The Surf Shack was a fantastic place for us, we were 4 adults and one toddler. The house was fully equipped and the pool was fantastic. If I ever find my way back to Folly Beach, hopefully we'll be able to stay again. Thank you.

Great place, great host. Franks concern for everything really shows in his unit. Even putting up some Christmas lights outside before our arrival. Great walkable area. And 4 places close by - Vern’s, Chubby Fish, Island Provisions and D'Allesandro's. Great food all at different levels. And 1 street over from King St so close enough to walk but far enough away that you don’t get the craziness. So - perfect spot. You’ll enjoy Franks place.

Our stay was fantastic! The house and amenities were exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely comfortable for our family. The beds were comfy with plenty of extra blankets. There were plenty of towels provided in the bathroom with nice shower toiletries. The kitchen was nicely stocked including coffee, creamer and a variety of snacks. The neighborhood was great as well. If I had to be nit-picky about something…the kitchen could use a shade on the door and sink windows. We arrived after dark and felt a little exposed just because we didn’t know the area. We improvised and all was well. If we returned to Charleston we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so easy and enjoyable!!

We had the best time at this house! It was a beautiful setting and great location. Jayne was extremely helpful when it came to recommendations and navigating Kiawah Island. Her house is fully stocked and very comfortable. We chose to heat the pool which was worth it. Some of the days were very miles in temp so we were happy to have a heated pool. The pool was awesome! Very big and my kids loved it. We hope to come back to Kiawah and would definitely stay at this house again!

Steven was very communicative and accommodating for our stay. It was a great space for what we needed.

Great host! 6 of us stayed at the airbnb and it was spacious, clean and we felt right at home. Super easy to community. Close to shopping, food and activities. We will deff stay here again.

Highly recommend 218 Forrest trail. House was very comfortable. Well updated kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds and a great pool/backyard. Definitely would stay again!

We had a great experience at our rental. And Trevor and team were fantastic. As sometimes things happen, we had a tiny little glitch at check-in and Trevor and team could not have stepped up any more then they did. We are grateful and I would not hesitate to stay again at the property. Thank you!

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay celebrating our anniversary. Lecian was more than friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The condo has a wonderful location close to the beach, has private parking, ground level. The beds and linens were super nice and comfortable!! I have grown up going to Seabrook and always love staying in new places on the island, however we will definitely be back to this specific condo!! Cannot recommend enough!!

We had an amazing week with our three adult kids and their significant others! The home was beautiful! Comfy, clean, crisp ... everything we had hoped for and more! We were able to relax (plenty of comfortable space) and come together and enjoy our time together making meals, playing games, and watching movies. The location was excellent. Close to beach and town, yet quiet and private nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. Many memories were made with the family. We have already passed along our experince to interested friends and hope to have our family return again in the future.

My family was in IOP for a wedding and stayed at Doug's place. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us and was very comfortable. The home itself was very clean. We enjoyed coffee every morning in the screened in porch and even had a few chances to walk to the beach. Doug was very responsive and accommodating. We would love to stay at Doug's home again.

We loved our time at April’s place. April was very responsive and made sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay prior to our check in. The house was perfect for a big group - clean with big bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of space to hang out in inside and an incredible backyard and pool area. It wasn’t very hot out, so the heated pool was perfect! Great location with a quick easy walk to the downtown area and beach. Highly recommend!

Ginger replied quickly and gave great details. the first place that I felt I actually got my money's worth for the service and hospitality waiting for us. The kitchen was charming and fun. A blessing to us when we were in a pinch to find a place to stay for the family visiting my grandmother in the hospital. Would stay again!

Contacted the host about an extended stay while here for work and received a prompt response. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order and occasionally checked in to make sure my stay was going well. 5-stars! I would definitely stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

What a charming Charleston home just off Kings Street. Easy access to shops, restaurants and market area. We only needed to take an Uber once the entire 4 days and that was due to the weather. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and I’m picky! Loved the white sheets and towels. The host was very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful and furnished very well. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. Bed was very comfortable. The home was very clean. We appreciate that we were able to bring our dog and the front yard was very open and kept up. It was nice that the home had a garage under the house to secure our car as well. It was very quiet all around us the whole week. Would be happy to stay here again.

62 Fletcher Hall is a gorgeous home. We went there with 3 other couples to celebrate a 50th birthday. It's a roomy house with a large dining table and living area where we comfortably played games. The covered porch is lovely with a golf course view, but still private due to the trees. We especially enjoyed sitting around the large kitchen island in the mornings for breakfast, coffee and mimosas. The location is wonderful! Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay so much! This Airbnb was about a 20 minute drive from Downtown Charleston and the perfect location for our group :)

I felt like we were in the middle of Animal Kingdom. We loved watching all of the wildlife right from the porch. Great recreation space under the house with an additional shower. Main living area and kitchen are very open.

The cottage was perfect for our long weekend in Charleston! The location was ideal since it is only a block away from King St. and we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops most of the time. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe (although there was some construction on the adjacent lot while we were there but it only affected us on the weekday mornings). The king bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable (loved the tall ceilings!), the décor was inviting, modern and the space was very clean! The bathrooms are a bit small and lack some lighting but it's the character of the cottage. We definitely felt at home and enjoyed our stay!
