - modern apt with comfortable bed, lots of closet space and spacious shower - 2 TVs, one in each room - lights have remote control dimmers - Cooking facilities excellent - Nescace Dolce Gusto coffee machine with lots of pods provided CONs: - no microwave - parking around apt is 3 Euros per hour 8-22h - closest free parking 750m away which is 12 min walking incl lots of stairs - no elevator but only 25 steps up to apt - apt not overly bright - no bath towels just bath robes - if going in mid-summer, not sure place would be cool enough (only 1 vent)

Niccolò's place is fantastic for exploring the beautiful city of Florence. Tucked along a quiet side street, it is only a 10min walk to many of the major sights of the city. Less than a minute away you have great food options; pizza, sandwiches, ice cream, and many restaurants. And there is a small grocery store only 5mins away as well. The apartment is a great size (two adults, one tell teenager!), well equipped with everything you need and very clean. The beds were comfortable and all of the bedding was fresh and clean. Niccolò was an excellent host, providing clear instructions on everything we needed. The apartment is on the 2nd floor so you have a couple of flights of stairs to climb, no issues for us, but I know this can be an issue for some. Overall we had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again if we return to Florence.

La villa es muy cómoda, espaciosa, temperada y con todas las comodidades, rodeada de una hermosa naturaleza! Muy cerca de Pienza y Montepulciano. El personal muy amigable y colaborador!Lorenzo, Cecilia, Serena y Alessia nos ayudaron a organizar y reservar puntos de intereses. Siempre tuvieron la mejor actitud para gestionar cualquiera de nuestras necesidades. Pasamos unos días hermosos de descanso y conociendo la bella Toscana. Los desayunos no estaban incluidos, pero el precio fue muy accesible y barra libre 😋.

Great location! Close to Duomo and the many sights and restaurants! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Happy to have a washer and dryer! Also nice having two bathrooms and two showers

Nous avons fait une halte d’une nuit sur Florence et ce logement est idéal pour découvrir la ville. Tout était impeccable, logement avec de l’espace ce qui n’est pas souvent le cas. Hote ultra réactif et c’est très plaisant.
