Great location! Easy walk to so many great restaurants ! Super clean, and very comfortable bed. Loved sitting out on the deck with my coffee in the am...will definitely be back!

It was a treat to stay in this lovely apartment! I chose it for the classy appearance, parking space and close proximity to restaurants and King Street. We were able to easily walk everywhere in Downtown Charleston, including to the waterfront. Communication was fast and always helpful. We were very happy with our apartment and CHC Vacation Rentals!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Important things for me are, comfortable bed, good water pressure, clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, we had good water pressure, and the place was clean. We did not have coffee, but we survived -The beach access is nice, we enjoyed the screened porch and having a bed that faces the ocean with double doors that open made for a spectacular view. We would absolutely book this venue again. Enjoy your stay!!! RJ

My group and I had a blast visiting Charleston and CHC Vacation Rentals made everything extremely easy! They were responsive, very clear and overall a pleasure to speak to. We enjoyed the walkability and close proximity to King Street!

The space had an excellent vibe and a cozy, homey feel. Host was so easy to work with. The unit is well equipped and every detail was anticipated- ice molds, comfy blankets for the porch, and interesting reading material. We’re already planning a future return trip!

Great experience. Clear, proactive communication. Lovely, well-thought out spaces. And we were even able to check in a little early and store our bags before we left. Highly recommend!

We helped our daughter and her nursing friends plan a long weekend and the property was perfect. Here's their combined review: "We had a phenomenal time in Charleston and CHC Vacation Rentals contributed to our trip. They were more than accomodating when our plane landed early and we arrived to a spotless apartment with an additional gift bag welcoming us (so very thoughtful). This location is just a 5 minute walk to all the action King Street has to offer. But since it's all located just around the corner from the action, we never felt unsafe or like there was too much noise! Very close to all the cute shops too. We were able to cook breakfast in the apartment with the full kitchen and supplied cook set and dishes, etc. This allowed us to have a few meals at the apartment when we were not ready to start our days. We could not say enough good things about this amazing apartment and the helpful team at CHC Vacation Rentals. Thank you for helping us have a perfect stay!"

Extremely comfortable beds, spotless home, tons of extra towels and linens, well stocked kitchen, excellent wifi and tvs, super great location, and very safe for a family with kids. This is the best Air bnb I have ever stayed at . 100 percent perfect stay!

David’s home is beautiful and my family and I had a wonderful time here. The interior was gorgeous! The kids loved the hot tub too. A really lovely home and perfectly located to explore Charleston. In a brilliant position in the middle. We loved our stay!

Had an amazing 10 day stay at Joseph's place in Charleston. We were there for both work and play and the pad is perfect for a small family traveling with pets. In fact, we picked it literally because he allowed dogs which almost no one else in the area did. Easy to find, good located in North Charleston, super clean and fun vibe in the house. We loved the exposed interior brick and unique decorations which added warmth. The living room sofa is huge and super comfy. He just upgraded to a huge new tv as well which we enjoyed for movie nights. Joseph himself was awesome all the way with excellent communication and good recommendations. Would stay again!

I can’t say enough good things about this house! It is absolutely beautiful & looks just like the pictures. Everyone in our group had their own space to sleep, there are plenty of bathrooms and mirrors so getting ready to go to dinner or out anywhere was super easy! The host was easy to get in touch with and was very professional & friendly! So clean & had everything we needed including towels for the beach. I would totally stay again!!

This house was great! It was clean and had the best stocked kitchen I have ever been to in an Airbnb. You could easily cook without missing needed pans or utensils. I could even have baked if I wanted to. The beds and linens were comfy with plenty of pillows and blanket options. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of room and towels. Many extras were available too like beach towels and beach chairs. The back yard was amazing with several different set ups (as noted in the pictures) and we enjoyed sitting outside. The hosts were responsive if needed and always friendly. They provided a great book with local suggestions and things to do. This was a perfect location for getting to Charleston, Folly beach and surrounding areas. It easily house myself and my husband and two kids and my parents. We were comfortable inside and out and everyone enjoyed the house as home base for our outings. I would recommend this location.

Great location on inter coastal waterway, within walking distance to Folly Beach, 20 minutes to Charleston. Roomy, comfortable and well kept condo with wonderful sunset views over marsh area seen from back porch every night.

Everything was perfect! We even got to check in early! The resort has so many activities to do! The condo was perfect, pool was right behind it. Not a far walk to the beach and indoor pool was on the way! Would definitely stay here again! We had fun and loved it!

We took a winter getaway with our adult children. The location and views were great! We could walk to many shops, bars and restaurants, and did a bike ride one day. It’s About 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. We enjoyed walks on the beach each morning and the ocean view was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We’d highly recommend!

Liked the easy walk to Presley's seafood restaurant and beach access 37 for sunset walks with dolphins! Waking up with the hot tub right there was a treat. Info packet had helpful sheets like a tide chart, local dining and sights to see.

Lovely and cozy place! Shellie was an incredibly friendly and helpful host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean, comfortable, and had a warm atmosphere. We felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Shellie, for your wonderful hospitality!

Great property with lots around! Great amenities and nothing beats the peacefulness Edisto brings! The host was responsive and friendly. All around great resort and experience. We will be back. 10/10 recommend! Clear check in/out procedures. Island activities and amenities listed for you during check in. Local restaurants listed. Beach access points listed with best access point to use for xyz (dolphins, shells, sunset, sunrise).
