We absolutely LOVED our stay at Tomoaki’s. The house is incredibly beautiful, well put together and has the most stunning views. It is even more beautiful than the photos. It had everything we needed for our group of 7 ladies. We loved having dinner in the stylish kitchen and getting ready in the groovy pink bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfy too. Tomoaki and Kate went above and beyond as hosts and we were so grateful! Thank you! We would love to come back.

Fabulous house! Light, airy, comfortable, spotlessly clean and a well equipped kitchen. Great location only a few minutes from the beach with a few nice looking restaurants, shops and coffee shops near by. Would definitely recommend to a friend. The only thing a few of us commented on was the showers were a bit temperamental temperature wise and parking for just one car was a bit on an inconvenience but realistically not much anyone can do about that. Otherwise a fantastic stay in Broadstairs!

Me, my partner and our cockapoo spent a long weekend at Marie’s place. A great location only a 10-15 min walk to Joss bay and onto the Viking walking trail. Lovely cliff walks to Broadstairs or up to Botany Bay and Cliftonville/Margate. The house was spacious and there was a garden for Willow to run around in, although a little overgrown at the back. A lovey welcome package of some food staples and treats was greatly welcomed. Marie was responsive and helpful. We had a great and comfortable stay. Thank you!

This was our second stay and we loved it as much as the first time! Fab house in a great location and lovely hosts. What stands out about this house is that it’s very clean and has everything you need in it and more. Thanks Deb & Nick :)

Fantastic beach house. Very spacious and well equipped to host 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids). Lovely interior and big garden with lots to do for the kids (games, toys, swings in garden). New table tennis table was a bonus! Karl was very responsive and provided everything we could have wanted. Brilliant location, 5 min walk from the beach. We spent a weekend here but could have happily done longer and would hope to come back in the future for either a week or 2 holiday or another long weekend. Thanks for having us!

Ideal place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Pleasant walk along the River into town. The parking space makes it easier to unload your car. All the rooms are good size and very clean and comfortable.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé dans un immeuble chargé d'histoire. L'appartement était très propre, spacieux, offrait tout le confort nécessaire. Même pour ceux qui ont un bébé, il y a le nécessaire, lit pliant, pot, différents jeux de société. Et la vue...la vue, juste magnifique face à la mer et sur la digue. L'hôte a toujours été réactif lors de nos échanges. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

stayed in Julie's flat for 2 nights it was very nice, clean and comfortable plenty of on street parking available too. There are a lot of stairs to climb which some people might find a challenge though but worth it when you get to the top though.

We had a lovely few days stay in Richard’s flat. Perfect quiet beach location with a nice 15 min walk along the promenade into Margate. Really well equipped especially for families with kids- cot, highchair provided and games a plenty for the older children. We can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you!

Very helpful after I had been let down by another host. Replied to my request very quickly and super helpful. Was in the property within an hour of requesting. Very clean, suitable property in a good location for a good price. Would stay there again.

A great stay; everything like the photos. Clean and the apartment had everything we needed for our weekend away.. Lovely to be able to walk and leave the car sometimes too! Lots of villages within a short drive as well. Very clear instructions to access the property.

Super séjour chez Pascale, l’appartement était propre et très bien équipé. Plage et commerces locaux accessibles à pied. Nous avons bien profité de notre week-end et recommandons cet appartement!

Hormis un soucis d'absence d'aération et de poussière dans l'appartement (sans doute dû à notre réservation hors saison), nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La vue est à couper le souffle et l'appartement est très agréable et bien équipé. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir (et avec des antihistaminiques, comme nous l'a confirmé l'hôte avec humour) !

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

We had a great time, very accommodating host. The apartment is right on the beach with stunning views and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

The place is as great as it is described, the guide provided is really helpful and the hosts were always responsive 🙂

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This was such a special place to conclude our 3 wk honeymoon UK/Ireland venture.✨️ The soothing calm of the waves & such a peaceful abode, overall..absolutely heavenly. 💟🌊☮️ Kirsty was helpful to recommend restaurants upon request & also offered us an early 'check in' if we wished. We were actually even more grateful to have an additional hour at 'check out' to enjoy a beautiful walk along the ⛱️ beach within steps of our stay (we even bumped into a Brit celebrity there who chatted with us!🤩). The historic Ramsgate Tunnels tour is highly recommended & again, steps away.🙌 The epic Cliffs of Dover is about a 25 min drive which was convenient as well. What an absolute gorgeous hike especially getting to the beach, too! 🥰 The lil bakery called Staple, I believe was THE best bfast ever- enjoy some veggie croissant goodness- as you walk through the scenic port of Ramsgate, too. My partner and I had such a fabulous stay at this apartment. Having a view of the sea from the front room and a coffee in the morning was a major highlight for us. The location of the flat is also perfect for getting around Margate. The beds are comfy, flat was cosy and decorated really well. The hosts were super helpful and responsive so we had zero issues finding the flat. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely apartment, with great facilities and ideal location. Beach, high street and train station all within 5 mins walk. Karim was responsive and gave lots of local recommendations, which was much appreciated!
