We had a lot of fun in Margate on the beach, arcade, caves, shell grotto. Great kids entertainment with frequent pit stops at superb cafes and restaurants. Everything we wanted was less than 10 minutes walk from Peter’s house. Cosy, clean house. Well equipped kitchen.

Perfect stay - we used as overnight stop before getting le shuttle. Able to provide a travel cot and bedding for us, plus high chair and some toddler books / jigsaws - always a winner after a long journey. Self check in but we did bump into Barry who was v helpful & friendly. Lovely breakfast left for us, WiFi all good. 5 min drive to harbour with lovely food options around harbour wall. Great overnight trip - highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! Claire’s place was super clean, cozy, calm and had everything we needed. Claire was really welcoming and gave great tips for the area. Such a great stay—we’d definitely come back!

We loved the place. We felt like we were at home. The house itself has got that welcoming feeling that when you’re inside you just wanna stay indoor. It was warm and cozy. We loved the scenery outside as well.

It’s not often that you find exactly what your looking for, but this time we were lucky. Vivienne made our stay absolutely amazing, warm, friendly, lovely countryside and above all she cares….. about her guests, the environment and that you just have the most relaxing time. The stable was spotlessly clean, stocked with everything we needed and made us and our dogs very welcome. We would return in a heartbeat, just perfect THANKYOU!

Had a fantastic stay at Robin’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. Robin is a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and made my trip even better. Highly recommend!

Amy’s place is beautiful and comfortable. We came down with our dog and our one year old and the house had absolutely everything we needed, Cot, high chair, dog bowls etc. it really made our weekend away very easy and relaxing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The accomodation is clean comfortable and cosy. Aileen was a great host greeting me on arrival and showing me into the cottage. There was fresh milk in the fridge and towels and bed linen were provided for my stay. My dog had use of the enclosed back garden and the views over the fields from the back decking were so peaceful. Local towns and beaches are a short car journey away making dining out or beach walks easy. I would recommend this as a place to stay for a holiday base or for just a few nights.

First we found it using Waze but for the last few meters Chloe personnally helped us, by phone - (what would we do without mobile phones . . .?). The "barn" was ideal for us and we would highly recommend it to others. As for the surroundings, we arrived in the dark and we had a long journey via the Darford crossing the next day so unfortunately we did not see much of them/those (?). What we saw around the house looked great. Go for it !

Sweet studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thoughtfully designed and generously equipped. Peaceful and private. Close to Tankerton seaside, 25 mins walk to Whitstable.

Nous avons passé une super nuit au lodge, la literie est confortable et il y avait tout ce qu’il faut. L’endroit est paisible et facile à trouver. Nous recommandons Steff and Cher, ils ont été très réactifs et nous ont donné de bonnes recommandations. Cela nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour à Canterbury. Merci encore !

Had a lovely welcome from Caroline amd the dogs .The accommodation was just perfect for us with everything you could need .Super clean and the beds were so comfortable. Two roomy bedrooms and comfy chairs in both .Lovely views from the back of the property with chairs ,table and parasol. Didn't use the Tvs but 1 in each bedroom. We visted Faversham about 15 minute drive and Whitstable about 30 minute drive during our stay .Highly recommend both .We didn't try the local pub but its a short walk away ,though maybe take a torch if returning at night .Can't wait to go back. I stayed at Nicky’s property with 3 other adults for a long weekend. The bungalow is immaculate,warm,light and airy with plenty of living space. It is well equipped and the amenities are as described. On arrival we were met by our lovely host who was welcoming and happy to answer and deal with any queries or problems. The property is well situated in a beautiful area of Kent with plenty of places to explore. Overall a 5 star experience.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful home set in a stunning location! Neil and Jenny went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even kindly providing us with additional cooking equipment when needed. We can’t wait to visit again!

We had an amazing stay at Sonia and Steve’s beautiful barn. Set in a peaceful location, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The barn was spotless, and we were welcomed with lovely touches like fresh bread, butter, milk, and marmalade, along with coffee and tea. Sonia and Steve were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We visited with our dogs and loved that we could go on stunning walks right from the barn, no need to drive anywhere. Evenings were spent playing games while listening to the fire crackling in the wood-burning stove, which made for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We also took a trip to Smarden and stopped by the local shop, where we found everything we needed, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway.

Zara is an amazing host, who I couldn’t recommend more highly. The property was really tidy and very comfortable - if you’re looking for a place in the Rolvenden area, this is the place to stay

Het was een heerlijk verblijf bij Emma, met een fijne ontvangst in een prachtig huis. Ook onze hond Binky werd met open armen ontvangen. Emma stond altijd klaar om alle mogelijke vragen te beantwoorden. We komen zeker terug als we nog eens in de buurt zijn.

We had a wonderful stay at Anna and Matt’s beautiful guest home. They couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive. The guest house was perfect - plenty of space and superbly equipped with everything we could have wanted including games and a few treats on arrival. The children declared it the ‘best AirBnB’ ever. It is in such peaceful surroundings and is the perfect base for exploring the area. Thank you so much Anna and Matt. We feel very lucky to have stayed with you.

What a beautiful retreat from the world! Shawn was a perfect host from start to finish and we couldn’t have enjoyed our time here more. The place is stunning and Shawn was both on hand to help but also incredibly respectful of our privacy, and helpful in organising canoeing for my boys despite it being out of season. The cheeky bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch for a tired mum after the drive down from London. A wonderful stay thank you

A lovely base to explore the surrounding countryside and castle. The annex was exactly as described, private entrance, space to park and very comfortable with nice personal touches. Lots of information available for places to visit locally and Helbecia is a very welcoming host.

Had a great time staying for Christmas Eve (son's 16th) and Christmas the four of us. Loved the view, cosy nature of the wood burner and opportunity to walk/run the coastline to Herne Bay and Whitstable. It was a mini escape perfect for the family. Would totally re-book!
