Our family had an amazing stay at Michael’s home on Tybee Island. It’s in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. There were beach toys, chairs and games for our use. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials and nice cookware. We enjoyed the outdoor space for hanging out and the fenced backyard for our dog to play. This house is a gem! We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and well-kept. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The welcome note and starter coffee & tea were an added bonus! Everything was maintained and we were very comfortable. The only complaint is the fenced-in outdoor area is not accessible from inside the house, therefore we had to leash our dogs before taking them out to go potty each time. Minor inconvenience, especially in the middle of the night, and I just think it should have been noted in property description. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in this property again. Lovely place!

Everything was exactly described, as the reviews said the shower is small but the place was perfect for a family with 2 small kids. Having the detachable shower head helped with their age. The beach access was better than Florida beaches and we saw the sunrise on the beach several times. The kitchen was well stocked. Back yard was good for the dogs. My allergies did flare up but I’m highly allergic to animals so I expect it with dog friendly places (mine are hypoallergenic). Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The area is so beautiful and there is a lot to do. The place was nice and it is so close to the beach and everything else!!

Jodi was very clear with instructions. On the day of check in she had the place ready for us ahead of time and communicated it to us. Great place for us for the days needed. Very close to the ocean. Felt safe and clean. Easy to find. Nice place to relax.

Our family had the most amazing vacation in this beautiful home! The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. The home itself is absolutely perfect! The layout is big enough for a large family, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/spa were the perfect temperature for spring break! They also went above and beyond to help us feel right at home. We had plenty of towels, blankets, bowls, cups, etc. and we never felt like we were without something we needed. They also helped make an unfamiliar home more easily accessible by providing labels throughout the house for different light switches, cupboards, accessories, etc. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts truly helped make our family vacation extra special and packed full of wonderful memories. We would gladly stay at any home hosted by LowCountry Beach Homes! Thank you!

Perfect spot for a last-minute stay during our road trip! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stop. Great location, close to the beach and local spots. Would stay again!

This was a perfect, cozy getaway spot for our beach vacation/wedding activities in Savannah, GA! Plenty of amenities with bikes and beach chairs, easy to get in/out of the house and town, and all for a very reasonable price. I was grateful for the hosts clear communication about check in/out, available amenities, and beach access... we hope to be back again!

Stephanie and the condo were wonderful! We had a few problems with the shared space but she responded quickly.

We visited Linda and Jay's in November 2024 and had a very special week in this house. With young children, the proximity to the beach and ease of access was a huge difference maker. My wife and I went down the beach several nights after the kids were in bed and star gazed knowing we could be back in the house in under 30 seconds if needed. The home itself was very well appointed for working remotely. See above proximity to beach making it easy to pop out for 30 min or an hour easily if you need to do this. I would also say this house would be perfect for multi family or large family gatherings. We used the bedrooms and full baths as assets to make it easier to care for 2 under 2, but given each bedroom has its own full bath, you could have everyone together while still not needing to share those private spaces. Highly recommended!!

We had a great few days away at Carolyn’s place. Her place was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean views. We really liked making breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny beach (about 15 minutes). The beach out front was beautiful and the pool was wonderful too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great house and great location. Perfect house for families to spread out and enjoy their trip. Convenient to beach just one road over to public access. We rented the golf cart and it was a perfect addition. The pool was great!

Though we were only there for a few days, Cassie was amazing!!! We had some issues with the plumbing, and they got on it right away for it to get fixed and were very responsive and caring. Definitely stay here!!🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

We had a great stay at Stephen’s place! We loved the peaceful walk to Coligny shopping and the short walk to the very calm beach. The outdoor living areas were wonderful and the natural lighting of the home gave us the true vacation home feel we were looking for. Thank you!!

Debbie’s place was such a relaxing and wonderful stay! My husband and I had the best time. Not only was the bed super comfortable but the views were amazing and so relaxing! Debbie provides everything you need to have a wonderful stay, and was such a thoughtful host! We definitely will be back!

We had a great time celebrating a bachelorette weekend. Everyone felt comfortable throughout their stay and felt relaxed and restored by the time we left! We were able to find everything we needed! Definitely will come back if I have a party this big in the future

The place was as described. It had all the amenities that we needed. Beach items was a plus. Location was great. Walk to the beach in minutes was awesome. Heated pool in December was great.

Great little spot. Just a few blocks from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Small and humble, but efficient use of the space, so if you’re ok with the non-fancy, it’s the perfect spot. Great value. Will stay here again for sure if we come back to Tybee for another golf trip.

This house was exactly as described and like the photos. It was a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood with no through traffic. We took our bikes and it was really easy to ride anywhere from this location. It was also just a short walk to the beach and the beach wagon provided was great to haul things back and forth. They also had beach chairs for our use. The whole house was very clean, neat, and orderly. All the beds were very comfortable. The screened in porch was also an added PLUS. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! makes this a fantastic choice. The hosts are very helpful and responsive to all your needs.

The unit was as described, and Jennifer was incredible in offering recommendations and timely responses. The beds were comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the furnishings were clean and new. The unit is small for more than four people. We had 5 family members, and it felt tight when we were all together, but mostly we were out so it was not a problem. Our two kids (8/6) enjoyed the pools, and we all enjoyed the beach bar, Cocos. The facility is dated compared to other locations, but it worked for our young family. If it were just me and my husband, we'd probably choose a different area with more walkability and newer amenities. There were plenty of bike paths to get around. We rented bikes, which were helpful as there was not much walkability to food and beverage, as we did not want to drive everywhere. We would for sure come back with our family.

You get what you see in the pictures. The location is lovely. While the beach access isn’t private, it wasn’t crowded at all. It’s about 150 feet to the start of the wooden boardwalk and another 150 feet on that boardwalk before you hit sand. (I mention this for families who may worry about mobility issues with any of their members). There’s a really solid restaurant called “the deck” a 3 minute walk away (fish and chips were great). The porch has a clear sight path to the beach. You can hear it at night. The breeze comes through. The bedrooms were great. The kitchen and living area was enormous. I do think it’s important to point out that the living area is on the floor above the bedrooms. It was no issue for my family…but could see how it would be important if you have people who like to sleep in and others who are up early. Importantly, the host was incredibly communicative. It was usually less than an hour before she responded to me. Great spot.

Beautiful clean home, decorated so cute and felt at home. Janet was wonderful and so kind, saw her out in town and had a wonderful conversation. Beautiful ocean view and loved the deck overlooking the ocean!! Had a great week!!
