The house was well appointed. Lovely renovation. The layout was great for our group of 5. The bedroom and bathroom count was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay her again.

Our stay was very comfortable. The charming ranch is updated with marble counter tops and backslash in the kitchen, easy glide doors in bathrooms and a powerful shower heads. No odor, no carpeting and clean throughout. Should we have to be in the Charleston area again, if available, we won't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Sand.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sonnys! Oliver provided clear instructions in the days leading up to check in and it was very helpful. Everything was very clean and we loved the decor of the home! Beds were so comfy! The Cowboy Pool outside plus the other outdoor amenities kept my kids occupied while we relaxed on the deck. I really did appreciate that there was plenty of complimentary tea/coffee and state of the art appliances to make our stay easier. Thank you to both of you, our family definitely loved spending Spring Break at your house and will absolutely keep it in mind next time we come to Charleston. The huge playground nearby is an absolute must visit if anyone staying has children! Its the coolest playground we've ever been too! Cheers!

My friends and I truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. The backyard was perfect for our two dogs and the firepit and outdoor seating was a nice touch! Location is great and not too far from Downtown Charleston. Kathy was very kind and was flexible with our check-in time. Kathy was also very responsive. The house was exactly as described and we were more than comfortable with 3 couples staying there. Thanks Kathy!

Colin is an excellent host. Very responsive and excellent at what he does. His house is a beautiful place that is walkable to many great places to enjoy your evenings. We especially enjoyed Lola’s and southern roots smokehouse, as well as the odd duck for some good breakfast in the morning with great coffee. The neighbors are quiet and friendly which fits the vibe of the artsy little neighborhood. Overall we gotta give props to the location and host as me and my girl were able to open a new chapter in Charleston with our proposal using this location as a base to get around and just have a good time. Highly recommend it :)

Perfect spot for our little getaway. Less than 15 mins from downtown, attractions, and close to airport. Home was clean, and cozy. It was a nice place to rest after our daily adventures. Hosts are super responsive, and kind! I would definitely recommend to stay at one of their properties.

Loved spending a few days leading up to a wedding weekend with two other friends here! We loved spending time in the backyard, walking to two nearby coffee shops, and loved the spacious and well decorated rooms. We loved using the bikes to see more of Charleston too! (And there are helmets 😊)

We had a great stay! The location was amazing. We were able to tour downtown Charleston for a day, go to the beach for a day and the Credit One stadium for the Charleston Open…all within 15 minutes. The place was clean, nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend!!!

Cozy apartment with all of the necessities. An easy walk to Park Circle (great restaurants, bars, a playground, and a disc golf course) and a quick trip downtown or out to the beach! Beautiful fenced-in patio with a fire pit. Perfect place to stay with a pup!

Martia’s place was an amazing find!! I was booking a relaxing senior spring break weekend with a couple of sorority sisters and we lucked out for sure!! The place was spotless, well stocked, spacious, and truly had everything we needed. I even found myself looking at future availability within a few hours of us arriving. We are so happy with our experience and cannot wait to book a stay with Martia again!! <3

We had a lovely stay at Joseph’s. It was the perfect size for my husband, my parents and I. The kitchen had just about everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. If we ever return to the Charleston area, we’d consider staying here again.

This was a great place to stay for our long weekend in Charleston! We were able to walk to a lot of great places, but since we had also rented a car, it was great that there was an off street parking spot. The place was super comfortable and had everything we needed.

This place was so amazing and unique! Super kid friendly for my toddler and infant. Ginny made us feel right at home. We will definitely be staying again if we ever travel out that way again!
