Melissa was very responsive and we felt like we were in good hands. The place was as described. It rained almost the whole time we were there (not the host's fault!), so we didn't get to sit outside at the table, but it was nice to look at the little garden and Buddha. Easy location.

This apartment was perfect for us and our two dogs. The place is so cute and well decorated, and the fully-fenced yard made it easy to manage our dogs. A corner market, coffee shops, and restaurants are in easy walking distance. I would love to stay here again next time we're in Sacramento.

Really great stay at Casa Natomas. We had an event nearby and wanted to gather the family and pups. Alejandra was very gracious and great with communication. Selected Tim’s property for a Field Hockey tournament at UC Davis. This wonderful home exceeded all expectations for everyone in the group including my husband, 2 teen daughters and my parents. Super clean, thoughtful design, plenty of space to gather as well as retreat to private bedrooms. Walkable to all the diverse restaurants and shops in downtown Davis. We will definitely return!

Excellent location, excellent hosts, fantastic accommodation. This is the type of place you hope every stay will be like on Airbnb. We had everything we needed. They created a whole experience thoughtful in design and offered above and beyond service. Water and bubbles when you arrive. The kitchenette has everything you'll need down to the honey for your tea. Every toiletry you'd need in the bathroom including cotton rounds, travel Tylenol, and even feminine products and makeup remover towel. There's ear plugs, local recommendations guide and even postcard for you to write home! The backyard is beautiful and they give you free range. It's safe and secure, well lit, and it's perfect if you have a furry friend. Laundry was also located on the premise although I didn't have a need. The living space is modern and updated. 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Anastasiya's place was fabulous. There were 3 of us traveling for work and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen, veranda, and family room were all great places to hang out. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked so we cooked in quite a bit. Everything was perfect! Would highly recommend.

Nice, well kept building. Right in the heart of Sacramento. Walking distance to Old Sac and the Capitol area. Nice balcony. All appliances function well. Well stocked. Easy, clear instructions from the host. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. Locked parking - reserved spot. Very clean, exactly as seen in photos. Excellent communication with host. Great Wi-fi. Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento for business or for fun.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

What an absolutely gorgeous, picture perfect home with everything you need and the location can not be beat. Just a 2 minute walk from old Folsom - so many restaurants, bars and fun shops. Stunning views from each window and the outdoor space is incredible. We can't wait to come back in the Summer to enjoy the pool and fire pit!

We quickly felt at home at this house. I lived cooking in the big, well stocked kitchen, and our dog lived the big backyard. We all enjoyed the comfortable mattresses! A perfect home away from home while we had work done on our house. I also really appreciated how prompt and friendly Alex and Chris were to communicate with. I would stay here again!

This house is perfect for one or two people and a great long term option. My week-long stay was perfect. Working remotely, I enjoyed the dedicated work space. I also appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the amazing bathroom, full of amenities, which you have to see to believe. The loft bedroom is accessible via a narrow winding staircase, which was a little scary for me, but totally worth it because the bed was a dream. Great communication and lots of extras. Would 10/10 recommend

Wonderful property for my dog and me - Suz was the ultimate host! Loved the Christmas decorations-it helped being away for the holiday ... Suz even surprised me with a "build a gingerbread house" that I said I really wanted to find!! So very thoughtful - I will absolutely be back!!

This home was absolutely beautiful. My family and I stayed here for a quick vacation and this couldn’t have been a better location. Everything was so easy to navigate and Elizabeth and Laurence’s descriptions could not have been better. We had Laurence come by for wine tasting, and it was so lovely. He made us feel welcomed! We loved learning about the vineyard from him :) We will definitely be booking again when the time for another vacay comes!

Great location for our visit to the Placerville area. Clean and cozy. Nice to have the full-sized kitchen. Loved being able to walk down to the river.

I loved staying at Jenny's place! It was so nice to have just a little area to myself for a few days while I enjoyed California. If I ever find myself in town again, I'll be sure to see if it's available!

We decided to escape the chaos of Sacramento during NYE, as the fireworks by the river have gotten out of hand. Chris' place was the perfect peaceful retreat. Upon arrival, Chris greeted us, gave us a tour, and mentioned he was available if we had any questions or needed anything. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy from our brief interaction. The guesthouse was spacious and just right for both us and our dog. The property itself was beautiful, with plenty of room for our dog to run and explore. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—peaceful surroundings, great hosts, and the ideal spot to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Cameron was a amazing host, he was fast at responding as well as very affable and had a amazing home. If you're looking for a stay in Sacramento this is the place!

Great place to stay in the country yet nearby the city. It worked out great for us and our two dogs with lovely grounds and places to walk. The hosts were friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend!
