Our stay at Jon's home in Summerville was perfect. We were in town for my mother in law's 90th birthday celebration so needed a home that fit my whole family with adult kids. The 4 bedrooms with three bathrooms worked perfectly- everyone slept well and there was plenty of space to hang out together. The weather cooperated for one day of sitting by the pool and taking a quick dip in the very clean pool. The house was extremely comfortable and I especially enjoyed the bright sunny room looking out onto the pool for early morning coffee and reading. Jon was were very kind and responsive- check in and out was simple. The drive into Charleston was easy and though we didn't explore the area nearby- it did look like a pretty neighborhood with amenities close by. Thank you for a great visit.

This place was amazing ! It was so clean and the amenities were perfect for our girls trip. Not only was it spacious but it was perfect for hosting. The kitchen was my absolute fav and the backyard was beautiful for winter or summer festivities. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was fantastic! The house and amenities were exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely comfortable for our family. The beds were comfy with plenty of extra blankets. There were plenty of towels provided in the bathroom with nice shower toiletries. The kitchen was nicely stocked including coffee, creamer and a variety of snacks. The neighborhood was great as well. If I had to be nit-picky about something…the kitchen could use a shade on the door and sink windows. We arrived after dark and felt a little exposed just because we didn’t know the area. We improvised and all was well. If we returned to Charleston we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so easy and enjoyable!!

We were excited to stay at Fort Johnson because it was close to our family's house. There was plenty of room for us and them to have dinner and watch tv on the big couch. We enjoyed the clean kitchen and well appointed appliances although the coffee maker seemed to have failed. We did a wash or two. We enjoyed the smart tvs and found past renters had left their log ins active. We logged everyone out when we left. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch although the afternoon traffic was a little too loud. We sat out back when we could although it was in the shade and too cool most days. What was wrong was the inconvenience of the pool repair which spanned our visit. I don't think this was a big problem for us as it was so cold we didn't plan to go swimming. We did use the hot tub nightly after the workmen left. If we visit the family again I certainly will try to rent Fort Johnson again. We had fun.

The home was beautiful and furnished very well. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. Bed was very comfortable. The home was very clean. We appreciate that we were able to bring our dog and the front yard was very open and kept up. It was nice that the home had a garage under the house to secure our car as well. It was very quiet all around us the whole week. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great host! 6 of us stayed at the airbnb and it was spacious, clean and we felt right at home. Super easy to community. Close to shopping, food and activities. We will deff stay here again.

Such a great house and perfect location-Nice and quiet area, easy walk to the beach, short drive to restaurants, easy access to Charleston. The pool was perfect for my kids and the house was really well-stocked with essentials. My family is already discussing a return trip in the future! Highly recommended!

Had a great stay. A few minute walk to a beautiful playground, restaurants, bars and coffee. House was spacious and very nicely decorated.

We originally booked Chris's place because he was the only listing with a first floor bedroom and walk in shower attached to it. That was the most important feature I was looking for to accommodate my elderly father so kudos to Chris for having this feature, there aren't many out there. The minute we crossed the threshold I immediately felt at ease. The home is warm and inviting, it felt as if I was going into a home I was familiar with. We were there for a wedding so unfortunately we did not get to spend a whole lot of time inside there but when we were there we had everything we needed. The community is really nice and very quiet. The area has many stores, restaurants and take out close by and if you want to go into Charleston it's not far at all and you get to drive over the most spectacular bridge to get there. I definitely would recommend Chris's place to any of my family or friends without hesitation. Book this gem, you won't regret it.

We stayed for a month and were very comfortable. We love the location, access to the beach, but we also were close enough to driving into Charleston several days a week. Condo was perfect, we could walk to the resort restaurants or bike rental. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

We had at great stay at Charlie’s place! Loved the keyless entry. The condo was very nicely decorated-NOT the usual beat up furniture you often see at a rental. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom a nice size. The kitchen and living room very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the screened balcony overlooking the marsh in the evenings. The location of the condo is excellent. In fact it’s very close to a bakery/restaurant that has amazing pastries. Charlie is an excellent host. He responded very quickly to messages.

This condo is the perfect escape. The beach is just steps away and could see from the porch. The size is perfect for one or two people. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great stay on IOP, easy walk to the beach and restaurants, etc. Clean and stocked appropriately. Would stay here again.

The layout of this condo was perfect for my friend and I to enjoy a girls weekend while attending an event hosted at Wild Dunes. The condo was very clean and comfortable and was easy to get to. Check -in and out was very simple. We hope to enjoy this space next year as well!

Cannot say enough great things about our stay. We drove down from Asheville, NC because we needed a few days away from the trauma and devastation "Hurricane Helene" brought our beautiful mountains. We had been without power, water, gas and hot food for days. My daughter was caring for her precious father-in-law, in her home, who was in his last stages of life. We needed a break and a time to regroup. This was the place and Annette was our angel and guide. Home was beautiful, communication was super and we will always try to be here, when in Charleston, because of this kindness in a time of need. Thank you from the bottoms of our heart.
