We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la mia famiglia e due animali. Siamo stati benissimo, posto tranquillo e immerso nel verde degli ulivi. Lapo e i suoi genitori ci hanno accolto benissimo sono molto simpatici. Lo consiglio vivamente

abbiamo soggiornato per la nostra solita gita a cascia. l appartamento carinissimo e l'uso della piscina con le postazioni riservate ottimale. si trova a pochi passi dal centro di sellano. un paesino piccolo ma ben curato e pulito. facciamo i complimenti a Giorgio e sua moglie per l'ospitalità.

Una casa molto bella, confortevole e ben curata. La zona è molto bella e tranquilla, punto di partenza ideale per tante destinazioni dell'Umbria. Consigliatissima.

Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay longer if I ever return. Lovely host and a wonderful property with beautiful views and so many areas to relax in. Easy access to town for exploring and so much to see in the area.

Wij zijn met ons gezin hier een weekje geweest en hebben genoten van het ruime huis en heerlijke zwembad. We waren hier tijdens een hittegolf (38/39) dus waren erg blij met het zwembad met duikplank en er was water speelgoed voor de kinderen. omdanks de hitte en het gebrek aan airco bleef het appartement goed bewoonbaar omdat het goed geisoleerd is en je kunt de luiken goed sluiten om de zon buiten te houden. Wij hebben geen andere gasten gezien en Roberta woont beneden maar hebben we ook haast niet gezien. het huis is erg modern en heeft een hoge kwaliteit afwerking, ook zijn de ramen/kozijnen voorzien van horren. Veel leuke plaatsjes in de buurt, we raden een trip naar Asissi (40m) zeker aan! bedankt Roberta voor een heerlijke week!

I just returned from the most incredible stay at a villa in Umbria, Italy, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Italian hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The villa itself was like something out of a storybook—stunning stone walls, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of rolling hills that seemed to stretch on forever. The interiors were beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Each morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace while soaking in the sun and the magnificent scenery. The kitchen was a dream for cooking enthusiasts like me; we even picked up fresh ingredients from a nearby market and whipped up our own Italian The locals were incredibly friendly, making our experience even more special. I’ve traveled quite a bit, but nothing compares to the magic of Umbria. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and immerse yourself in Italian culture this villa is it!

Perfect verblijf, gelegen nabij voorzieningen. Trap naar boven is apart, voor mij geen probleem. Indien slecht ter been wel een aandachtspunt.

Beautifully space and host. Thank you Stefania for making our stay extra special with your attentive care! Highly recommend for long stays or short and anyone working remotely. Close to Assisi, Perugia which were the highlight of our trip.

Alessandro e Isabella sono due ospiti ineccepibili. Ottima organizzazione della casa e una passione smisurata per il loro lavoro di Host. Estremamente discreti e allo stesso tempo appassionati nel raccontare l’entusiasmante avventura della loro vita. Due belle ed autentiche persone! La casa è splendida, e le foto non rendono l’idea della passione e che Alessandro e Isabella ci mettono ogni giorno. Arredata con gusto e misura. Immersa in un bosco di ulivi querce e cipressi. A due passi da Perugia, ci sono almeno 20 località visitabili tra i 30 e i 90 minuti di auto. Perfetta!

The photos do not do Casa Isa justice - it is so much more than what is shown. We enjoyed the home and the location. It was more than we hoped for. Laura was quick to respond and gave us recommendations from restaurants, grocery stores and parking. We will return and we’re telling all of our friends!

Derek and his wife were amazing! They looked after us and made us feel like family. The home is gorgeous with a beautiful log burner that keeps you warm and creates a wonderful atmosphere with the light flickering on the walls. The home is also incredibly spacious and wonderfully designed - makes you feel like you’re living your dream in the Italian countryside. Whatever we needed Derek was there to help, he truly was like our guardian angel on our 3 night trip to Perugia. I cannot recommend Derek and his home enough. If you want an authentic trip to Perugia with a host that actively wants you to enjoy yourself and cares, Derek is the man! A big thank you to Derek and his wife for all they done for us! Abbiamo sorgionnato due notti presso l'appartamento di Patrizia, immerso nel verde alla periferia di Foligno ma in 20 minuti puoi raggiungere Spoleto Assisi Spello. L'appuntamento corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto, due camere da letto ognuna con il suo bagno fornite di tutti gli accessori. Lo consiglio assolutamente

il nostro soggiorno, anche se di una notte, è stato veramente piacevole. La casa ha uno stile "cottage" che è piaciuto molto, era molto accogliente, pulito e con tutto il necessario. la signora che ci ha ricevuto per il check in e check out è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Per quanto riguarda la location, negli immediati dintorni non c'è molto, ma in macchina a meno di 5 minuti già si trovano ottimi ristoranti ed altro. Assolutamente consigliato!

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

A beautiful villa on a mountain in Umbria overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The pictures don't do the picturesque view justice. The space was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Relaxing in the spa downstairs was a much needed treat after our fast paced traveling in the busy cities of Italy. Communication with Letizia was seamless. She helped set up a complimentary tour of the company's olive oil production. Would stay again!

We were 2 mature Italian and 1 American women long-time friends who wanted to enjoy a road trip from Florence to primarily see Solemeo. Maria Christina's location was perfect for this visit as well as several other lovely Umbrian villages. The house was very comfortable for us and the added bonus was spring flowers popping up everywhere. It was a great stay in a lovely location.

Abbiamo passato un we fra amiche in questa casa dotata di tutti i confort necessari per passare del tempo lontano dal caos quotidiano. L'host è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito via telefono le indicazioni per raggiungere la casa, che si sono rivelate molto chiare. La casa corrispondeva in pieno a quanto descritto sul sito e abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno.

Villa favolosa con una piscina e vista mozzafiato. Le camere sono bellissime e bagni molto eleganti. È molto funzionale per gruppi numerosi, essendo un ambiente molto vasto. Un clima romantico, tranquillo e rigenerante che consiglierei a chiunque sia in cerca di un rifugio nella campagna umbra. Host premuroso e incredibilmente accogliente. Sei in mani premurose con Raimondo!

Soggiorno meraviglioso! Il Casaletto è un luogo accogliente, curato nei dettagli e immerso nella tranquillità. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, grazie anche all’ospitalità e alla disponibilità dei padroni di casa. Un posto dove si torna volentieri, e infatti… speriamo di tornare presto!
